I had the pleasure of working with CPK on 2 occasions: once in 2017 for an auto collision and again I hired them in early 2023 for a workers comp claim. Leon was my first attorney for the car accident and Billie-Marie was my second lawyer for my work comp claim. They are amazing. They’re both very friendly, helpful and patient. They kept me informed throughout the process of each claim and explained how everything worked. Never once did I feel like they were inattentive in any way. Whenever I would talk to them it was like talking to a friend. I know they had my best interest at heart and I received more on each claim than I expected. They are a dynamic duo. I will most definitely utilize their talents again should I need them in the future and encourage anyone who is looking for an attorney to choose them and don’t think twice. You’ll be in good hands. Mr. Reed's dilligence and knowledge of the laws resulted in netting me over $60k! When I was hit by an uninsured, unlicensed driver while I was walking on the sidewalk I contacted ARAG who set me up with Mr. Reed at a discounted 25% contingency. My mother and I were involved in a head-on collision (not our fault). In the beginning, life/love challenged my mother and I to grow in charater through our experience with Mr. Murphy. After being in the accident it was difficult to stay present and trust life. The beginning interactions (w/ Mr. Murphy) challenged our patience, acceptance, character in general. Mr.Murphy was not physically in Nevada (we didnt fully realize that before) and we worked with his assistant Ms.Fisher (assistant). Our injuries and the feeling of wanting to give up tempted us to settle/give up fighting the good fight. I did not feel supported (at the beginning) by Mr.Murphy. Our first encounter on the telephone felt like a mistake. My lack of trust and lack presence in every moment made it difficult for an open/supported interaction. I did not feel good about it, but because I wanted to stop fighting the good fight of faith, I went with it. Im so glad we did. In the begining, it was difficult to answer the internal call and do what was needed to grow through this. There was not as much communication in the begining and there were a few things I questioned about our case. The more life/love offered these maximal soul growth opportunities through our interactions, the more I gave in to them. The more I gave in, the more I was able to appreciate and support the efforts of Ms. Fisher and Mr. Murphy. We worked majority with Ms. Fisher and she was such a blessing. Throughout the case, she frequently contacted us to make sure we were on the same page. When it came to dispursment, it was effortless and quicker than I expected. They did wonderful at hadling our bills that accumulated while we waited for the case to close. By the conclusion of the case, their support for our wellbeing and how to move forward was more than I could ask for. I am forever grateful to God/life for Mr. Murphy and Ms. Fisher. Thank you for this opportunity.

I was in a car accident in March of 2016, and had a lot of personal injury, broken bones, internal injury etc. Things looked bleak as the person who hit didn't seem to have any insurance, or at least didn't admit to having any insurance. Mr. Murphy tracked down her insurance and I received a settlement. I was able to pay my hospital and Dr.'s bills and still have something for me. I am very glad to have Murphy & Murphy in my corner and would hire him again.

I cannot even begin to tell you the professionalism and personalized service provided by this firm. My family was involved in a bad auto accident on 09/07/2015. Having little to no experience with legal issues it was intimidating. I retained Arizona counsel. The Arizona attorney was unable to try the case because of jurisdiction and subsequently he referred me to Craig Murphy's firm to handle my case in Nevada. Communication was efficient and concise. As per usual, big insurance company tried to bully my family so i had many questions but I never felt I was a burden at any point when I called to ask the 'silly' questions. Great advice was given potentially saving me thousands of dollars. They helped to put tragic events in my family's history and helped restore us back to a sense of normality. I was on vacation in Vegas around January of 2017 and got into an argument with my girl friend and things went from 0-100, I packaged my stuffs and left the room but decided to go back and drop off her phone when two security guards took me and called the cops. Not sure who called the cops, my girl friend wasn’t in the room when I got there so was confuse what was going on. The finally got me arrested for 3 felony charges. She regretted her actions but was too late as the state already took over the case. She finally found a bails bond who advised her to contact Aronzo & Thomas law firm. I went back home and communicated with Thomas via the phone who promised me they were going to do their best to get my life back. I never had to go back to Vegas all through the hearing and was finally ask to take a anger management classes for 40 weeks but Thomas worked with the persecutor to get it down to 13 weeks which I did and all charges was dropped without any conviction. I recommend Thomas law firm and not to mention Alicia her assistance who also listened to me every time I would and give her utmost support through the case. I just want to say thank you for everything you did for me and helping me get my life back.

My car collision case took about a year to settle after my family finished physical therapy. I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. When you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney your whole world is upside down. You have made a serious mistake or a series of them. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John. On the evening of September 24, 2023, at 6:15 p.m. I was driving to my work as a night shift nurse at UMC as I have done 100’s of times before. I was traveling from my home in Henderson north on the 95 freeway to exit at MLK Blvd. At the 95/MLK off ramp I waited for the light to turn green then turned left onto MLK. I was then T-Boned by another vehicle traveling south on MLK that ran the red light. The full front of his car had severe damage. The right side of my car had moderate damage but was undriveable due to damage to the right front wheel. I got out of my vehicle and approached the vehicle that struck me. He appeared to be intoxicated. He was attempting to leave and was speaking to me in Spanish. Then in English he told me “We go, no police.” I called 911 and a brief time later an NHP officer arrived. He took my statement and called for a Spanish speaking officer to come and speak to the other driver. A Spanish speaking officer arrived and spoke to the other driver. The NHP officer gave me a report number. At this time, a friend or family member of the second driver arrived. They did a little work to his car then drove away. I could not drive my car due to the damage. My husband arrived and called AAA to have our car towed. Once my Adrenaline, calmed down my back and shoulder were hurting, and I went to the St. Rose De Lima Emergency Room from the accident scene where they performed a CT scan, X-Rays, and prescribed pain killers. I went home and rested and lost five days of work. I went to St. Rose Physical Therapy for 23 visits over a three month period and had three follow up doctors’ visits. Our car had $3745.40 worth of damage and was repaired by Frank’s Auto Body. We paid a deductible of $500.00.
I was hit by a driver who was a Mexican citizen with a Mexican driver’s license. He was driving a car rented in Mexico. He had an insurance policy for the rental car with an office located in California.
We contacted the Ed Bernstein Law Office the day after the accident because they have an office near our home. We provided them with the police report, photos, road maps, etc. They contacted the insurance company of the other driver and told us at first they were not responding then later told us they refused liability as their driver claimed I had run the light and his was green, which was not true. He hit me, he had severe front-end damage, his speed was fast enough that his air bags were deployed, my damage was on the passenger side. There were no witnesses, and the police report did not indicate who was at fault since neither officer witnessed the accident. Our insurance company, USAA, after their investigation declared we were not at fault.
After six months the Ed Bernstein law firm informed us they were dropping the case as there were no witnesses and declared it to be a He said/She said case that they could not win. We disagree as the relative damage to each vehicle clearly shows the other driver hit me. I feel the Ed Bernstein Law Office gave up too easily without fighting for me. It took a month from the time of the telephone call informing us that they were dropping the case to when we received the certified letter dropping the case so I could proceed with another law firm.
