Where do I start. Bradley Smith is the best lawyer in the state of Colorado, arguably several states. Smith & Weidinger Law Firm is unmatched. Bradley Smith is a Prior Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who knows the law word for word. Attorney Molly Ullrich also assisted with my case and brought so much to the table. They reviewed my case saw so many things wrong went to trial and I received not guilty. No one wants to get in trouble but if you do for any reason, your only choice should be Smith & Weidinger for the best results possible.

Mark, Thomas and Andres were extremely knowledgable and diligent in handling our case from the very beginning all the way until we reached a settlement. Our case was very difficult for outside parties to follow on paper, which made our whole experience frustrating to say the least. The Nelson team handled each step of the way calmly and strategically and in the end, it paid off. I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Nik Sulley was fantastic- trustworthy, dedicated and hardworking. However, once his boss got involved it was a complete tone change and bait & switch. Almost three years of hard work, a team of incomparable expert witnesses, rock solid case… but a week before trial I got forced to take a meager settlement under suspicious circumstances. It even emerged that the defense’s key piece of evidence, presented by their lead attorney, was fraudulent but no one bothered to point it out. I was lied to- told our experts said things that they never said, and gaslit with the unexpected introduction of alleged weaknesses in my case that no one had previously mentioned in almost three years! Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre.
I can see why an attorney would want to force a settlement for a case they fear they will lose money on, but it’s odd to me that this change of heart happened so quickly and that they weren’t even trying at the end. They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. It felt like they had joined the defense counsel and were no longer working for me.

The IRS made a mistake and thought I owed 5 figures from several years ago from income that they double counted. Not a fun letter to get, and the incredibly incompetent IRS agents were impossible to communicate, let alone reason with. (How do you get 80K new employees and $8 billion and still require fax and snail mail as your only options for communication years later???). Elizabeth and Jason took great care of me, quickly identified the mistake, and then dealt with the IRS for months to get them to arrive at the conclusion that, actually, I didn't owe 5 figures and instead they gave me a $5 refund.
They were highly competent, super on-top of communications and updates, and at no point did I ever have to call them for an update. They would call me. Highly recommend their services.

Alan and Molly have been so great to work with. I sought their legal help out for my personal injury from an auto accident and they were very compassionate and helpful every step of the way for over the 2 years that my claim was on-going. Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! When was the last time a law firm did something like that? Definitely recommended.
