Daniel advised me not to countersue, after I hired another lawyer, the opposition offered money to settle. Daniel's legal advice was incorrect, he wrong was about a lot of things. Hiring Daniel was a mistake that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. He was very unresponsive and lazy.

I’m so disgusted with this person. I was referred to her peer who stated, “she’s a pit bull (or bulldog) in the court room”! I thought, “Man, that’s EXACTLY what I need!” She’s a pitbull alright... with you. She’s so condescending and showed little professionalism, care, or empathy. She failed to appear in two consecutive court visits, and what ultimately led to me parting ways with her was her not showing up to a Family Court appearance with not even a phone call to prepare me. But she had enough time to send a replacement who was incompetent regarding the details of my case. She misquoted my words often, showing that she really wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying. She never once entertained meeting in person. She never worked with me to understand a plan or strategy. She was clearly uninspired and uninterested. I met with her once in 3 months- the day I retained her. That’s it! The next time I met with her was the day I let her go for misrepresenting me. Fortunately, I was able to “negotiate” a 1/5th return on what I already paid her. She got no results and had the nerve to request another $4,500 in addition to the $5,000 retainer to continue representing me. She was representing me in Family Court and told me to hand her the rights to Criminal Court defense as well. I agreed to do so.
In her time representing me, she claims to have gotten me results because I have visitation with my daughter on my days off from work. When that was simply a message she relayed. She hasn’t actually gotten a result in my favor. On the criminal side, she failed to act in a timely and professional manner to acquire video footage of the moment of the alleged assault that was hindering my custody case even more. That video would have easily proved my innocence. Now I have to pay thousands more to find a criminal lawyer and family lawyer. I’m so upset.

As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.
I am so happy to have found this law firm for help , my family members agree ,that it was the wisest decision for me to make.
No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!

This guy is awful. I signed a retainer with him thinking he would help me with an awful accident I was in, and he did absolutely nothing. There was a video of the accident, I was gravely injured and lost my job and academic career over it, and he did nothing for me after agreeing to represent me. Gave me no advice, never even interviewed me to see how I had been injured or what I had lost due to the accident. Worse than that, he sent me to a doctor (citimed) during covid and they didn't take temperatures or wear masks. He put my health in jeopardy and traumatized me. I saw cockroaches in the corners of every room. He failed to get the surveillance video of my accident, refused to take any phone calls with me until I threatened him with a lawsuit, then when I confronted him with the way he mishandled my case he dropped me as a client. Reporting him to the DA and the bar. I can't believe he's practicing.

Sean O Hara has no business in law, came off nice, seemingly, except he contradicted himself several times. Claiming he never heard from the company, but knew where they sent my w-2…Did nothing for nine months and when I gave him crucial information he tried to get money, completely unaware that I had another attorney related to this case. His terrible work caused me to go through their employees and that’s a no for me dog, all white men. Fired and replaced. Don’t waste your time, not my first rodeo, but apparently his. Mind you the case was easy, pictures, text messages and he blew it, lazy, lazy, lazy. Easily the most important client you’ll ever have too.

We worked with Vicky and her team and they truly are top tier. We recently purchased a coop and they have been so helpful, and always willing to answer our millions of questions. We appreciate the speed, diligence, and transparency of the team throughout the process. It was very important that we felt comfortable and confident about the people we decided to work with and Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP were the right fit for us. As first time home buyers this whole home buying process was very new to us but they walked us through each step and kept us aware of important timeliness. At the closing table although Vicky was unable to attend her coworker Lillian was there and walked us through each of the closing documents giving us an overview of each and explaining any questions that we had. We highly recommend them and will definetly use them again if we need a real estate attorney in the future.
