Been a member for I don't know how many years and have been fortunate enough to never need to draw my weapon, especially in these crazy times. So today I get a flyer in the mail offering two-for-one additional coverages that cover what seemed to be a lot of the stuff I already signed up for way back when. So I have a chat with a rep to see what I lost and what I'm now covered for. The rep couldn't tell me anything about my current coverage other than identity theft protection which seems weird. So I do some research on them and find out they're run by an insurance company. I signed up to begin with because I thought US LawShield was a group of lawyers offering this service. No, the insurance company hires the cheapest lawyer they can find to defend the client. Being run by an insurance company is a MASSIVE red flag so today I have deleted the card they have on file to process my monthly payment and have officially quit USLS. Now to see if they somehow charge me this month even though my card is supposedly deleted from their system...

This attorney is extremely dishonest. She promises you the world but has no spine to stand up for you when opposing party changes counsel and the opposing counsel is stronger. She is not on your side and will even plot against you for her benefit. Avoid Jessica Burkett at all cost for the sake of your family and your children. If she is scared of opposing counsel, she will stop at nothing to sacrifice you and what's in your family's best interest. She put my daughter in danger. On top of that, she was a total nightmare to deal with and made problems so much worse for me and my daughter. Her e-mail to me was extremely hurtful and proved she had no intention of listening to her clients or trying to understand them. This was of course AFTER she takes your hard-earned money. I have no clue why she even wants to practice law if she's not willing to grow a spine and a backbone for their own clients.

Jessica is AMAZING. She helped my ex in a child custody case that was pretty intense. She had a plan of action, STRONG understanding of the process, clear explanation of what to expect (good and bad). She was stern when needed. This law firm was supposed to obtain compensation for me as part of a class action lawsuit (I have an implanted medical device that can break free at any moment and kill me). They determined my risk was only worth $17k. Then, after they deducted their cut, they deducted further "time and expenses", sending me a check for a whopping $6200. This is pure greed; they have no conscience!

I want people to know that this firm has been a rip off. I waited 8years to get something from a IVC filter lawsuit that medical left my health a living nightmare. I was told like a lot of people to take the settlement it the best you can get and it should settle within 6 months it took another 3 years are longer ( I'm 66 years old so some of my time line my be off) Point being between lawyers a lien and this so call Gobal Medicare Lein that you were never told about I did not receive one single dime. But all the lawyer firm that Matthew & Matthew used and the cost of Acher LLC that also they never mentioned to and of us they got paid. Never again will I use this firm again. I pray that anyone that is involved with them in a class suit really pay attention to the real reviews that people are posting not the ones that say how great a firm this is. Alao it will take forever for you to receive a call or correspondence from them until they are trying to say face for what they know is really bad representation of some of there clients

Mr. Lemanski is an attorney that truly care for and listen to his clients. He was willing to take a case that most attorneys declined because those attorneys were looking for a huge settlements or were intimidated by the opposing counsel.

My wife and I have been working with D. miller and Ramesh and his team for 3.5 years now. My wife was in a nasty car accident that was a hit n run. Our insurance company left us high and dry by fixing a car that had 78% damage to value, and not paying for her medical bills that were in excess of $400,000. I was hit in an auto accident which totaled my car and sent me to physical therapy for 6 months. My car was paid off so I also got a car-note as a result of the accident. I reached out to D. Miller and associates and at first all calls were promptly answered and they sought out all my medical expenses. Over time it started taking more and more time to get responses. At first it was by the end of the week, but that changed to months. In Dec. almost two years since the accident, I was sent a text telling me we were awarded a settlement and asked if I agreed to the amount. I agreed eventually, however that was Dec. I have requested updated info in Mar. and Apr. But noone responds to messages any more. I feel as if whatever I was supposed to get I never will.

Ms. Fridie had my case for over 4 years and just sat on it and wouldn't file my motion. She never returned my calls for over two years and I only spoke with her receptionist, that is, if I could get through to someone. If I got their answering service, they probably never forward the messages. I've even used their client portal and still didn't hear from her so I had to hire another attorney. When my new attorney reviewed my case, they said that the paperwork was wrong, and now since it was on record, I will never get relief. Due to her laziness and incompetence, I have lost my case even before I went to trial. She owes me my life and $5000.00! She needs to be disbarred!

