Horrible intake interaction, and was a barebone lack of clear fact finding. Lying to potential clients and disregarding referential treatment, because a method wasn't the same as usual. No call back to even say yay or nay. Shows a lack of professionalism. Although, can't speak for the attorneys in this matter as I never got past the gate keeper. I was referred by an attorney that has gained my trust, and that is the real shame.

Eric Johnson was AWESOME in every since of the word. My experience with Mr. Johnson exceeded my expectations. His combative, witty,straight forward way of cross examination, great character questioning and dead on closing arguments ended in a NOT GUILTY verdict after a 4 day trial and just a 2 hr juror deliberation. Everyone said he(my son) couldn't beat a Murder trial!!! Trust Eric Johnson from a happy mother who was losing her son for a crime he didn't do!!!

I went into his office demanding that my case be dismissed and I wasn't paying any fines, going to any classes or anything else. It was a possession of marijuana case and a super speeder
Eric kept the humor to himself as I insisted that I was going to walk away from this case with paying no other fee than his retainer..
He accompanied me to court on three different occasions and each time I left with a better deal than previously offered. He is a negotiator in this aspect.
In the end, I had to take a risk reduction class and a MADD class, so overall, I couldn't complain. The fine it self came up to $210. Which was very small since the traffic ticket itself was going to be over $700.
I was able to get the charges dismissed after paying the fine and taking the required classes on some kind of GA statue.
Since then, I have conferred with him about a case where someone hit my vehicle with no proof of insurance and his advice was dead on as to how I should proceed.

Law offices of K& P failed to represent me. I was involved in a 4 car accident and was deemed not at fault. I was car #2. Brandon T Hughes and the other case managers have failed to provide statements or any information to the other insurance companies which is delaying my treatment, plus I've been without a vehicle since. I hired her to represent me in an accident where I hit a lady who ran the stop sign. She told me where to go to see a doctor which ended up being a chiropractor and then I didn't hear from her. I didn't try to call her because I was working on a diagnosis but she never reached out and asked for any specifics as far as the accident. Once I got my diagnosis, we set up a meeting which she was almost an hour late for and didn't give me much information regarding the accident. I fired her and hired another atty who interviewed me regarding the accident (she never did) and who told me other things to save me money (which she didn't). I will never have her represent me in anything and would never refer her to anybody! You'll end up paying out more money to her and the doctors she sends you and not left with much from your accident!!

She conducted the initial consultation and has done NOTHING since (this was 4 months ago). She has got to be one of the worst to call herself a lawyer but can't seem to accomplish the basics! If you have ANY LEGAL ISSUE... this firm is NOT the one. They have HIGH turnover and the partners must have inability to monitor their inability to perform because DUE TO LACK OF BEING EFFICIENT..they failed to stay on point with my court needs..lost and 4 months later didnt have the courage to conference nor advise me. So over two yeara of legal pursuit and ive lost to the crook that caused my matter and the very one that should have saved me put me deeper in the ditch. Pathetic !!!

Perry is still handling my case I was with another law firm & never talked to my lawyer. She never called me & I always had to go through her assistant (NOT COOL).
I will say it was Foy & Associates. It wasn't Foy himself!! Letting that be understood!
I have read the reviews about Perry Ellis & I can't say he is a bad attorney my case is still open.
Here is my take on Perry; I just think he is a no nonsense attorney & he doesn't like a bunch jibberish. He want facts he is an agressive lawyer his demeanor is of a pitbull BUT he doesn't mean any harm. Lawyers time is money & being tied up in court & going back & forth with employers/insurance companies. I haven't settled yet but I hve no doubt he will take care of things. The settlement amount offered in the beginning of my claim was$3500 . After almost 2 years if waiting to get in court to see what the judge felt like was fair,buddoo an associate settled my case which was to be presented in front of my judge that morning at 10:00am they settled my case that morning before I arrived for the same $3500 I was previously offered at the beginning of my claim which I denied offer for 2 years in hopes of the judge settling the case with a fair verdict. I was not citied at the accident scene the other driver were at fault immediate from running traffic signal.

Seth mapped out a great plan on the one time I was able to actually meet with him in person. It's been over a year and a half since he took my case, and he has yet to make a demand. Instead, he offers same excuse for the delay whenever I speak with him( on the rare occasion that he or paralegal return phone calls. Very frustrating experience. He doesn't follow through on his own plan.
