I have been in serval accidents in my life and have never needed to call an attorney because the other driver’s insurance always accepted accountability and provided a rental immediately. This time, I was hit by a guy and filed the claim. Once filed, they refused to take my calls and hung up. I called Matt at his firm for help and he too was met with resistance and lack of cooperation. He persevered and was able to recuperate all the money I had lost. They ask questions and have you do all they work for them and charge you money, you tell them the person when where to find them and they go when they want too and say they can find the person. They also dont know how fight for you they are horrable.I did not get all my money things without out paying more money for what so the only person to when is the lawyer and the other party. I would not use this laywer office if I was you wast of time and money!!!

This has been a road with this lawyer as I would give her less than 1 star if I could because of the way she has treated my family member in their court case in Cobb county. Instead of admitting she knows nothing about his cases (felony) & her YSL case is her priority she denies and lies as if she has visited when it is documented that she has not but once. Every case she takes or is assigned to, deserve a fair chance of representation & the oath states that she is supposed to “adhere to all articles of conduct while working tirelessly for the best possible outcome.” When I call to ask about updates she is rude. A life should be her concern paid or not! I will be complaining to state bar as this matter has been ongoing with her for over 1 year with her unprofessional manner.

I was in an accident in 2022 where I was originally marked at fault (this was changed to the other person being marked at fault)... I knew I had to pick a law firm that has experience going to trial. My Case Manager Diana called me like clockwork every 2 weeks.. She helped me understand my option in treatment and what is possible with treatment. She understands the process. I was caught red handed, irrefutable evidence that I had made some poor decisions. Instead of fitting a losing battle Mr. Lail proposed a solution that would accomplish the best results. I was blinded by fear and thinking that I knew best but I trusted Mr. Lail and was home and safe in a fraction of the time I was deserving of. I doubted Mr. Lail for a moment and ended up looking like a fool when it all worked out like he said it would.
Look, Mr. Lail is not a magician and cannot guarantee you will get off without any consequence. However if you are smart, (well you wouldn’t actually need him, but when you do!) you will get a straight shooting level headed lawyer like Mr. Lail to be your pathfinder back to freedom.