Not only did I lose my money, but also lost over 2 yrs of trying to help me with my case, she communicated very good with me at the beginning, after I paid for my case, I was not able to speak with her anymore, only with receptionist and her secretary, I was never on the loop of what was going on with my case, I had to chase them for info and if I did not call every month things were not moving, also answering service is the worst, they would keep me on hold for up to 30 min and passing call around, they treat you very rude and have no compassion for what the client is going through. I mention this to Fridie and secretary but no changes were done with answering service. Overall I would give negative stars but I can only pick one.

I hired this law firm . They came highly recommended. Never met the attorney or spoke to him. The assistant that was working for him was fired after almost 6 months. I have been told lies after lies. I was never told why. On a simple personal injury case it's been almost a year! I have yet to talk to the attorney or his wife other than his new assistant. I have asked on a number of occasions why this case is taking so long, no answer! I keep getting the run around. I believe the insurance company has already issued my check to the attorneys office and they are giving me the run around. To this date this case has not been settled!

I would never use him again. After I hired him and I called his office about a Dr appt, no one called back for weeks. Even the case manager wouldn't even answer my calls. When I called him to make an appointment so I could state my concerns about his treatment he never did contact me and i waited almost a week. After I fax him a letter to tell him I wanted to relieve him as a lawyer he sent information to the insurance company to Sabatoge my case.

They will twist the story around and let you do a very very long maximum sentence in prison over a very very very serious accusation that was so dam false to begin with. Even a dummy could read the fine print and have common sense. Beware! Just keep it moving and hire yourself a real good professional. But…“Instead they should be called the criminals and of the state for allowing such behavior of a dirty trial from the officers, detectives, to the jury and then to the judge….not to mention the cross examiners and cross examination they did was very questionable how can you allow such verdict without sufficient evidence let alone a minor was interviewed without permission of a parent. They will violate your constitutional rights from left to right but they will fight to keep themselves standing innocent at the cost of what?? An innocent man’s life. I hired Mr. Barnes, thinking that he would be able to help me with my DBA claim by obtaining a reasonable compensation for my injuries sustained in Afghanistan. What seemed like an open-and-shut case, turned into almost 2 years of cat-and-mouse chase. Mr. Barnes never showed any compassion, presented vague goals, and came up with various excuses to bury this case, until disappearing all together. If you want an attorney who, instead of representing your interests, will lie to you and abet an insurance company - then Mr. Barnes is your lawyer. Otherwise find someone else.

He is the worst. He was never even clear on the facts of my case. Two weeks before trial he couldn't even remember the basic facts. He allowed first year associates to argue motions that led to crucial mistakes in trial testimony. He never listened to his co- counsel and slept during closing arguments. Of course we lost our case, which should never have been a loss. He took a huge percentage of our funds so he'd never be out a dime if he lost even though it was a contingency case.
There are no excuses for his unprofessional inexcusable content. He'd rather be teaching bible study. NEVER HIRE HIS FIRM.

I was rear ended by a truck, the police held him accountable and actually gave him a ticket. Despite this G Martin could get the insurance to compensated me they actually let go when the next step was to go to court. Overall I was the one actually contacting them, I would way for days to hear back and never receive calls until I emailed them.

Do NOT hire him or anyone from the Crim Law Firm. He is quick to get you to sign a contract but did nothing for me. I never saw the Demand Letter prior to it going out. He got the information wrong and it was denied. I never received calls back from him and seldom responses to my emails. The response to the Demand letter was also never shared with me and this was withheld from my case file. He did no investigation on his own. He did not want to litigate the case based on the erroneous information from the Demand letter. He only wants to settle cases from his desk chair. IF YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME AND INITIATIVE TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE YOUR CASE AND FIGHT FOR YOU, DO NOT USE HIM OR THIS FIRM. I am also filing a complaint with the Texas Bar for withholding file information and lack of communication.
