I found myself a victim of roofing contractor that took my money and didn’t perform any work. County law enforcement was moving incredibly slow and I did not have strong confidence I was going to recover any of my money. I decided to hire Stuart Morse Law firm. I mostly worked with Greg on my case and I was immediately impressed with this law firm. I have been trying to get ahold of the individual helping me with my case and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have called, text, and emailed multiple times and no one ever reaches back out to me. I am wary on finishing paying off the fee because I am supposed to be working with Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy but the invoice says Fresh Start.

Getting a divorce is hard...being divorced can be pretty great though (if you have a good lawyer!) That's where Emily at Ellison Law came in for me. I had an extremely contentious and drawn out divorce due to my ex not wanting to cooperate and be civil. In times where it felt like my entire life way in full chaos, Emily's sound advice, level minded strategies, and keen awareness of the divorce process was my only saving grace. While divorce is ultimately painful, sad, expensive, and life-changing for everyone involved, having a good lawyer to help you through it and to help plan for what your life looks like after divorce is so critical, especially if you are divorcing someone who wants to make the process as difficult as possible. Emily had my back at every turn, she fought hard for me in court, and was so thoroughly prepared that it truly saved my life, the life I have now, the stability my kids have now. I had to put so much trust into Emily's guidance and knowledge of the system, and I'm so glad I did. Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Mr. Casey helped me with a car accident in 2024. I was hit from the rear at about 30 mph by a pickup and ended up injured and with a totaled car. Mr. Casey stepped in as my shield against the risks and aggravation of dealing with the insurance company on my own. The entire process went much more smoothly because he was there to support me.
Throughout the entire ordeal, Mr. Casey was responsive, warm, experienced, and never rushed. I called his firm as soon as I knew an injury was involved and was able to sign him as my representative the same day. He was usually available to pick up the phone right away and, if not, never failed to return my calls quickly. His experience was invaluable, too, because it saved me pointless effort bickering over issues for which my evidence didn't support an outcome in my favor. Yet, simultaneously, he pointed me toward issues I never would have known to pursue that helped to round out my total compensation and compensate for the weaker areas of my case.
I was always honest with him and we turned out to be matched well in terms of integrity. He never ignored inconvenient facts of my case or coached me in any way to get me to fit the bill for a person with worse injuries than I truly had. I respect that kind of honesty. I will absolutely call him again should the need arise.

There is not a perfect enough combination of words that I could use to express my gratitude for Kurt Zaner and the knowledge he encompasses as an attorney. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Moran, Allen and Associates, specifically from Michael Allen. I sought their assistance during one of the most vulnerable and traumatic times in my life as a victim of domestic violence, only to be met with insensitivity, lack of preparation, and poor communication.
During a critical phone call, Michael began the conversation by dismissively stating, “I do not see abuse here, maybe just him being rude,” despite clear evidence of threats, physical harm, and audio recordings of my abuser threatening violence. This statement was not only disheartening but also invalidating. It was clear that my evidence was not reviewed beforehand, which left me feeling blindsided and unsupported.
Additionally, Michael requested that I rewrite important documents due to formatting issues and made comments about his communication style, admitting, “I’ve been told I don’t always say things the right way.” As a victim of domestic violence, I expected empathy and professionalism—qualities that were severely lacking.
To make matters worse, only days before my Temporary Protection Order (TPO) hearing, the firm informed me they had a conflict of interest and could no longer represent me. This is something that should have been identified at the outset, not at such a critical time. Their mishandling of my case added unnecessary stress and jeopardized my ability to feel protected.
I share this review to warn others who may be in similar vulnerable situations. Victims deserve lawyers who will advocate for them with care, respect, and competence. My experience with this firm did not meet those standards, and I hope they address these issues to better serve others in the future.

These lawyers are not for the faint of heart. If you are easily offended go somewhere else. However, they are straight shooters and tell you like it is. They don’t coddle you. On the flip side I probably wasn’t the easiest client lol! With that being said they didn’t lead me astray. I listened to their advice all the way through my divorce and child custody proceedings. They had great great advice on ways to get ahead of things. The only thing I think they could work in is communication. I felt out of the loop on things at times. Maybe that was because I’ve never had to do anything like this before and no clue what the process was and they’ve done this for so long that they assume clients have certain knowledge. In the end I got everything I wanted and a little extra. Thank you guys so much!

My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.
