If I could give a 0 I would! Floredia is awful! The motto is everybody is somebody well by me! They wasted months on a time sensitive case that they took to wait months later to deny because I was being forced to seek mandatory additional care, which was not stated previously, I've lost my husband of 22yrs which I told Floredia but she doesn't care! I'm a nobody& my situation is irrelevant! I'm hurt beyond words for the inconsideration & I personally recommend Julian Sanders if you want results respect and a legal time that fights for you!

I called and set up an appointment with Paul when I found myself in need of an attorney that would help me fight for grandparents visitation with my grandson. It was a stressful time, but Paul put my mind at ease. He did not promise me that we would win the case, but he did reassure me that I had a very good chance, and I left his office confident in believing he would represent me well. I was not wrong. Paul was very professional, smart, and strategic. He genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. He and his assistant, Stephanie, were prompt, responsive, and willing to assist me with anything I needed, anytime I needed it. I can’t say enough good things about Paul and Stephanie. Unfortunately I cannot speak highly of Attorney Jerome. I have a hard time getting a hold of him. I would leave voicemails and email him only to not get any responses. He sent me some paperwork days after they were due. No apologies. I showed up for a calendar call today. He never showed. Another client of Serge Gerome is here right now too. I found out from her that he's in Douglasville for another trial. So why was I not made aware of this? Even the judge didn't know. So unprofessional.

I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Andrea brings a level of personal connection to the engagement and truly cares about the well being of her clients, not just the outcome! Wow - I read some of the other reviews and completely disagree. While the divorce system is basically broke and the attorneys will always win. Barbara was the worst.... She drained all money that was given to her and when fired she made sure she burned through every nickel in the last several days. She was terrible and unprepared in court and had no idea of who I was or what was being said or done in the courts. I have dealt with the legal system in my business(s) for many decades and she is quite possibly the worst I have had to deal with. I wish I would not have hired her and hope someone else does not make the same mistake I made.
And of the several attorneys I hired Ms. Keon was the most expensive even though she was the shortest duration of representation and accomplished the least. Again, the system is broke - by design. Ms. Keon does not help the cause.

Barbara’s preparedness and pragmatism are well-documented. But I was most overly impressed with how intimate she became with my case, often able to remember and recite details even I had forgotten over the course of a 2-year legal battle.
It was my perception she gives each of her clients this individualized and customized attention.
Fully convinced I was successful in my divorce and custody hearings because I had the most savvy, and most experienced legal team.

I will leave this review to those that want the honest truth and unfortunately, I need to leave this review vague enough so that her office doesn’t try and discredit my comments (I would challenge you to look at her responses to other negative reviews…some are obviously warranted) I don’t play.
Several years ago, I was going through the most challenging time of my young adult life. I had made some mistakes years prior and unfortunately found myself in a predicament, which lead me to an admission of guilt to my misdemeanor charge…per my council (Ms. Frye directly) I accepted a deal that was inaccurately presented to me in court. While dealing with the aftermath of my case, it was brought to my attention that Ms. Frye had given me an inaccurate and false narrative of my obligations to the court. I can’t go into extreme detail, but I can tell you, I have more than enough evidence of malpractice. I do not and will not take this lightly. As a working class medical professional, anyone that wants to partner with Ms. Frye I would recommend you head my warning.
I have a case worker overlooking my complaint to the Georgia board. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Frye does not want these facts to become public, but unfortunately this is the direction she would like to move forward with. She is unwilling to admit to the mistakes she made to the court (and myself), which the court has graciously provided me and my current attorneys (several years later, after the incident) with enough proof and evidence of said malpractice.
There are so many attorneys out there. This one will overcharge you and make it feel normal…and in my case, give you the worst outcome possible (with sprinkles of nasty, disrespectful and condescending attitude) while verbally giving you the wrong outcome of your case after the trial. I can’t make this up. I know I sound like someone recently hurt by the outcome of my case…that is incorrect. I advise any and everyone to challenge any potential attorney that you might be interested in to ask adequate questions and understand the realm of possibilities regarding your case. This was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my entire life, and I have really been struggling with it for years. I would not recommend Ms. Frye to my worst enemy.

