Jim left no stone unturned when gathering the needed evidence to show that a financial broker did not have our brother’s best interest in mind. Our brother is medically disabled. The recommendations made by this broker were followed by our brother who trusted him implicitly. Jim and his team spent countless hours collecting documents and enlisted the aid of experts in the field to show sufficient evidence of less than honorable intent by this broker. As a result, a significant sum was recovered from the losses incurred by our brother as a result of the actions by this broker. It is because of Jim Christensen that our brother now has his medical retirement back on a reasonable footing and hopefully will keep him supported as he lives out his life in a nursing care facility. I hired James Christensen (Jim) in March of 2016 to resolve an ongoing situation I had with two other attorneys. My matter involved some ethics issues, a civil lawsuit involving a $250,000 insurance settlement and disputes over legal fees. After speaking with various law firms, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Jim.
I was impressed by Jim for multiple reasons. He was very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my circumstances and had a sense of the current legal trends in Vegas. He was not intimidated by my case like other attorneys I consulted.
Jim didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear instead he told me what I needed to know. He explained alternative approaches and realistic outcomes. He provided practical advice about what would be in my best interest even though this strategy meant a smaller fee for him.
Jim was diplomatically strong during negotiations yet was able to foster cooperation with the other attorneys involved. Strong interpersonal skills enabled Jim to work with extremely varied personalities and obtain a favorable outcome for me. His relationships in the legal community also helped him to resolve most issues outside of the court room.
On a personal note, Jim was patient with my frequent questions and at times, my nervousness. Jim empathized with my frustration and I could tell he was committed to helping me. My case had been lingering unresolved since 2014 and Jim got me a dismissal as quickly as he could.

I got hit by a tow truck in 2014, and initially retained a different attorney. After becoming extremely frustrated with the process, I was referred to Jason Cooks office. From the very beginning Jason was helpful, patient and kind. I had a million questions, since I had never been injured in a car accident before and he took the time to answer every one of them. Jason and his wonderful staff are fair, honest and hard working. I had my doubts in the beginning after dealing with the first attorney I hired, however I was not just treated like a client by Jason Cooks office, I was treated like family. I hired Jason Cook in 2009 over the phone, by recommendation from one of my doctors in Las Vegas after moving to Arizona, for a personal injury suffered in 2008. This was after two different attorneys took my case and then decided my case was too big and difficult. Jason was/is honest, straightforward, accessible by both phone and email, which eased my mind and nerves, all I had to focus on was continuing my medical care. It took us five years to reach a settlement in my case, but I knew I had Jason there to help me each step of the way. My case was not easy and we went up against a huge insurance company, not to mention my injuries were complicated. I had to have several surgeries, plus prior injuries. I was very happy to have Jason and his team on my side. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Jason Cook will never promise anything he cannot deliver. I would hire Jason and his team in a heartbeat again should I ever need his services again. When counting friends Jason is among them. I have sent friends his way and will continue to do so.

I can only speak to his ability in a question I had that he consulted with me on and unfortunately not to his ability under retainer or in court, however I was so impressed by our very short and informal interaction I would recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.
What impressed me most was that he met me at my level of expertise, not being overly vague or overly complicated, and the advice he gave was solid and was in my best interest. I have such respect for an attorney who will give you advice that is to your benefit rather than always defaulting to retain counsel when it may be much more cost effective not to. While I hope I never need an attorney’s service if the need arrises in his area of practice this will be who I go to.

Customer service is everything to me and it is to them. They have handled many traffic tickets(over five) for me personally over the past two years, yet i have ZERO points on my record. I've referred many people I know and they have yet to disappoint.
Process couldn't be easier and they keep you updated along the whole way, just one phone call to give them the information they need to fight the case and they handle it from there.

I stumbled upon Tom and Co. via Google search and I was not disappointed. Highly and very competent Lawyers, that will fight for every penny you deserve. I highly recommend! Tom and Tara are very friendly and responds back within 24horua with any questions. Tom was able to negotiate my medical fees down to 40% which means I was able to pocket more. Great people and overall took about a year (due to the other insurance playing games) but overall I got what was deserved. Thank you Tom and Co.

Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me.
