I hired Linda for guardianship case of my handicapped son. She was recommended to me and wish I would have had her for my divorce proceedings. She is very honest and forth right, and is excellent in communicating with you and explaining things about your case! I also hired Linda to due my last will & testament, & living will!! John is very straightforward and we fully appreciated his knowledge and attention to our situation. I would like to give a review of Kelly Law Firm. We had a death in our family who had no will. I had to act fast being one of the next of kin to have the funeral and get there affairs in order. I called several different law firms and got ahold of Kelly Law Firm. After speaking with them we decided to give them a chance. They acted fast and in turn our loved one did not have to wait long to have a celebration of life. I worked with the paralegal named Lynn a lot. She was there for me anytime I needed help or had questions. Lynn walked me thru so many things it was unbelievable. The even helped with matters that happened before the death of our loved one dealing with insurance and a not so great roof repair company! If we had questions they had answers. They worked around our schedules and top it off we live in Arkansas. They were happy to set a time to meet in person while we was up there to sell the property. They arranged everything to be done thru emails and mail. The represented us in court as we live out of state and made the whole probate situation as painless as possible. There rates are incredibly reasonable as to others in that area. If I needed a lawyer in the Indiana or Illinois area I would check with these guys first cause my husband has dealt with attorneys for years in law enforcement and he even agrees that these guys are the only way to go. So if you are in need of legal assistance please give Kelly Law Firm a chance I dont think you will be disappointed cause we wasn't!!!!

In 2021 I was in a very bad and severe motorcycle accident. I was worried if I had a case as well as where to start. I worked with Michael Massuci and his assistant Yazi on my case. They took my case very seriously and acted fast, as the statute of limitations was very close to being up. Michael made this process as painless as possible and Yazi would update me regularly on where we were with things. Michael was extremely honest on what a positive outcome could look like for my specific case and also made that outcome a reality. He fought incredibly hard for me and didn't let up. Last year I was involved in a head on crash where the other driver went left of center and hit me head on. A few months past, I contacted Chester Law Office. My experience with Chester Law was great! David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

I truly appreciate the work that Carman did for me. I was skeptical at first because of some off putting reviews but I’m glad I followed my heart.
Carman is VERY responsive, professional, respectful and does a thorough job explaining the law.
Yes, her personality is direct and she isn’t “warm and fuzzy” and that is ok, it’s who she is. I believe her no-nonsense approach is what makes her amazing at her craft. Previous attorneys that I hired could never answer my questions and seemed to become intimidated by my ex (who naturally has a very strong, authoritative and sometimes aggressive presence), one even told me she didn’t want to call him any more. There was never a doubt in my mind that Carman could match whatever energy he gave her. She listened to me, advised, executed and got the job done.
I would hire her over and over if I needed to while resting assured business would be handled. That’s all that matters.

My case was out of Hamilton County and anyone that knows anything about that county knows its very hard to win a case in that district. Carman took her time and studied my case and studied the case laws and did absolutely whatever was necessary to get the results we wanted and needed. My case took over 2 years but we won and all charges were dropped. You can't rush perfection and Carman took her time to make sure the ball was in our court in every aspect of my case. She will always be my number 1 recommendation if you have any type of legal issue or custodial issue. Thanks again Carman and God Bless!!!

I personally would never use them again. Very unprofessional. They sent the wrong client name to the opposing party. They sent the first "rough" draft of a document to the opposing party. In which they should have never seen. It was just sloppy work and not great at communication.

This firm is incompetent and operates malpractice I initially hired Brett Gibson and without notice I was pawned of to Ashley Fleetwood whom did not file A simple proper notice for jury trial trying to bamboozle me into a bench trial, where the judge has a biased against me where she colluded with the Prosecutor against me as well attempting to persuade me into a plea bargain to delete audio video recordings of Vermilion county violating my lawful rights stating that she feels, the judge is going to throw me in jail if I do not except the plea bargain, also that if I refuse to delete the footage that The judge will hold me in contempt (pic added ) these criminal thots owe me a refund immediately with interest and damages

This law firm doesn’t get back to you and leaves you hanging for weeks and weeks. I was told we were meeting over a week ago to sign papers and nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer. They definitely don’t put you first. The excuse was he was dealing with some Supreme Court case meanwhile we were pushed aside. Very disappointed and will never ever recommend. I found someone who took care of us!

I was very stressed when I got a reckless driving ticket. I met with few attorneys before him, but the day I met with Mr. Brinkman, I felt the case is solved and yes after a few weeks, it is. Mr Frank mentality is similar to the prosecutor/ judge mentality. He knows what to say and what not to say in contrary to the other attorneys I met regarding the same issue, he is different.

Called to get information and to set up a call with Attorney and never made it that far. The intake lady became extremely rude when I asked her questions regarding Subpoenas because I knew I would eventually have to send them to obtain documents if I decided to pursue my case. Maybe this law firm is good, but having that as my first experience made me decide against proceeding with this firm.

