I was in a car accident rear ended back in November 2014 and I was in a lot of stress and hurt. I was referred to Daniel right away. He made me feel like I was very important and that I was not alone in this case. He got me the right treatment with excellent doctors that took care of me throughout my whole therapy and doctor visits. Daniel always kept in touch with me about my case letting me know any updates about my case. He will mainly say you are the boss and he will be right behind you every step of the way. Ever since I have met Daniel I have followed every single advise he has told me to do for my case, and I have no regrets hiring him as my attorney for my car accident. He gives you great advise and options that you may want to follow, he will never pressure you in doing anything you do not feel comfortable doing. We hired Dan Reinfeld to assist us with an auto insurance claim. The insurance company was trying to deny coverage of the entire claim. Dan was very thoughtful in his approach and didn’t give up. He tried multiple strategies and it worked. They reopened the “closed” claim and covered the claim fully. We were able to do this without having to go to court. Dan is a great written and oral communicator with all parties. In addition, he kept us informed and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. It’s typically a stressful time if you are seeking an attorney and he made our ordeal much more bearable. I would strongly and without reservation recommend Dan to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Not one, but two of my children were involved in separate automobile accidents. Melissa was there to help us through the steps, talked us through all of our options, and helped us to make very informed decisions. There were calls, texts, and emails between us, she went well above and beyond what I had expected from her. I recently had the opportunity to watch Tom Scarritt in the courtroom and I was very impressed. It was evident that Tom connected with the jury extremely well and was very comfortable in the courtroom. He did an excellent job of turning complex legal issues, into persuasive, understandable arguments that the jurors could relate to. Tom did a wonderful job and I would recommend him very strongly.

After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Matt for your great work and patients with me during this process.
I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light at about 45 miles per hour and injuryed my back.
Matt helped me right from the start with getting the damage for my car taken care of and then directing me in what I needed to do for my physical injuries. He made it simple and understandable to follow and encouraged me to stay patient on those days the pain was unbearable and I just needed to complain to someone beside my wife. I was involved in a slip fall accident. I contacted a local law firm that specializes in helping women according to their website. I was asking for my medical bills to be paid since I broke my wrist and needed a metal plate and had surgery to repair my wrist with an orthopedic surgeon. Needless to say, the law firm that I contracted had many issues and did not file necessary paperwork due to personnel issues. During this time I had many lawyers leave the firm and a new one assigned to my case over a 4 year period. Mr. Bennett was assigned to my case and finally got the bill rolling. The issues with the firm continued and when Mr. Bennett also decided to leave the firm, I elected to keep him as my lawyer since he was the only one so far that made progress on my case. What a great decision! Mr. Bennett proved to be persistent, knowledgeable and dedicated to seeing my case through the negotiations and was able to secure my medical bills paid in full. He even waived his fee for me because of the amount of time I had been involved with the prior law firm and felt I had been treated unfairly for enough time. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed!
But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! Thank you so much Jeffrey for making a difference in my family's life and mine. I am forever grateful. I hope I don't need you anytime soon, but if I did, you will be my first call! Thanks again.
