Attorney Omole handled my son's head injury to a remarkable success. I was introduced to Atty. Omole three years ago after my son suffered a head injury from a fall at his school's Gym. My son's situation was critical as he spent almost three weeks in the intensive unit at Piedmont Hospital. Our insurance quickly ran out before we met Atty. Omole. My wife was seriously injuried by a DUI driver. We were referred to Steve by our Aunt (out of state attorney) and neighbor, who had used him years ago. I was referred to Buzz by a good friend and local Super Attorney about a year ago. Since then I've come to not only rely on him myself, but constantly recommend him as my sole choice for conscientious, timely and professional representation with a personal touch. Buzz seems to very selectively take on clients he believes in and fights fiercely to maintain and protect their rights per his expert knowledge of the law. Each individual client is more than a number to him. I think that it is this power of discernment and conviction that allows Buzz to still shine against the most stagnant/unyielding opposing counsel I've ever seen. No one can guarantee any specific outcome, but Buzz provided sound recommendations along with an earnest pledge to do his best. He delivered on every occasion I needed him to and it felt great to see that goodness still prevails in modern times. For that he earns my highest recommendation and eternal gratitude. If he ever needed a kidney, I'd anesthetize myself to hasten the donation procedure. He's that awesome! I was involved in not one but two back to back car accidents to no fault of my own. I had let my health insurance go and had no health insurance. The doctors told me I would need knee surgery but it would be a while bc I was uninsured. Stephen helped me get the knee surgery I needed and quickly. Not only that but he brought money to my pocket and helped me through this difficult time in which I could not work. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. In May of 2018 I was involved in a car accident. I was rear ended and suffered back and shoulder pain. I hired Attorney Blake Fluevog to handle my case and I was very satisfied with the end results. Bengtson has told me several times that his goals with clients are to treat us in such a way that we come back to him and refer people to him.
He has delivered on that for me.
He got a very crappy injury case of mine in a package deal from the attorney I'd originally hired to represent me in it several years ago.
That one finally settled and had nothing in it for me. Low policy limits and ongoing pain from it because it was a side hit, I didn't know what I was doing and took forever to get treated.
Total mess.
Bengtson was nice about it, and I asked what to do if I got into another accident (really when, because I drive a lot).
I got into another accident.
This one had a semi that caused it.
I called a couple of other lawyers to shop around, settled on him because I'd always been able to get questions answered by his paralegal.
When I came in for the initial consultation he gave me a $3000 check from the case with no money it it. He'd promised to give me something out of it when it was being mediated, but basic arithmetic said I was getting zero so I hadn't bothered to check back.
He DOES NOT use an answering service! So if someone picks up they actually work in the same office (there's a paralegal who works for another lawyer &/or a guy who works reception who pick up the phone occasionally)
The semi truck case settled recently and that was a life changing check for me.
(Partly because I'd wisely let all needy @$$h03$ exit my life without letting them know I was getting anything good out of the accident)
But I haven't had to work since it showed up. And I bought my own place with it too.
It was near the bottom of what Bengtson said my case could bring in, but it was plenty so I was fine with it.
He indicated we could definitely go to court if I wanted, and I think that did have a somewhat higher likely payout for me.

Kirby Clements is a simply outstanding attorney. He handled my case with professionalism and candor. I was very nervous about my case and its outcome, but he was right there with me every step of the way. Got hit by an 18 wheeler and was given a “$3900 settlement.” Other attorneys are saying this is outrageous and that something is fishy here. Either they did not do their due diligence in pursuing the other party in damages, or they held onto a good chunk of the actual settlement. Back is permanently screwed up from this accident.They also give out gift cards for these reviews. (which is also illegal). These guys are scumbags. Beware of these people. Please do not make a decision based off of these reviews. I have given them the opportunity to make this right.
