Brian and his firm were hired on the recommendation of another personal injury attorney. I was told they had a lot of expertise and knowledge that could help my case. I was not disappointed. The experts they hired, and their specific knowledge related to my case ultimately helped bring it to a good settlement. Throughout the 3+ years we worked together, Brian was always helpful and open. I could call him after hours, or on weekends and he was available to talk. He was always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful through out all the different aspects of the process. I was in a serious car accident and injured more severely than I even knew at the time. Brian helped me through the process with the insurance company and claim. We received the maximum of the other driver's policy in about 8 months. He was very kind to me and was available for a call or text any time. Attorney Rogers provided superior service. He provided representation for me in a trucking accident case. Based on my initial correspondence with him, he went to the accident site and began investigating the wreckage remaining at the site, skid marks on the interstate, and damage to the surrounding vegetation. His knowledge and skills in this area of law made the litigation process proceed in a smooth and timely manner. Attorney Rogers always returned telephone calls in a timely manner. His support staff was also helpful. Attorney Rogers handled the case in an ethical and professional manner. It was obvious that he valued his clients, and I felt he valued my case. When I got hit head on by a tractor-trailer truck I guess that was the worst day of my life. When I was introduced to Buck and the firm that was one of my best days. With this lawfirm I was treated like family and nobody could do more to prepare a case than this person. I consider him a personal friend. Somrtimes I think this man works around the clock but still finds time for his family. I was totally impressed.

I could never understand the magnitude and depths of their motto “Aggressive Representation” until I found myself indicted on federal charges in which the court reassured me with all certainty that I would face several years if found guilty. I was immediately made aware that most federal cases do not avoid going to trial, regardless of whether they have little or much evidence. The chances of the government dropping the charges, as cited in past cases involving the government, were slim to totally impossible. I was in dire need of an attorney with “Aggressive Representation.” I had never been in trouble with the law before, and could not image going to prison for something I did not commit. Fear and anxiety kept me awake at night all of these things are in the past now, because today, against all odds, I am free, and I owe that to the “Aggressive Representation” of Nye and Siamos Attorneys at Law. From the very beginning, my attorney, Attorney Nye, proved that my best interest was of primary importance. We built an attorney/client relationship from the threshold of the legal process. I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.
Collins showed concern for my well being. His first concern was that I get the medical help I needed. I did not have to be concerned with fighting the insurance companies or hospital. Collin took care of all the legal process and I did not have to lift a finger.

I was in a car accident. I was hit from behind and my car was totaled. I was hospitalized and endured excruciating pain for months. I was unable to work to support my family. The police department failed to do their jobs which allowed the driver to protest being at fault. The police report actually named me as being at fault. I'm rear-ended and it's my fault?, that was insane. So, because of the way the accident report was written. Absolutely, no one would take my case and I literally called about 30 to 50 attorneys. I had the list from the bar, as soon as they heard about the report, it was " I'm sorry we can't help you, good luck." So needless to say by the time I got around to speaking with Mr. Wheale I was extremely distraught from the lawyer rejections, the pain, no car, and the mounting bills. I told Mr. Wheale that I literally was about to have a nervous breakdown! He responded so calmly and confidently that he would take my case! I was in disbelief. He literally had to conduct his own investigation and prove my innocence which was no easy task considering the unfavorable accident report. I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. Should I or anyone I know ever need legal representation, Mr. Vaughan will be the first person called.

In 2016, I was involved in a very serious car accident. Dealing with the aftermath involved many medical professionals, medical facilities, auto insurance, medical insurance and replacement of my car all while I was trying to deal with the injuries and the pain. I did not call a lawyer at first because I felt like I was being treated fairly by all the individuals involved. Eventually, I was overwhelmed and found the situation to be way over my head. Not sure what to do I started searching for a lawyer to help me. Having limited dealings with lawyers I wasn't sure what to look for so to the internet I went. After searching through pages of lawyers I was still lost. So I cleared the search, again typed in lawyers near Dalton and asked God to put the lawyer I needed at the top of the list and pressed enter … William J. Kimsey of Dalton, Georgia.
I called his office hoping to get an appointment for a consultation. I explained my situation to the very kind sounding person on the other end of the phone. She explain that she would check and call me back. She did and an appointment was made.
During my meeting with Mr. Kimsey he immediately put me at ease with his calm and relaxed demeanor. He listened carefully to everything I had to say while he looked over my paperwork. He took the time to explain the situation and to answer my questions. He gave me what he thought would be the probable outcome. The more we talked the more I knew I was in the right place. I had found the lawyer I needed and the worry and anxiety of my situation was gone. Over the next several months He and his assistant Amy worked on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. I was kept informed as to the progress of my case. Everyone I dealt with in Mr. Kimsey's office was always very pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the result of their efforts. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. If I have a need for a lawyer in the future Mr Kimsey will be my first call.

