Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns. Even more, he was very fair with us and got us fair compensation from the trucking company. He got more than even he had expected. This is all to say that Mr. Brown is a brilliant legal mind and determined to get justice and resolve the inequity that dominates these cases where the big insurance companies attempt to force you to settle for much less than you deserve. I can't say enough about Attorney Brown. Just an all around class act. His professionalism, care, concern, and honesty is incomparable. He was very thorough with me and the case- keeping me informed and included in the process every step of the way. He educated me on the legal process, educating about things I had no prior knowledge about. He was very persistent in fighting for me to help me get a settlement. Ms. McCalla is a Godsend! I contacted her after I was cited for a DUI among lesser charges. She and her team were able to get me acquitted by using the facts of the case. Hello I'm Abigail, and I'm going to tell you my own personal testimony. Woke up one day realizing, I didn't know the first thing about getting a divorce, yet alone the paperwork involved. I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. The police officers found me at fault and gave me a ticket even though I was innocent. Arron was amazing and the process was quick and easy. I really had no worries the entire time, which after having a wreck is honestly, a huge relief. In my case, thank goodness, my wreck was not very extensive but no matter the size, having that happen to you can make you feel very unsure and worried about the future and how it is going to impact your life. Luckily for me, I never had to worry that my case was being handled. I was never spoken to on a level higher than my understanding which gives you a sense of comfort, that despite the set back, everything is going to be okay. Aaron was extremely patient and very kind to me and I appreciate that so much. His handling of the case resulted in the charges being lowered and no jail time. Certainly, every case is different, and he never made any guarantees to me. I found Mr. Thompson to be extremely knowledgeable, and well-known and respected by the court. I have hired Rob twice and he has done a outstanding job both times. The first time was in 2013 on a probation revocation and he ended up getting me off the revocation and my probation terminated. The last hire was this year on a felony possession of marijuana where he done outstanding again getting me little probation and saving my driver's license when it was mandatory suspension. Rob is a great criminal defense attorney one of the best in the state of Georgia in my opinion. Rob truly cares about his clients and what happens to them. I was hit from behind on my way to work on January 22, 2014. My 2 year old car was totalled. I incurred neck pain and a pre-existing back condition was aggravated by the impact which eventually resulted in my having back surgery. The auto insurance companies, as they are prone to do, were being difficult and I felt I was being rail-roaded due to my lack of knowledge in this type situation as to responsible parties to injuries and damage incurred. Also, my medical insurance provider was being difficult since a 3rd party was involved. Dwight Feemster was recommended to me by someone I totally trust and so I gave him a call. At that point Dwight took over; he handled each issue promptly and professionally. I felt at ease knowing he was working this out for me. My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.
