Initially I had my doubts because of a previous bad experience with greedy and unscrupulous attorneys. Van Law firm on the other hand was very professional and did I mention fair in their dealings with me. I never imagined myself needing an attorney for a car accident so when I became a victim of one of those horrible drivers out there I had no idea where to turn. My wife actually did the research to find this attorney for me and I'm glad she did. They were able to get me an appointment to see a doctor the day I contacted them to become a client and when I needed to change doctors that process was smooth as well. The staff here, especially my case manager (unsung hero!), made this entire process simple and easy to manage for me from beginning to end. Everything from signing on to be a client, to paperwork, interviews, questionnaires, potential arbitration and discovery, was made simple to understand and handle thanks to the staff here. They communicated with me every step of the way and always contacted me with any updates or to just tell me the progress of my case. Again, my case manager was wonderful. I hope to never have to need attorney services ever again, though if I do I am glad to know of where to get great attorney services.

He was hired through phone conversation only and did exactly what he said he would do. My friend didn't have to return to Nevada to appear and her case was dismissed as promised. I am a single mother getting on my feet. I had 4 traffic tickets from 7 7-10 years ago. The total for all for was right at $5000. I was in a horrible controlling relationship and didn't have a chance to start taking care of them until this year. I searched for traffic lawyers in the LV area, I am now in California. Since day one the staff here has been so helpful. I thought I would have to pay the tickets before I could even think about getting my license back. But a month or so in to the process they reached out that I could get my license. They contacted the court to have it released to the DMV and then the DMV did their part. Then within a week I had my paper license in hand. When they finally went to court, I figured maybe they'd get the total between all 4 tickets down to half. I was so surprised with the total between all for tickets was $771 dollars. I cried. I did 5 hrs of traffic school online through a company they recommended and when an issue arose with doing my certificate the staff at Mr. Maridon's office took care of it instantly. I thank them for making this whole ordeal so smooth and stress-free.

I must say dealing with the Maridon Law Firm has been a unique pleasure from start to finish, heres why..I had another atty prior to Maridon Law deal with an issue I had, long/short they completely screwed everything up. Feeling disparaged about my experience, I started doing research online and came across Joseph Maridon Esq.. I took a shot in the dark not expecting much after my last experience that ended horribly, and to my amazement Maradon Law not only reopened my case and fixed the other attys mistakes, they reduced my fine and somehow pulled off NO traffic school, though it was part of the expected outcome that I would probably have to! Maradon Law and staff treated me with respect and dignity throughout the entire process, and sent continual updates every step of the way. Fact is, drama free help like this is hard to come by these days. The atty even took my phone call about a more recent concern, and the conversation was very pleasant, informative and wasn't rushed. This atty and staff actually care about their clients on a more organic level, and for that and everything else I cannot recommend highly enough. Since my last experience I have returned again, and also sent an acquaintance their way, and will continue to do so. If you're in a jam and need a good atty thats very capable, affordable, and efficient, this is your guy hands down..No need to look further.

I was in an auto accident in December of 2015, it started great, they came to my home to sign the papers, and things were moving smoothly. I had surgery in February of 2016, there were long delays for doctor appointments, mri's etc... The other insurance company accepted liability right away, but I kept getting passed around different Point of contacts on my case. The ride was bumpy, I am not an easy person to deal with when I feel the communication is not there, however, once turned over to Chatree (managing attorney) , things went smoother. He was incredibly patient, and professional, even when I was not. When we hit negotiations, the tort's insurance company started "playing games" , however John was very persistent in keeping on top of them, letting them know we were ready to litigate. We agreed on pre litigation settlement amounts and post litigation amounts, as the fees are higher in litigation. Well, John did an incredible job keeping us out of court, and getting me far more than I expected. When we reached dispersal, April, was very expedient and professional. I have since recommended a friend to this firm and she referred them. I guess things have changed over the past 13 years, but they got the job done, it took longer than I thought it would, but I am more than satisfied with the outcome.

I was rear ended on my way to work. I tried to deal with insurance company on my own but got nowhere since there was not much damage to my car. Mr. Steve explained that these cases can be tough to fight but decided to represent me nonetheless. We WON. He refused to give up on the case even when the insurance tried to deny fault for my injuries. He kept going and going until we got the maximum amount possible. I am a Utah resident. While driving through Nevada, I was cited for a moving violation. I contacted Steve Dixon for representation, and he was able to negotiate a lower fine and while having the charge reduced to a non-moving violation (i.e., this means my insurance rates wouldn't go up, I didn't have to worry about points on my driving record, etc.).
He was very patient and always kept me informed regarding the status of my case. Though my situation didn't carry dire legal consequences, I still feel that Steve made my case a priority and treated it with the utmost attention and care.

First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.
