I was referred by a friend to use Tim when my son was in a MVA . That was several years ago. I have used him several Tim in the past. My most recent MVA he handled my bodily injury claim. We had a few difficult issues with medical liens, bill reductions etc. but he worked them out. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is a great lawyer and very patient. Shane Smith took my case when no one else would. Shane himself took my case on and provided me with everything that I needed. They took great care of me and I could always speak to someone when I called. Shane even talked to the hospital that did my surgery and got me to see a physical therapist. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s expertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew how to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Highly recommend Wendi. I was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. Blood sample was twice the legal limit and the video evidence was not in my favor. Wendi was able to get the DUI reduced to reckless driving and the ticket thrown out which was the absolute best case scenario. She is very knowledgeable and she fully explained all possibilities so I was prepared going in. Was able to additionally save points on my license. I gladly took conditions of probation considering the alternative. Having an experienced lawyer was well worth it. Would refer her to anyone faced with DUI.

MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. Rohan was successful in dismissing one felony and reducing other felony to a misdemeanor. Consequently I received no jail time and no deportation. I highly recommend MR. Rohan and his law firm.

My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. Watching him interact/work in the courtroom ensured us we made the right decision to his firm to represent our then high school aged son.

My wife was test driving at a big name car dealership, when one of the dealerships people slammed into the back of her. Both my wife and my mother-in-law were in the car and suffered injuries.