Do not believe that if your case mirrors anything on their website that they will take yours. My spine surgery was done wrong and after nine years I learned that I’m not completely fused. Update* after listening to the message that was left for me it turns out that the information that was relayed back to the attorney about my case seemed completely wrong, so since the attorney heard my situation incorrectly, I was denied. 👍🏽-I just learned of a failed back surgery, when a mass showed up on my back from fluid buildup a month ago, around the hardware from my back surgery lower lumbar fusion L4 L5 and S1. When looking at the mass the doctor noticed that after 9 years my back hadn’t fused together because a different doctor did my surgery incorrectly. He was fired later on for a reason unknown to me. I’m just now learning how bad my back really is. I’ve had years of pain and hardship and didn’t know it was partly because with my lower lumbar fusion, the doctor had put screws in my hips. Now 80 pounds lighter it’s becoming more and more painful to walk. The hardware in my back is now protruding slightly, degenerated disc, a cyst on my nerve and arthritis.
The doctor perform my back surgery incorrectly mainly by putting screws into my hips and I have had years of problems. The intake worker knew I was having another MRI Today for a possible future surgery because of this, however I received a denial letter instead. They don’t waste their time by calling people and telling them their denied they will send a letter. #Care

His staff will tell you one thing, then it never happens or it is a lie just to pacify you .I was told pay half now and the other half when the job was completed, but they have never completed the work yet and next month will be a year !!!!! I was told it would take 2 to 4 months. TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!

I was lied to constantly. I never once was able to speak with Mr. Lewis. I paid half which I was told I needed to paid in October 25, 2023 and the other half was to be paid when the expungement was completed. I made several calls to Mr.Lewis office always speaking to a Mark?? I was lied to constantly. First lie was the prosecutor was being replaced in Hamilton County so that was causing a hold up. I waited another month I called and lied to saying that my paperwork had been lost in the process. End of April I requested copies of court documents sent on my behalf. I received the PDF. Forms of documents to both counties I needed expungement from. Neither had been submitted to the court. And not signed by David Lewis. I have times and dates of every call and the PDF forms sent to me on May 1st. Never once during this time was I asked for balance to complete process. Not until July when I called Mark out as being a liar and this he admitted to everything. I asked for a refund he said it would be a couple days for the check to process. I called back to see if he could just refund my boyfriend’s CC. That’s when Mark informed me that he couldn’t give a refund I would have to pay the balance to get Mr. Lewis to move forward with this process. Of course I have been dealing with this for almost a year now. When I was first told it would take 3-4 months to complete. I didn’t want to give more money considering how much I had been lied to and never once had a chance to speak with Mr. Lewis. No matter how many times I ask. The office completely stopped answering my phone calls. Until one day Julie Brown answered I explained my dilemma. She is another attorney in this office. She said she would take notes and leave on Mr. Lewis desk but she doubts if I will get a return call. Mind you my cases were both minor both misdemeanors. I should have never been put through this stress. I would never have a kind word to say about what I was put through and never about Mr Lewis. He is a fraud to me.

Amy and Alex were GREAT!!! I have been fighting the same battle with my sons mother for probably 9 years now. The first attorney didn't accomplish much other than getting a divorce decree signed. The second attorney got paid alot of money to sit next to me in the court room - that's about all he did. Amy and Alex were EXCELLENT in court - Amy argued my case extremely well and brought to light contradictions in oppositions testimony and arguement that I had never even noticed over the past 9 years. They put in the time and effort necessary to prepare for court instead of looking over a file for a few minutes before they walked in the court room as my previous attorneys have done, they were accessible when I needed them in an emergency, and they were patient with me and even comforting when the process became overwhelming.
No attorneys have ever performed to provide a better result than Amy and Alex and I couldn't be more grateful for their representation.

Charged me $500 for firing them! $500 to read my email consisting of couple words telling them I no longer want to work with them! Couple of templates filed with the county costed me over $3,000. In addition, the paperwork was supposed to be served to my spouse, it was laying in the mailbox for days, instead of being hand delivered, as promised. I received no value from their services. They scheduled a provisional hearing with the court without consulting me. I did not intend on going to court for a simple divorce case. Now I have to hire another lawyer to waive the court appearance.

Neither my wife or I had needed to be involved with an attorney before we met Nick. We were thoroughly spoiled, as he and his team set an exceptionally high bar for our expectations in the future. I hope that we do not find ourselves with a sizable enough injury again to warrant legal representation, but I would not be concerned with where to find it, because we were in good hands with Nick.

We hired Jeff for a family law matter. We were going for custody of my daughter. It took forever for him to respond! He talked a good game when we were deciding who to hire to help us. What an awful mistake! He didn't do anything for us and we wasted time, $2,000 and energy. In the court room he let the opposing attorney run the show. He didn't fight for us at all! Whoever wrote a review and said he was aggressive was completely lying! This guy doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body! He let us down completely. Avoid him if you care about your situation!

Even if she initially agreed to take on our case when others wouldn't, the entire process felt slow and lacked the urgency we expected. Her communication, while present, often left us feeling more anxious than reassured, and we found ourselves constantly having to follow up for updates. We felt like she wasn’t as proactive as she could have been, and the settlement took longer than we anticipated. While the case was eventually resolved, the experience fell short of our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend her services.
