Rivera law group was recommended to me after a car accident in January 2024. The initial reason for choosing them, other than a recommendation from someone I trust, was the fact that they have offices in Las Vegas and Reno. I live in Reno and work in Las Vegas and my accident was in Las Vegas. This made the communication, and the scheduling of appointments easy for me because I could do them on both ends. Shortly into the process after getting to know the staff and my first long conversation with Tristan I knew I had made the right decision as this was not the attorney experience that you hear about. I originally considered applying for my wife's PRC myself. After reviewing the necessary forms and complexity of the process I decided to use Alexander Vail immigration services. There were some time restraints as well. She received her card in the mail in less than five months! Far faster than the twelve months we expected it to take. My experience with Dawn Lozano was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my story to help others avoid this attorney.
I initially hired Dawn during an incredibly difficult period, hoping for professional guidance and representation. Unfortunately, what I received was a series of unprofessional and unethical actions that left me not only without the support I desperately needed but also financially drained after spending $2,885 including a consultation fee she made me pay before getting any sort of advice which was reasonable because I respect others time.
I paid the agreed-upon full amount upfront, believing this was a necessary step to ensure a solid defense. However, this decision quickly proved to be a grave mistake. The attorney made only 2 court appearances on my behalf and then withdrew from the case with no clear explanation only to send a letter months later saying that the court had referred the matter back to the Public Defender’s office, but there was no further detail or clarification provided which confused me because she never told us this, and her assistant would only tell us that she would get back to us.
Despite numerous emails and messages, I received no response. I was left in the dark about the status of my case and any next steps I should take. Luckily my family found another attorney who represented me but I had to deal with months sitting in jail which I don't put that on her but if she couldn't of done anything or knew this was going to happened I would of just went with a different attorney.
In summary, my experience with Dawn was a complete disaster. She took my money, provided minimal service, and failed to follow through on her commitments. Her lack of communication and unprofessional conduct added immense stress to an already challenging situation. I strongly advise others to thoroughly research and consider alternative options before hiring this attorney to avoid similar distressing experiences because I would not want anyone else to go through this. I can care less about the money but more of so the distress I had to go through during the time. I attached photos of payments sent to her so no one thinks this is a fake review or false. I also attached the letter she sent asking for a review so here it is. Save your time and money, this lady should be ashamed of even having a law firm that operates the way she does.

I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too

My mother and I were involved in a head-on collision (not our fault). In the beginning, life/love challenged my mother and I to grow in charater through our experience with Mr. Murphy. After being in the accident it was difficult to stay present and trust life. The beginning interactions (w/ Mr. Murphy) challenged our patience, acceptance, character in general. Mr.Murphy was not physically in Nevada (we didnt fully realize that before) and we worked with his assistant Ms.Fisher (assistant). Our injuries and the feeling of wanting to give up tempted us to settle/give up fighting the good fight. I did not feel supported (at the beginning) by Mr.Murphy. Our first encounter on the telephone felt like a mistake. My lack of trust and lack presence in every moment made it difficult for an open/supported interaction. I did not feel good about it, but because I wanted to stop fighting the good fight of faith, I went with it. Im so glad we did. In the begining, it was difficult to answer the internal call and do what was needed to grow through this. There was not as much communication in the begining and there were a few things I questioned about our case. The more life/love offered these maximal soul growth opportunities through our interactions, the more I gave in to them. I was in a car accident in March of 2016, and had a lot of personal injury, broken bones, internal injury etc. Things looked bleak as the person who hit didn't seem to have any insurance, or at least didn't admit to having any insurance. Mr. Murphy tracked down her insurance and I received a settlement. I was able to pay my hospital and Dr.'s bills and still have something for me. I cannot even begin to tell you the professionalism and personalized service provided by this firm. My family was involved in a bad auto accident on 09/07/2015. Having little to no experience with legal issues it was intimidating. I retained Arizona counsel. This was a solid medium experience due to the fact that I felt the case was dragged out due to a mistake on the team's part. After I had agreed to the final settlement amount in 2023, I was told that the amount was incorrectly calculated and turned out to be significantly less. The attorney at that time reached out and offered to go another year to make back some of the difference, but in the end, she left the company and there was no extra compensation. With better communication from the beginning, this would not have happened. I was very frustrated during the entire first year because I would call the office, text, or leave messages, and would not hear back for months at a time.
