Matt helped us with a personal injury case in the late 1990's. The case was complex and took many years to settle, but Matt never gave up on us. I was originally recommended her husband but she ended up taking my case. I was charged sith driving with a suspended license and pulled over under the guise of hands free and had a $2000 charge for the two citations. She got both dropped and I ended up only paying $51. I am so glad I hired here!

We've had the misfortune of being on the wrong end of two fairly significant car crashes in the course of a year or so. Derek Horne walks the talk. After searching for a local Pooler attorney to help me with a local matter I made several phone calls and after speaking with a couple others that only seemed to want my money but couldn't explain exactly how they would handle my situation and didnt have much time to talk before getting paid one of them a former local prosecutor I made my last call to Derek Horne. Derek Horne took the call right away and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me before discusing any money. He was clear on what he would do for me and he knew all the local players, without going into great detail talking with Derek was like talking to one of the guys and he delivered in a big way and at a resonable fee. I came to Mr. Berry's office not knowing who he was or anything about him. When I arrived at his office and met him, I found him to be very cool, calm, and confident about his knowledge of the dui laws in Ga. The most important thing I was looking for in an attorney was his blunt honesty, this allowed me to be very open and honest with him. When Mr. Berry received all the evidence and police recordings my case looked bleak to say the least, because I knew I was guilty and I also knew I was very emotional during the sobriety check which didn't help my cause and is also a red light to law enforcement officials. During the process leading up to the trial Mr. Berry remained steadfast working behind the scene making moves to improve the final outcome. He also advised me of the penalties I would incur regardless of the outcome this allowed me to perform my community service as well complete the mandatory DUI school before the trial. Now I'm telling you my situation was one I wouldn't bet a nickel on my odds was not good. Mr. Berry worked out a deal first with the DA and the Trooper for reduction of the charges and my no suspended driving privileges. It worked, no jail time, license intact, Dui charged reduced to reckless, I was in a state of shock, and being Black in the county I was arrested in, I was scared to death and knew I was going to get smoked but Mr. Berry helped me get out of this mess with my butt intact. When the trial was over Mr. Berry bid me farewell and walked out as cool as the pink panther. I was still in shock as I talked with the probation officer about the outcome of the trial. So I would strongly recommend Mr. Berry if you are in need of a DUI attorney and his fees are very affordable. If you get a DUI you must have an attorney because if you don't, the system will have no regards for you because the DUI process is designed to break you down, humiliate you and take away all matter of dignity you may have. Last but not least driving under the influence is something that can be avoided, this has been a totally horrific experience for me one that I would never want to revisit again. I truly believe the Lord blessed me and the Trooper saved my life. Whatever you do on this earth please don't drink and drive. Thanks

I was referred to Chris from another attorney who basically sold me on my decision by telling me how hard Chris works. How calculated he is with his motions. It's an open canvas that he turns into a Picasso! How dedicated he is to the clients that he chooses to work with. I must say, I admire his perception of the law and his diligence in his motions and the intuition that he has with his offensive strategy. To be a great lawyer, you have to submerge yourself in your clients case, and you must take the initiative to get to know your client. I had what some would call a “complicated” case. Which took time to sort out - many years in fact. Sometimes I wouldn’t hear from the office for awhile unless I contacted them first. I do think that this possibly could’ve been handled quicker. But like I said my case was complicated, they moved offices and then COVID - some delays that occurred we’re out of their control. Besides the delays - my encounters with Kevin and his team were always a delight. They were very professional, and took time to answer all my questions. We ended up getting a settlement for what I think I deserved and that was greatly appreciated. Worth all the time in the end. I would recommend them to a friend but hope they improve on regular and timely communication going forward.

I'm grateful to Kevin and his team of paralegals Kyle and Davis who helped us through the whole case. My case was complex however, Kevin and his team were able to resolve my case that started in 2018. During mediation and deposition, Kevin walked us through the whole process and prepared us for what the defense counsel was going to do and say. My case was resolved in mediation and Kevin always listened to our concerns and explained to us what was the best avenue and what to expect. The case was against Geico, and his posture never changed, thanks to that he was able to make Geico triple their initial settlement offer. I do not doubt that without Kevin and his associates Geico would have won even though they mistreated a loyal customer. Mr. Lockhart was very involved from the moment he took my case and went above and beyond for both myself and my family. He drove over an hour on more than one occasion to make sure he had everything he needed from me (I had lots of relevant documented information), and then he used that information expertly. He also made sure my family's questions were answered and their fears were calmed as best he could. Mr. Bradford worked hard behind the scenes and together as a team they achieved results that can only be described as a best case scenario. Results I hoped for, but couldn't have reasonably expected, until it happened! My case was resolved without me ever having to formally appear in court, something I didn't even believe was possible.
