This man is awful and his practice is unethical. He got a free 1000 from scamming my family. Didn’t even bother to look up my father’s case we literally paid him 1000 for him to see my father in person and demand more money. He did not look up his case or offer any type of consultation on how we can help my father. BEWARE of this awful unethical attorney that’s ok with scamming families out of their hard earned money.

If you get Gabby from Adams & Corzine, you will be in good hands on how to handle your legal matters. She is easily one of the most polite legal representatives I met in regards to my situation. After my father and I were involved in a pretty bad car wreck, we weren't sure who to turn to for help regarding the process of our case. When we were recommended to Mr. Adams by a freind we decided to give the law firm a visit. After our first meeting we felt very welcomed as Mr. Adams not only makes a strenuous effort to come out with the best outcome for our case, but he also makes an effort to get to know you and connect in a more personal level. Being a student a Sac state and he being an alumni there, we had a good time bonding while Mr. Adams guided me through tm he process and making sure I understood the situation and was up-to-date. If I ever find myself in a rocky situation like this again (hopefully not), there would be no other attorney and law firm I would turn to but Adams & Corzine. Thank you for everything!

Doug is an excellent lawyer. He doesn't even make you feel like he is your lawyer, he talks to you on a very personal level making you feel more like a long time friend you have known for years. When I first had my accident, Doug went out of his way to come to my house and see how I was doing. I was in a wheelchair at the time and this was very helpful of Doug. He has an excellent sense of humor but more importantly he is very smart and knows his craft well. You can tell by talking with Doug that he is well experienced and knows what he is doing. On top of that his assistant Gaby is helpful as well and answers questions in a timely manner. Doug is the lawyer you want whenever the time comes that you need one. I have had other lawyers in the past and Doug definitely sticks out more in my mind than the others. Doug genuinely cares about his clients and he is a man of his word. I'm just really disappointed with my experience with this office. They really let me down. I gave Mr. Bently who works for Joe vandervoort $5,000 to write court documents for me. Although this was a lot of money I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I had to constantly call the office to get him to work on it(around 50 calls) most of the time i was unable to reach him. He said himself that he would need me on the phone while he worked on it, So he only spent a couple hours on my documents. 1 year later my documents were denied and mr Bently said it would cost me another $1500 to appeal it. I was homeless and broke. I borrowed the money from my family. If this was done correctly I would have been living happily with shelter and family but I had to live in my vehicle throughout the pandemic and not to mention I got covid 19. I wish they cared enough to not rip me off, I wish that mr. Bently treated this matter professionally and correctly.

I would like to share the profound impact Joe VanDervoort and his staff has had on my life. I was facing long term, mandatory jail time and I was consumed with fear that my life was over. The best decision I ever made was placing the out-come in Joe's hands. I asked, "What was I to do?" Joe simply smiled and said, "relax, we're going to keep you out of jail. I'll take care of everything; you live your life." I followed his instructions and my life was not only restored, but improved as a result of this seemingly impossible experience. I was facing allot of problems with my case and Mr. VanDevoort and I were able to sit and talk about the best way to resolve it. We probably did not always agree 100% on the route to go but in the end all was explained and we did choose the right one. He is very easy to work with and will always have your best interest in mind. His results were very satisfying. If you are in need of a lawyer I would recommend him 100%.

I contacted Rhona regarding filing a partition/lis pendens suit against another family member. When i called her she was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. She was willing to talk to me for quit a bit in regard to the matter and explained the process and what i could expect. She was very upfront and transparent about how to handle the matter. I was impressed that when we were talking there was no rush to get off the phone. I made up my mind by the end of the conversation and set up a appointment to meet her and start the process. We met, I paid the retainer and started process. She sent a demand letter to the other party shortly after outlining that I had retained her and how we would move forward with the partition if this could not be settled immediately. In short, The other party realized that things were going to get serious and agreed to list the property at a reasonable price, and the property sold thereafter. This avoided a costly battle thru the court system. When this ended Rhona contacted me and said she would now close out the account she had with the retainer. Within i couple weeks I received back a refund on the amount not used with a breakdown of charged time. I would use her services again without worry because she is honest, transparent and is always available if you need to talk to her. Again, Thank You - Dan M.

I was referred to Jeff Weninger by a chiropractor to help me resolve my injury case. My accident occurred in April 2021. The communication is close to non existent, it takes days to get a response via email and every time I call to check the status of my case Jeff is in a meeting. I was originally told my case would easily be resolved in 6 months it’s now going on 10 months and this case is still has not been settled. Jeff the lawyer I’m working with shows no sign of proactive involvement or a sense of urgency to resolve my case. Please be warned if you are seeking legal assistance with an accident case and looking to move on with your life, look elsewhere because Jeff Weninger has a lack of urgency, horrible communication, and he will take FOREVER to resolve your case. Today I had to find out my car has been deemed a total loss by going to my dealership. Jeff was not aware nor have I been compensated for anything this situation is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

I recommend Jeff to anyone wanting clear directions. I had no clue what to do or where to start. I had no idea what was going to happen. Jeff lead us through all the legal stuff that was foreign to us. He was patient, thank goodness. His staff took care of all the research, paper work, etc. The only hard part was the travel time to Sacramento. I had a hard time riding in a car after my accident. I was rear ended. Although chronic pain can sometimes feel like a curse, mostly I feel lucky to be alive and grateful for the help I've received since i got a second chance at living. I had my totally free consultation today with Mr Palmer. Great experience, explained all the in, outs and cost of what we might experience in an attempt to secure a restraining order against my ex. He very easily could have taken my money and started what could be a very long and costly process. We engaged Palmer Rodak & Associates to mediate our divorce. We were able to come to an agreement in one full day of mediation (about as good as one could hope for). I think that Mathew and Layla did a solid job w/ that part. However, what would follow that agreement was much harder than I anticipated. The real rock stars here are the paralegals that help you to the finish line. Especially Ashley who guided us through the cumbersome process, dealing with the courts (to save me time), and quickly responding to inquiries and (only) escalating when necessary (for cost savings), etc. I would recommend Palmer Rodak & Associates for your mediation needs.