We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?
I started making phone calls for SSD Attorneys here explaining my case.
Not knowing many people let alone any attorney's here, it was a hard find.
I contacted attorney's via a Google search.
I met with a few, but was either told they did not feel my case was winnable or I just flat out did not like them.
Then I met Leonard.
I spent about 2 hours in his office in our 1st meeting.
He was very likable and knowledgeable.
My new hearing was coming up soon and I needed a lawyer, but I was not going to settle for anyone.
My future was hanging in the balance.
Leonard made me feel welcome and explained to me that this was not going to be easy and we had our work cut out for both of us.
His honesty and truthfulness helped with my decision.
I felt comfortable and hired Leonard.
Many meetings later and tons of paperwork coming in from Wisconsin, our hearing date was set.
It may have been a bit overwhelming for Leonard, but he never complained.
Always reminding me, this is going to be difficult Joe. I liked that about him.
He always gave me a feeling that he knew more then he was letting onto.
Me, I was helping with getting things ordered from Wisconsin and we both settled in for a long hearing.
I was hopeful having all our paper work in order as well as all the doctors notes.
With Leonard beside me, I knew we had a good case. A winnable case!
Long story short, We Won That Hearing!
We won that hearing on Jan 15,2015.
Leonard never gave up, nor did I.

Mr. Tidwell did such a great job helping me through my case. He took so much time with me, helping me understand the process and making sure I was able to see the doctors I needed to see even though I didn't have a lot of money to pay the doctors up front. He was more concerned with helping me get better from my wreck than anything else. When it was over, I couldn't believe the recovery he got for me. I became an actual client of Stephen Appolinsky by means of another attorney who sought out someone with expertise in wrongful death cases. I am so grateful to my first great attorney for referring me to another great attorney at the most difficult time of my life. My 19 year old vivacious firstborn daughter took her own life just hours after being released from the hospital. She had been taken to the hospital by ambulance after the police were called on her for attempting to harm herself. After being evaluated, the hospital released my daughter after several hours.
My lawyer, Steve, agreed that there was a measure of negligence and diligently addressed all of my concerns. He personally flew out to Michigan and met with me and many of my family and friends to collect interviews to help strengthen my case. Personal touches such as these coupled with his kind but professional demeanor made me feel as though being his client was a huge blessing.

I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident (in 2019) that was not my fault. My first attorney did not have any experience litigating motorcycle cases. He was slow to move on the case and was not looking at all options in terms of recompense. After several months of inaction, I handed my case to Allen who, from the very first call, made it clear that he was familiar with how to litigate motorcycle cases - he also rides - and identified ways in which we could achieve a better settlement than just the liability coverage of the other driver which covered less than 25% of my medical expenses.
Over the course of the next 9 months, Allen did a great job representing me. He was quick to respond to my requests for updates and patient with me when I asked how the process works. (This was my first time pursuing a civil case.) Through his efforts we were able to settle the case without having to go to trial. I am content with the settlement amount and know that I would not have got anywhere close to this had I stayed with the attorney I had originally hired. If you've been in a motorcycle accident, given Allen a call. He definitely knows what he is doing.

Joseph Weeks and his firm have shown a high level of professionalism in dealing with my case. When I call his firm I talk directly with a live person, and not an automated attendant asking me to press numbers to speak to someone. I have on several occasions stopped by his office just to drop off requested documents and he has taken time to talk to me and let me know what the latest is with my case. Everyone at his office that I have worked with or spoken to has always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have.
From the onset of my case, Joseph has been upfront about what to expect and what actions the other party can take. I am a 26 year old male that went for and won full custody of my daughter. Not an easy thing to do, especially here in Georgia. I had been fighting for five years and went through four other attorneys to represent my case before hiring Megan. I lost a lot of money and went full circle with no positive results. For my daughters safety giving up was not an option. I saw an add of facebook that read "fathers have rights too." I called Megan's firm and sat down for a consultation the next day. I was drawn to Samantha after hearing from a close friend (who was also going through a divorce) about how amazing her attorney was. So I asked for her info and I don't think that I could have made a better choice! It had been an uphill battle with my ex on everything and when I brought Samantha into the mix, I have to say, she showed up ready to work! Extremely detail oriented, aggressive (but not overly so) and an extremely smart attorney. I explained my situation to her and like that I had a powerhouse in my corner! She was crazy quick with getting back to me with all of my concerns (no matter how neurotic I got) and was constantly there for me. I have to say, while in mediation with my ex-husband (4 hours in) I was getting tired. But Samantha was there by my side making sure nothing slipped by. I hired Mr Michmerhuizen over 6 yrs ago for a car accident case. I had multiple issues and it wasn't an easy case. I suspected my husband died as a result of medical malpractice. I was referred to The Dow Firm, P.C. by another attorney who does not handle these types of wrongful death cases. Bill was kind and understanding of my limitations, and worked within my limitations to get things done.
He does not put on airs or arrogance. He is an ex-Veteran (Army)...and down to earth.

He was honest, and put his foot down when I was not following through on my side...making sure I was not wasting money or opportunities...But he did so with tact.
He mediated me a good financial lump sum from my divorce.
My daughter and I are in a good financial situation due to him.
He plans to help me to negotiate down some of my debt with creditors.
He has told me his favorite cases are injury cases...I know he can handle any case with any complexities seeing what he was able to do with my case.

I was falsely arrested for a DUI with a negative alcohol result. I approached Robbie with my story and he immediately began his investigation into my case. I am very thankful to have had Clyde Rickard and Jessica Nix as my attorneys for my personal injury case.
