They wasted months on a time sensitive case that they took to wait months later to deny because I was being forced to seek mandatory additional care, which was not stated previously, I've lost my husband of 22yrs which I told Floredia but she doesn't care! I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Andrea brings a level of personal connection to the engagement and truly cares about the well being of her clients, not just the outcome! She knows the case inside and out and is so well prepared to provide her clients with the necessary information to make educated decisions. I was driving through Atlanta late one night. Almosts got into an accident and was then pulled over. The officer had me get out of the car and had me do field evaluations. I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward. Most lawyers are lazy but not Kevin. I would hire Kevin again if ever needed his services! Thanks for the hard work Kevin!

Consulte fácil a más de veinte abogados y al mirar mi historia todos me decían que sería deportada de por vida.
En mayo del 2023 el abogado Diaz me convence (CONSULTA GRATIS Y POR TELÉFONO) y nos fuimos con todo en Octubre de ese mismo año consigo permiso de trabajo y en Diciembre del 2024 me llegó mi GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!!

I am the one that wrote the review for Ken on October 23, 2017. My previous experiences with him were all positive, so I will not change what I wrote. I respected him as a lawyer and always showed him kindness. When he suffered the loss of his wife, I sent him a heartfelt letter to give him my condolences. I wanted to encourage him and tried my best to uplift his spirit. When he asked, I wrote a review for him and made it public to show him my appreciation for all that he had done for me.
After my father died in 2022, I thought Ken would be a great resource for advice. To my surprise, he said he didn't remember me, or even believe that he ever handled my case. Even though it hurt, I maintained my composure and spoke to him about my father's complex situation when he asked.
My father passed away from multi-organ failure amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic. What makes his case so complex is the inhumane treatment he received from the staff at a well-known hospital in Atlanta, GA. Sadly, Ken wasn't willing to listen to me discuss those details. His prejudice against individuals who opted not to receive vaccination led him to hang the phone up on me mid-conversation.
He gave me no opportunity to respond to his opinion. I never disrespected him in the entire conversation, but this is how he treated me. Here's what I find so sad about all this:
1. He did not witness the atrocities my mom and I witnessed.
2. He did not face the discrimination and intense hatred my mom and I faced in that hospital.
3. He rejected my story entirely and was quick to judge my father’s situation before inquiring for more information.
So, as of October 1, 2024, I cannot and will not recommend this lawyer to any family for anything because of his choice to not listen. I feel obligated to the people to update my review on this page when my views no longer align with what I wrote in 2017.

Ken and his assistant Christine were gracious, sweet and understanding of me and my case, be it small. It did take a little longer than I expected but once Christine came into the picture, things went smoothly and rather quickly. They made sure to answer any questions I had, and made sure I understood all the details of the case. Best of all, they kept me up to date with all the details regarding hospital bills, my insurance company, and what not. Overall I think they did an amazing job and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I was rear ended back in May of 2021 and I contacted Robert James Offices and they jumped on my case. It was a hit and run and i had proof, even when the accused tried to deny. They worked my case and got them to admit and settle within 6 months. I hope to never need them again (don't want to be in an accident ever again) but if I do, i will definitely use Robert James Trial again.

I currently work with them with Hiring of my fiancé. I have Attorney Eaddy once everybody was retained I cannot get a contact from anyone. They never have a scheduled date for court dates my husband just sitting in a county jail. No one has any answers. No one even knows what's going on they're not doing their job. I have to give them information that they should be figuring out on their own. I can't get in touch with Attorney Robert James I have been hassled on the day of court. The attorney is late to court as she is very unprofessional. I literally regret retaining them.

Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were. I NEVER had a problem getting him or anyone on the phone or an email response. Mind you I had given up because my case was turnt down by multiple lawyers. But Adam took the case and we won and I can’t thank him enough for everything. He absolutely deserves a 5 out of 5.

Attorney Omole handled my son's head injury to a remarkable success. I was introduced to Atty. Omole three years ago after my son suffered a head injury from a fall at his school's Gym. My son's situation was critical as he spent almost three weeks in the intensive unit at Piedmont Hospital. Our insurance quickly ran out before we met Atty. Omole. He found three other insurance coverages for my son's injury and recuperation. My son is doing remarkably well, with a long term treatment plan negotiated with good settlement.

I had a BK-7 on my TransUnion report. The date is incorrect. It shows from 2016 but BK was in 2012. I also had 60 days late on a car loan from 2019, no collection and charge off Citi bank from 2019 paid. Started rebuilding December 2021 with 522 FICO 8 but none of the strategies worked. I have to look for a credit repair company which my colleague at work recommended to me as a PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST to me. I believed her because I knew she was having a bad credit score but that day she showed me her credit score was above 800+ I contacted them immediately to be honest I was not disappointed. I followed all really good advice on journaling my accident injuries and recovery. I was a little taken aback that the information needed to verify my employmnet was not secured in a timely manner after I was terminated. It was at least 2 months after my severence that I was informed of a need to get my former employer records. I thought that this was completely up to the legal representative to get the information. I did assist as much as i could. I guess I was feeling that the process was so long ,that I needed more updates consistently. Overall it was good towards the end of my rehab and recovery. The longest issue I guess was the billing errors on the part of the insurance company and the hospital. I did feel better after actually meeting my lawyer . Very very nice. I am glad I contacted the law firm,]. They answered my call immediately. They have been with me now a year and a half trying to get everything straight.
