I was referred to Chris from another attorney who basically sold me on my decision by telling me how hard Chris works. How calculated he is with his motions. It's an open canvas that he turns into a Picasso! How dedicated he is to the clients that he chooses to work with. Chris is a man of character and integrity which is important in a world full of attorneys that elude those characteristics or sell those traits for the almighty dollar. I must say, I admire his perception of the law and his diligence in his motions and the intuition that he has with his offensive strategy. To be a great lawyer, you have to submerge yourself in your clients case, and you must take the initiative to get to know your client. How can you represent me if u don't know me, if you have no idea of how I think or my idealology and perception of life and circumstance? Chris takes the time to get to know you and understand your story which I think is imperative to the outcome of your case. We were constantly in communication, I was always "in the loop "with progression and information pertaining to my case. I had what some would call a “complicated” case. Which took time to sort out - many years in fact. Sometimes I wouldn’t hear from the office for awhile unless I contacted them first. I do think that this possibly could’ve been handled quicker. But like I said my case was complicated, they moved offices and then COVID - some delays that occurred we’re out of their control. Besides the delays - my encounters with Kevin and his team were always a delight. They were very professional, and took time to answer all my questions. We ended up getting a settlement for what I think I deserved and that was greatly appreciated. Worth all the time in the end. I would recommend them to a friend but hope they improve on regular and timely communication going forward.

I'm grateful to Kevin and his team of paralegals Kyle and Davis who helped us through the whole case. My case was complex however, Kevin and his team were able to resolve my case that started in 2018. During mediation and deposition, Kevin walked us through the whole process and prepared us for what the defense counsel was going to do and say. My case was resolved in mediation and Kevin always listened to our concerns and explained to us what was the best avenue and what to expect. The case was against Geico, and his posture never changed, thanks to that he was able to make Geico triple their initial settlement offer. I do not doubt that without Kevin and his associates Geico would have won even though they mistreated a loyal customer. I would recommend Leipow and Associates to does who need a great litigation firm.

Mark and his team helped me and my family after we were involved in a pretty bad wreck. The sign up process was super easy and I was updated almost every week throughout my case. Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns. I can't say enough about Attorney Brown. Just an all around class act. His professionalism, care, concern, and honesty is incomparable. Ms. McCalla is a Godsend! I contacted her after I was cited for a DUI among lesser charges. She and her team were able to get me acquitted by using the facts of the case. Hello I'm Abigail, and I'm going to tell you my own personal testimony. Woke up one day realizing, I didn't know the first thing about getting a divorce, yet alone the paperwork involved. Mia worked on a car accident case for me from 2014 to 2017. I had numerous treatments and in the end had to have major back surgery. The insurance Company never made me any offer of settlement. Mia was able to obtain settlements from three different insurance Company.

My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.

I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident (in 2019) that was not my fault. My first attorney did not have any experience litigating motorcycle cases. He was slow to move on the case and was not looking at all options in terms of recompense. After several months of inaction, I handed my case to Allen who, from the very first call, made it clear that he was familiar with how to litigate motorcycle cases - he also rides - and identified ways in which we could achieve a better settlement than just the liability coverage of the other driver which covered less than 25% of my medical expenses.
Over the course of the next 9 months, Allen did a great job representing me. He was quick to respond to my requests for updates and patient with me when I asked how the process works. (This was my first time pursuing a civil case.) Through his efforts we were able to settle the case without having to go to trial. I am content with the settlement amount and know that I would not have got anywhere close to this had I stayed with the attorney I had originally hired. My lawyer was first rate. She help me put a stop to a lot of the little game my ex was playing. She fought hard and embarrassed my ex and her lawyer. Make my ex admit that i wasnt fighting for revenge but the right to see my daughter. Using they other lawyers claims and evdince against them. Needless to say i still had a field day not bc i watch my ex stuggle... Ok maybe a little bit; yet it was mostly the way my lawyer handle the case. I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case. I started with another firm that wouldn't even return my calls, I could never go to their office (not sure they had an office) the only time I would here from them or their paralegal was to sign papers and it was always to meet this woman in a parking lot and ALWAYS told to sign papers, sign here, sign there and it was all done out of the back of her van which was more than scary. That happened twice, one too many times for me, also I was in constant pain they (the other atty) never helped me as far as my medical attention. The entire process of my case was nothing short of Amazing. Campbell represented me and did an amazing job. I felt like he really cared about my overall wellbeing. Amazing Law Firm!!! Jacob Jackson has went above and beyond working on my car accident case from day one. I am a single mom raising both of my teenage daughters myself.
