Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I received a neck injury in a car accident due to the negligence of another driver. The insurance company wasn't working with me, so I contacted Brian. I had a complex and unusual case - two car accidents within 4 months (neither were my fault). I don't take any medications and advocate for my own healthcare - so hadn't seen an MD until just before the 2nd accident happened.
Due to this scenario, THREE attorneys told me I had a case, then kicked me to the curb when they realized they'd actually have to work hard to make any money from my cases. The 3rd attorney did this 30 days before the statute of limitations ran out - although he did help me to find Jeremy.
Jeremy led me through the entire process - often dealing with my anger at the unfairness of the entire situation. He was kind, truthful, conscientious and personable the whole way.

I was referred to Jeremy by a coworker who experienced a similar situation. I was injured in a car wreck, which caused back injuries and repairs to my vehicle. Jeremy set up doctors consultations for me and made the process easy. He was also in constant contact with the insurance companies to cover the expenses of the doctor visits and replacement of the door to my car. Law suits are often drawn out and lengthy but Jeremy had consistent communication with me that made it go by quickly and ultimately have a strong financial settlement for me. My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.

I am so glad I called Beem & Isley . I did not know what to do or where to go. I never needed an attorney before. I was so lost so I started calling numerous attorneys and none of them were right. My wife and I were involved as non-ticketed injured parties in two automobile accidents in 2011. We have just concluded 3-3/4 years of negotiations stemming from those accidents, with the help of our excellent attorney, Ms. Rebecca Albano.
This process involved extended communication with representatives of three insurance companies, the drivers / car owners and their attorneys, plus administrative representatives from more than a dozen medical firms and therapeutic treatment providers. Ms. Albano took care of all the myriad of details, red tape, and paperwork as our legal representative.
At one point, she provided a five-inch stack of accumulated documentation copies to a doctor with the information necessary for him to conduct a comprehensive interview and form an objective medical opinion. This amount of material indicates the complexity of our case, and Ms. Albano’s thoroughness.
Ms. Albano was hired by the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm in part because of her experience as a trial lawyer. We were assigned to work with her from the start, and she was always available to meet as we had questions, progressed with treatments, and submitted innumerable records and bills. Her guidance and recommendations on the litigation process were invaluable, saving us lots of time and headaches. She also was sincerely concerned for our well-being and healing progress, and suggested additional diagnostic / therapy resources to us to help speed our recovery.
We found Ms. Albano to be consistently tough and proactive on our behalf, and very well informed on the whole legal morass with which we were suddenly confronted. We would have been immediately overwhelmed and outnumbered, had it not been for her expertise and caring. She kept us informed, gave us good advice based on her broad experience, and always explained our alternatives then let us make the final decisions along the way.
Naturally, we followed her as she left the law firm where we first met, and initiated her own business. We had built up a great deal of confidence, trust, and rapport with Ms. Albano. She continued to represent us well as we concluded the first settlement, then moved through final mediation on the second.
We feel that Ms. Albano was instrumental in negotiating fair agreements, which provided enough money to pay all of our medical / treatment / related bills, her own fees, and left enough for us to continue with some necessary ongoing rehab / maintenance treatments. She worked hard and successfully for us, and we will definitely call upon Ms. Albano if we have need for an attorney in the future.

I had a highly complex case and was passed from lawyer to lawyer. Robert walked in and was confident he could help me glue the pieces to my puzzle back together. I hired Mr. Brovege after meeting with other lawyers for a workers comp claim. He was compassionate and concerned with my health. I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.