Rhonda was hired to handle my father's case, but unfortunately, she has been incredibly unhelpful. She became dismissive and irritated with him, eventually requesting a psychological evaluation. This has caused unnecessary delays; my father has been stuck in custody for over five months waiting for this evaluation, which has put his entire case on hold. He already has a program ready to help him with addiction treatment, but the only thing holding him back is this evaluation. Our family has reached out to Rhonda multiple times out of concern, but she’s been consistently rude and dismissive to us. A lawyer should advocate for their client and be accessible during such critical times—Rhonda has done the exact opposite. I would rate her less than one star if I could; she doesn’t even deserve that

BEWARE!!!!! PARENTS OF BLENDED FAMILIES DUE TO MULTIPLE MARRIAGES... DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!
For all those parents that have multiple marriages and want to make sure their own blood children are treated fairly through Probate STAY CLEAR of using this attorney firm.
My Dad died June 15th, Father’s Day. He was married to his 3rd wife. My Dad has two BLOOD children, myself and my brother. His 3rd wife has two daughters. My Dad’s second wife had three boys. Unfortunately, my dad’s second wife was murdered on a business trip in Mexico.
WHAT A MESS… BUT IS TYPICAL OF TODAY'S FAMILY MAKE-UP!!! You cannot imagine the emotional trauma that my brother and I experienced being raised with other families we did not know. I’ve always wondered why society does not mention the mental anguish that the original blood children are exposed to when you blend all these families together.
My Dad’s estate is large, and my brother and I had concerns on how he would handle the inheritance upon his death due to all these multiple blended families. My Dad was an executive for a large lighting company and was a very hard worker, always working. My Dad and I were very close. He worked up and until his death at 86 years old. I always asked him why he worked so hard. He laughed and stated, “building up your inheritance son”. “When I leave this earth you and Randy should never have to work.” I can at least leave you with that!
So, from time to time, I confronted my dad and asked him what happens with the estate when you die. It is very hard to ask a parent that but again this is the mental anguish the original blood children go through when they are exposed to blended families. He ALWAYS stated son upon my death contact McCurdy & Candler and speak to this specific attorney and he will guide you and your brother through the probate. Upon his death we did contact McCurdy & Candler and found that the original attorney had retired. So, they handed my dad’s probate to one of the principles of the firm.
My brother and I did get a copy of the Will and upon reviewing it found that there was nothing left for my brother and I. In speaking to the newly appointed attorney he saw that my brother and I were distraught, so he offered to advise my brother that he knew of an agreement between my Dad’s 3rd wife and my Dad about my brother and I’s inheritance.
Once we started pushing him on what this agreement was, he backed off and then decided to stop all communication with my brother and I. And now he has demanded that my stepmother, Dad’s 3rd wife, stop communicating with my brother and I regarding my dad’s probate. This attorney will not provide my dad’s own blood children with statues of this probate. His last correspondence to me with my dad’s 3rd wife copied. In part his email stated:
Mr. Darnell,
I have asked Mrs. XXXXXXX not to reply directly on matters related to the probate.
I can assure you that my dad did not hire McCurdy & Candler solely to represent his 3rd wife! WE ARE HIS BLOOD CHILDREN. My Dad is turning in his grave right now!!! How dare this firm exclude my dad’s first born and blood children through this very emotional time.
Instead of alienating his blood children this firm should be embracing the entire family and keeping all of us informed. If anyone understands probate, there is much information that must be learned to go through probate. It has now been 8 months since my dad’s death. NO PROBATE
BEWARE…PARENTS that have multiple marriages with BLENDED families DO NOT engage this firm to handle your estate and more importantly your probate. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR BLOOD CHILDREN!!!! This was not the intention of my dad or he would never have continuously asked my brother and I to contact this firm for information about this estate.

She didn't ensure the defendant submitted discovery or file for discovery in a timely manner. It was an awful and stressful experience. So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down
