We have used Kaufman Law Firm due to the necessity of having to file a personal injury case in two separate instances over the years. Of course, accidents are not the type of situation anyone wants to have to deal with in the first place. But due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed the legal expertise of a law firm that would diligently pursue the case on our behalf and that is what Jeffrey Kaufman and his assistant Ana Galindo did from filing to settlement.
As noted, we had used Kaufman Law Firm several years ago in a personal injury case and based on their professionalism, persistence and willingness to keep us in the loop throughout the course of that case, hiring them again was an automatic decision for my wife and I when unfortunate circumstances again required the need for an legal expert to work to get us fair compensation.

I was in a bad car accident back in December. I got bombarded with calls and solicitations from multiple law firms wanting to take my case. This was so overwhelming in addition to

I was in an accident in 2022 where I was originally marked at fault (this was changed to the other person being marked at fault)... I knew I had to pick a law firm that has experience going to trial. My Case Manager Diana called me like clockwork every 2 weeks.. She helped me understand my option in treatment and what is possible with treatment. She understands the process. Eric Johnson was AWESOME in every since of the word. My experience with Mr. Johnson exceeded my expectations. His combative, witty,straight forward way of cross examination, great character questioning and dead on closing arguments ended in a NOT GUILTY verdict after a 4 day trial and just a 2 hr juror deliberation. Everyone said he(my son) couldn't beat a Murder trial!!! Trust Eric Johnson from a happy mother who was losing her son for a crime he didn't do!!!

I went into his office demanding that my case be dismissed and I wasn't paying any fines, going to any classes or anything else. It was a possession of marijuana case and a super speeder
Eric kept the humor to himself as I insisted that I was going to walk away from this case with paying no other fee than his retainer..
He accompanied me to court on three different occasions and each time I left with a better deal than previously offered. He is a negotiator in this aspect.
In the end, I had to take a risk reduction class and a MADD class, so overall, I couldn't complain. The fine it self came up to $210. Which was very small since the traffic ticket itself was going to be over $700.
I was able to get the charges dismissed after paying the fine and taking the required classes on some kind of GA statue.
Since then, I have conferred with him about a case where someone hit my vehicle with no proof of insurance and his advice was dead on as to how I should proceed.

When we came to Mr. Summers another lawyer was handling my slip and fall case FOR 5 YEARS. The paperwork associated with our case was a mess and the previous atty. had given up on our case.
