T-boned spent 4 days in emergency, while healing my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I just wanted to get the accident stuff over with so I tried to settle. The at fault under-insured company settled immediately but our insurance company refused to offer any more. Fed up with the 20 month delay delay delay I got it off my chest by hiring Poynter & Bucheri. This allowed me to care for my husband and it only cost the insurance company an additional $75k in just 10 months. Just Hire Poynter & Bucheri, I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT AFTER THE ACCIDENT (and saved 20 months)!!

I am a veteran! This can make it hard to handle claims for injuries. I was in a car accident 2 years ago. I am not from Indiana, but was traveling there when hit by a drunk driver. Therefore all my claims were made online. I never saw Todd in person, but he called and emailed me often. He always responded quickly!
The claim process was hard, but Todd took care of it perfectly. He made sure the claim was processed and the VA was handled. Any outside care I needed he worked with them too. I had a payout and Todd handled the checks, medical records, talking to the insurance companies, and treated my case with absolute care. Despite how much I was going to receive I knew he would take care of my case. Whether I was paid out tons of money or only a fraction he made sure to handle it well and professionally. It’s important to have a lawyer even for the VA because they will want to be reimbursed. Many people don’t realize this but all medical expenses need to be accounted for even through the VA. A lawyer is important who knows how to work the VA system.
During the claims and judicial process I understood what was happening and felt like the process was easy for me since Todd did it all. I recommend Todd! Especially if you handle most of your injuries through the VA, tricare, geico, or progressive. He handles your case even through the phone as if you were in his office. I have no complaints with his services.

When I called Rowe and Hamilton after a rear end collision which totaled my truck, Tim Rowe took my case when few would, even with pre-existing conditions.

Mr.David worked Appeal for my friend. Unfortunately the appeal is not successful but I can see that he work his best and he also get it done faster. Terri is a wonderful person and powerful lawyer. I have had Terri has my custody lawyer since 2019/2020. She has always told me what I needed to hear in a respectful way. Any email or call I have made, I received answers back within 24-48 hours if not immediately. This hasn’t changed over the years of business I’ve had with her, even when I know I can be a bit annoying. We were extremely fortunate to have retained the services of the Wruck Law Offices. We are so thankful with how the lawyers and staff handled our case. The folks at Wruck and Paupore were always pleasant and helpful in all their phone calls and letters. It was always a pleasure to get their calls. They explained things very well and made us feel valued and comfortable as we were going through the entire ordeal with our recovery from injuries from the incident which disrupted our lives against our will. We were especially pleased with their tenacious pursuit of the goal of full recovery which was far greater than we could have imagined. We were impressed with the short amount of time it took to settle the case (only a year and a half) which we were afraid would take much longer and involve lengthy court hearings. It was all done out of court and negotiated quickly. Yet we were able to get more than we would have had they had to go to court for us. David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

I hired Holt Legal group back in the 80's twice to get me out of a jam I got into myself. He was a tremendous help with my legal situation. I had the privilege in having Mr. Holt represent me in front of Superior Court 6 for a repeat OWI offence. Mr. Holt is calm under pressure and is well versed in how Superior Court 6 handles OWI cases and the penalties involved. Mr. Holt saved my job by helping secure sentences that avoided jail by getting me sentences that allowed me to work. Superior Court 6 is fare with the sentencing if you are serious about getting your life in order. You are going to pay a price for the OWI, but it does not have to be the end of the world. I hired Nick for a custody case when the mother of my child moved out of state and tried to register a foreign order. I needed someone really good so I called a very renowned and retired lawyer in the area (since I’m out of state) and asked who the best lawyer for family / custody issues. He said Nick, no question. He’s experienced, hungry, and honest. I have now had Nick representing me off and on for the past 5 years and because my situation happens to involve parental alienation and complicated matters, we continue to litigate and there’s no one I’d rather have on my side. In this course of time my child’s mother has hired 4 different attorneys as none of them have faired well against Nick (it also doesn’t help she has always been on the wrong side of the law). If you hire Nick he will listen, thoroughly research the facts and precedent, and give you your best chance at relief in your case. There is nothing like the piece of mind having great and honest representation. I’ve seen so many lawyers argue a case that they weren’t prepared on, had wrongs facts, can’t remember the characters names, and just fail to make their case and aren’t taken seriously. I hired Nick Hursh to represent me in a Family Law case that was out of the realm of norm. Nick was really good in fighting for me and the R.O. made on me by my bfs EX. My bf is going through a nasty divorce and of course she's doing the typical "reaching" as I like to call it. Being that all of allegations made on me were so far fetched and outlandish, I had PROOF against all the allegations made, which we did NOT even have to present any of this proof. Basically saying she had no legit reason for request, and Nick was able to show there was no basis for any of her claims, which were 100% falsified. He knows his stuff, he goes in ready to fight for you, and wins. He will remind you to stay calm and keep your poker face straight, which I really respected and loved his tactic. Hopefully I will not have to use any attorney ever, but if I was in need he will be my go to. I highly recommend him.

I would like to give a review of Kelly Law Firm. We had a death in our family who had no will. I had to act fast being one of the next of kin to have the funeral and get there affairs in order. I called several different law firms and got ahold of Kelly Law Firm. After speaking with them we decided to give them a chance. They acted fast and in turn our loved one did not have to wait long to have a celebration of life. I worked with the paralegal named Lynn a lot. She was there for me anytime I needed help or had questions. Lynn walked me thru so many things it was unbelievable. The even helped with matters that happened before the death of our loved one dealing with insurance and a not so great roof repair company! If we had questions they had answers. They worked around our schedules and top it off we live in Arkansas. They were happy to set a time to meet in person while we was up there to sell the property. They arranged everything to be done thru emails and mail. The represented us in court as we live out of state and made the whole probate situation as painless as possible. There rates are incredibly reasonable as to others in that area. If I needed a lawyer in the Indiana or Illinois area I would check with these guys first cause my husband has dealt with attorneys for years in law enforcement and he even agrees that these guys are the only way to go. In 2021 I was in a very bad and severe motorcycle accident. I was worried if I had a case as well as where to start. I worked with Michael Massuci and his assistant Yazi on my case. Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Had a bad experience with a major insurance carrier trying to handle my minor son’s injury case resulting from a rear end auto accident. The insurance company made a low ball offer and would not budge when presented with a reasonable counter offer to settle. We hired Ken and he secured a settlement 4 times greater than the amount we requested in our offer to settle prior to hiring Ken.
