We found Mr. Mike Lee from a referral on Nevada State Bar's website. Mr. Lee responded to our questions promptly and agreed to meet us in person despite COVID concerns. During our consultation, we felt that Mr. Lee was professional and very well versed in his area of expertise. He addressed every single question we had to our fullest satisfaction. After the consultation, it took him no longer than a day to turn around the deliverable. We also felt that his rates are fair and reasonable and would definitely consult him in the future should we require legal representation. I am a single mother getting on my feet. I had 4 traffic tickets from 7 7-10 years ago. The total for all for was right at $5000. I was in a horrible controlling relationship and didn't have a chance to start taking care of them until this year. I searched for traffic lawyers in the LV area, I am now in California. Since day one the staff here has been so helpful. I thought I would have to pay the tickets before I could even think about getting my license back. But a month or so in to the process they reached out that I could get my license. They contacted the court to have it released to the DMV and then the DMV did their part. Then within a week I had my paper license in hand. When they finally went to court, I figured maybe they'd get the total between all 4 tickets down to half. I was so surprised with the total between all for tickets was $771 dollars. I cried. I did 5 hrs of traffic school online through a company they recommended and when an issue arose with doing my certificate the staff at Mr. Maridon's office took care of it instantly. I thank them for making this whole ordeal so smooth and stress-free.

I must say dealing with the Maridon Law Firm has been a unique pleasure from start to finish, heres why..I had another atty prior to Maridon Law deal with an issue I had, long/short they completely screwed everything up. Feeling disparaged about my experience, I started doing research online and came across Joseph Maridon Esq.. I took a shot in the dark not expecting much after my last experience that ended horribly, and to my amazement Maradon Law not only reopened my case and fixed the other attys mistakes, they reduced my fine and somehow pulled off NO traffic school, though it was part of the expected outcome that I would probably have to! Maradon Law and staff treated me with respect and dignity throughout the entire process, and sent continual updates every step of the way. Fact is, drama free help like this is hard to come by these days. The atty even took my phone call about a more recent concern, and the conversation was very pleasant, informative and wasn't rushed. This atty and staff actually care about their clients on a more organic level, and for that and everything else I cannot recommend highly enough. Since my last experience I have returned again, and also sent an acquaintance their way, and will continue to do so. If you're in a jam and need a good atty thats very capable, affordable, and efficient, this is your guy hands down..No need to look further.

I was rear ended on my way to work. I tried to deal with insurance company on my own but got nowhere since there was not much damage to my car. Mr. Steve explained that these cases can be tough to fight but decided to represent me nonetheless. We WON. He refused to give up on the case even when the insurance tried to deny fault for my injuries. He kept going and going until we got the maximum amount possible. First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.
Fast forward 9 months and having April Bonifatto on my side was absolutely the right decision. She is professional, caring, and has integrity in all she does. I would say we need more lawyers like April. But, if they were all like her I'd have to give up all of my lawyer jokes.
April put me at ease after our first call. She kept me updated throughout the process and always had what was best for me in her mind. She made sure to negotiate with the insurance companies and medical providers for what was best for me. If you find yourself in an undortunate situation where you need an injury lawyer April Bonifatto is the real way to go!

My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. My husband and I both had severe back pain and damage to our car from the accident. Neither of us were sure what to do so we hired Drue Solomon. My wife and I were Rear-ended and were drowning in what we should do. We called up Drue Solomon for advice. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and offered his services. I was in Vegas for work, for a convention. I live in California so I drove, and stayed at the Cromwell on the strip, one of the older hotels. Their parking garage exits right into downtown, and I got hit 2 minutes into my drive the first day there. The car was completely totaled, we got hit by a ram truck and I really really felt it. I was concerned I was going to be all messed up with spinal injuries and whiplash and so forth… and I didn't know any doctors in town so that was also a problem. I contacted Benson and Bingham, and they some really great referrals, helped me get scheduled, and helped get my car accident insurance claim started. We're still working on the case, but I've been super impressed by their team, they're professionalism, the whole thing. They have a nice office just a couple of miles from our hotel, so it's been pretty convenient as well. A big thanks to attorney Ben Bingham for handle my case and made me feel at ease!
