When my vehicle was torpedoed by a Broomfield City transit van, that failed to signal before diving into my lane, I immediately contacted Hull & Zimmerman for advice on how to proceed. Rick Hull courteously helped and advised me throughout the long, drawn-out process.
Mr. Hull very much went against my common expectations that contacting an attorney would immediately trigger an expense that I could in no way afford. Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.
He spent quite a bit of time with us and at no point did I feel rushed through or patronized. I'm sure he hears about these situations every day.

I am so glad I got a lawyer! I was fighting with the insurance company for three months before I took a chance and hired them! Several years ago this lawyer did an amazing job in getting me a settlement after a motorcycle accident, a hit and run also. He found the driver and sent me to several doctors to be taken care of. It also only took a couple months. Other lawyers told me it could take a year or more, but not with Mr.Collins. Since then he had represented my son and my wife, my mother in law and now a neighbor. Absolutely the best and most caring attorney in Colorado Springs. Would call him every time if I needed to.

Twice now I've been in touch with Patrick Collins. Both were for automobile accidents 15 years apart. Both times he took care of us like we were family and even remembered me after 15 years. I posted a legal question on AVVO, and immediately got a ton of responses from many injury lawyers across CO. Almost every lawfirm’s response on there was to contact them immediately. However, Mr. Richard Gama from Gama Law firm was the ONLY lawyer that responded by saying that I needed to seek medical help for my injury first, before I had worry about a lawyer.
No questions asked, I went ahead and reached out to him and see if he would be able to represent me. I knew this was someone who was not only interested in representing me but also cared about my health and well-being.
Given the fact that this was my first ever vehicle accident with an injury, I knew little to nothing and did not know what to expect. However, before I would even wonder or ask him a question , Mr. Gama would have already told me what to do or what to expect. It truly was an easy, quick and effortless experience throughout this whole process. It was nice to know that someone knowledgeable, experienced and very well qualified, would be able to talk you at a personal level but also be very professional about things. I truly felt at ease every time I talked to him whether through phone call or email communication. He was always available and ready to meet and would give you his full attention and time although he had a busy schedule. (He even drove up to my job)

I hired a "big firm" for my car accident case but they never returned my calls or kept me posted about my case so I fired them and went to Mr. Gama. He always made time to talk with me and we really stuck it to the insurance company in the end. If I ever get hurt again I know who I'm calling.

After my car accident, for which I was not at fault, I was referred to Sam Barfield by a friend. I have never used an attorney prior to this accident and was a bit lost in what to do next. Sam took my call immediately and walked me thru the process in detail, even before I had agreed to hire him. He was patient, full of knowledge and explained things in a way a lay person could easily understand. Thru the months of medical appointments and rehab, Sam took great care in explaining what I needed to know and was so comforting thru the process. I was in a horrific rollover collision where I was nearly killed. Another driver was at fault and crossed three lanes on the freeway, and hit me and rolled my car. My car was totally destroyed. I sustained injuries from the collision. I was not in a mental state to handle anything about this collision on my own and knew I needed to hire an advocate. I interviewed multiple attorneys, and when I met Sam Barfield, I knew he was the one. Sam was extremely compassionate as I was dealing with pain and all of the injuries. I was always able to reach my personal injury attorney, and my questions regarding my motor vehicle accident claim were always answered timely. Working with Law Offices of Said Sharbini, has been pleasant from start to finish. I live in Florida had a couple of warrants that needed to be taken care of and Contacted a few lawyers there; a couple were a bit cheaper. Called Mr. Sharbini and we had a nice conversation. I was concerned he was a little bit more expensive than the others, but like he said, "You pay for what you get". I took the chance; I'm glad I did he got Amanda Borsman on my case she was able to get one settled the next day and took about two months to get the second one handled. During that time, her or the office, never left me waiting responded quickly and explained the law where I understood she was patient and listened to my concerns. I loved the results from both cases; even got a portion of my trust fund back. Very honest firm and Highly Recommend them.

In September of 2014 I suffered a career ending injury at BNSF Railway. The RR choose to not do the right thing even though I continued to have faith in them. I talked to Jeff on a recommendation of a friend after many broken promises by BNSF. I had only done one thing wrong that night, and that was trusting BNSF to accurately train, and prepare a operator to safely work along side me. I talked with Jeff and he helped ease my mind and finally realize that the RR was not conducting themselves i my best interest or livelihood. My injuries physically were were permanent and the PTSD was overwhelming and learning to deal with it was life altering. Jeff worked tirelessly for me and my future well-being. He fought them like David and Goliath and we won. Due to his tireless work and knowledge of law and his belief in me when I sometimes didn't believe in the end. I hired Tim when my disability carrier was stalling in paying my disability claim. I am an attorney, and had years of experience hiring and supervising other attorneys. I fell down my stairs in 2008. They were built incorrectly and not up to code. I sustained a neck injury and had to have surgery on my neck. I retained an attorney that I thought was going to help me but she didn't. I was very frustrated and disappointed so I did some research. I researched and contacted several attorneys in
Denver that handled slip and fall cases but was not satisfied with the initial phone conversations or actual meetings.
In June of 2010, I found Mr. Koupal on the internet and was impressed with his profile and credentials. I contacted Chris and set up an appointment to meet with him. I found Chris to be very knowledgable, professional, confident and a man of intregrity. Chris agreed to take my case and also helped me handle the dismissal of my other attorney in a very positive and professional manner. From that point on, he proceeded to research, investigate and move forward with my case. He kept me well informed almost on a weekly basis for over a year. Chris always emailed me back or contacted me by phone regarding the progress of my case. As a result from the neck surgery, I had accquired many medical bills that totaled thousands of dollars. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
