Brain Ross was excellent! After being physically attacked, it resulted in severe head injuries. With an uncertain future, Brian immediately concentrated on my medical needs. I was leery of retaining an Attorney for my auto accident initially. I called several offices before getting to Law Offices of Sheryl L Burke. My call was immediately met with warmth, compassion and concern. I knew right then, this was my firm. I started of calling everyday, sometimes more than once a day. Those calls were not always answered but were always returned. With every call, I continued to feel like they really cared about me and my situation. By the time I completed treatment, I felt like a part of an extended family. When I went in for my closing, I was met by the entire team and received so much education around insurance. No business is perfect but any time I pointed out something no matter how small, it was acknowledged and they let me know how they corrected it. Many members of my family are life long clients now.

Lashandra is an excellent attorney. She made sure me and my family was taken care of while I go to multiple stays in the hospital ,nursing home and after I lost my job when I would return she make sure I was still talking care of to. She has signed an awesome person by the name of Harmony, Harmony came into me and my family‘s life and she feel like family. I’ll take that back made me feel better than some of my family members so whatever they say they’re going to do they’re did. What I mean by that they’re gonna do what they say there going to do they said it would make me feel like I was part of a family and they done that and that’s definitely how I felt. My mom and I never had to hire a lawyer before and was not sure how it worked. After someone hit my car, James Ponton walked us through the process and assured us we wouldn't owe any money and my medical records would be paid for after the case. After less than a year the case is settled and I am not only getting my medical bills paid for, but I am receiving a really check for all of the trouble. I was hurt in a car accident and a friend told my wife and I to speak with their attorney, Evan Kaine. I have really good friends because Attorney Kaine was the right man for the job! At first, the insurance company tried to push us around, but my attorney, Evan Kaine, pushed them right back! We didn’t want to file a lawsuit, but since the insurance company was playing games, we followed the advice of our attorney and sued the other driver. Peter is an amazing attorney. He really is a miracle worker. Long story short I met with a bankruptcy attorney, Ralph Goldberg, to discuss my options for filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Without my permission or knowledge Mr. Goldberg filed chapter 7 bankruptcy which I had NOT authorized. Mr. Goldberg told me the filing could not be withdrawn. Peter was recommended to me by another attorney . I met with Peter & he agreed to take my case. Peter and his associate attorney assisted me through my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and represented me at the trustee meeting. Very efficient. Very timely and helpful with email communication. Price was half what some of the other attorneys are charging (which I suppose MIGHT be justified in very complex cases). Mine was fairly straightforward, but it was still a bankruptcy, so to not be saddled with MORE financial burden (of an over-priced attorney) was a big relief.

MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. John Hadden is amazing! I was fortunate enough to be referred by his lovely wife to help me with a daycare case that unfortunately involved a physical mishandling of my child.
