He has been representing me in a case for seven straight years. He has never missed responding to a call voicemail text email and seven straight years. I was involved in a very traumatic malpractice suit against a major hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This man never gave up on me even when it look like I gave up on myself. I think the heavens above for a kindhearted, humble man that he is. I trust his judgment and I believe what he says. You never have to wonder about his integrity. He is one of the good ones. He is now considered my family. I want to leave this honest review so people like me ( like us ) 👋🏾can find an attorney that is humble. He talked me through the process. Nowadays, so many attorneys take the money and run and forget their clients. This man has never done this to me. No matter what he helped me when other attorneys said I did not have a case. He fought seven straight years and as of today I can say we WON and he did not force me to do anything that I did not want to do. I can vouch 100% for this man and his character integrity his honesty for seven good years. We’re at the finish nine now!!!!! We are waiting on disbursements of funds and I will be taking him out to a FANCY dinner!!!!❤️❤️❤️That’s the least I can do for answering and responding and treating me like a human. 🙏🏿💯❤️

We were extremely fortunate to have retained the services of the Wruck Law Offices. We are so thankful with how the lawyers and staff handled our case. The folks at Wruck and Paupore were always pleasant and helpful in all their phone calls and letters. It was always a pleasure to get their calls. They explained things very well and made us feel valued and comfortable as we were going through the entire ordeal with our recovery from injuries from the incident which disrupted our lives against our will. We were especially pleased with their tenacious pursuit of the goal of full recovery which was far greater than we could have imagined. We were impressed with the short amount of time it took to settle the case (only a year and a half) which we were afraid would take much longer and involve lengthy court hearings. It was all done out of court and negotiated quickly. Yet we were able to get more than we would have had they had to go to court for us. What we had to go through with the losses, not only financially, but physically and emotionally that we sustained was made a lot more palatable having such a good law team walking through the journey with us. Mr. Mosley was assigned as my puvlic defender and man did i hut yhe jaackpot. Treated me as if i paid him. The deal he got was a dream. David is a gentleman on top of being a lawyer. As the title said, he has been part of our family for a long time. He treats us with the upmost respect and we treat him the same. He represented me on my recent charge of DUI. It was my first DUI and of others who have it they were shocked of the deal I had got. I advised David that I will plead to any charge as long as I don’t get more then a year probation and I didn’t loose my license. I got exactly that. He communicated and kept in touch with court dates and what was discussed. I would highly recommend David to friends and family, he is understanding, compassionate, and a beast in the court.

I don't think there's a better attorney in the entire Southern Indiana and Louisville area.
He fought my case with me for more than two years and never gave up. When I was offered a plea agreement he felt was unfair he explained he explained why he felt this way. From there we continued to fight my case until he was able to negotiate a resolution that left everyone, especially myself, satisfied. There was a time when I was certain that I would be serving a lengthy sentence, but he assured me there were other options and we should keep fighting. Even though I was confident I would be serving a 10-year prison sentence, he was able to negotiate a plea agreement for me that included zero prison time.
More importantly, he never misled me. He acted with honesty, integrity and always helped me understand the process. He never promised me, or anyone I've recommended to him, something he couldn't deliver. David is not the type of attorney that would promise the impossible to a client.
I've encountered several attorneys in the area and I've found nobody understands the laws and court process as well as David.
His willingness to fight for his clients and his experience as an expert negotiator is the reason I'm able to enjoy the pleasures of freedom today.
I can assure you that you will not be able to find a better attorney in the area and would be satisfied if you hire him as your legal counsel.

I hired Holt Legal group back in the 80's twice to get me out of a jam I got into myself. He was a tremendous help with my legal situation. I called on Steve Holt once again 3 decades later and the result was the same. (even though I had moved out of state) He and his staff, especially Lisa, filed forms, made countless phone calls on my behalf, and got the result I needed. I had the privilege in having Mr. Holt represent me in front of Superior Court 6 for a repeat OWI offence. Mr. Holt is calm under pressure and is well versed in how Superior Court 6 handles OWI cases and the penalties involved. Mr. Holt saved my job by helping secure sentences that avoided jail by getting me sentences that allowed me to work. Superior Court 6 is fare with the sentencing if you are serious about getting your life in order. You are going to pay a price for the OWI, but it does not have to be the end of the world. I hired Nick for a custody case when the mother of my child moved out of state and tried to register a foreign order. I needed someone really good so I called a very renowned and retired lawyer in the area (since I’m out of state) and asked who the best lawyer for family / custody issues. He said Nick, no question. He’s experienced, hungry, and honest. I have now had Nick representing me off and on for the past 5 years and because my situation happens to involve parental alienation and complicated matters, we continue to litigate and there’s no one I’d rather have on my side. In this course of time my child’s mother has hired 4 different attorneys as none of them have faired well against Nick (it also doesn’t help she has always been on the wrong side of the law). If you hire Nick he will listen, thoroughly research the facts and precedent, and give you your best chance at relief in your case. There is nothing like the piece of mind having great and honest representation. I’ve seen so many lawyers argue a case that they weren’t prepared on, had wrongs facts, can’t remember the characters names, and just fail to make their case and aren’t taken seriously. Nick was really good in fighting for me and the R.O. made on me by my bfs EX. My bf is going through a nasty divorce and of course she's doing the typical "reaching" as I like to call it. Being that all of allegations made on me were so far fetched and outlandish, I had PROOF against all the allegations made, which we did NOT even have to present any of this proof. Basically saying she had no legit reason for request, and Nick was able to show there was no basis for any of her claims, which were 100% falsified. He knows his stuff, he goes in ready to fight for you, and wins. He will remind you to stay calm and keep your poker face straight, which I really respected and loved his tactic. Hopefully I will not have to use any attorney ever, but if I was in need he will be my go to. I highly recommend him.

Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
Terry fought hard for my family and did everything he could in our best interests. Had a bad experience with a major insurance carrier trying to handle my minor son’s injury case resulting from a rear end auto accident. The insurance company made a low ball offer and would not budge when presented with a reasonable counter offer to settle. We hired Ken and he secured a settlement 4 times greater than the amount we requested in our offer to settle prior to hiring Ken.

Mr. Petri handled a personal injury case for me several years ago. His investigators gathered the relevant evidence within hours after the accident. He fought like a tiger for me, and the insurance company settled shortly after he presented the evidence. Vern and his team did a super job.. I could not have been more satisfied.
On another occasion I consulted with him involving a matter related to an estate. He solved my problem quickly, and a his fee was more than reasonable for his professional advice.
I also worked for Mr. Petri as an expert witness with respect to economic damages from 1975 to 2005. I can testify that he is one of the best advocates a plaintiff can hire.
