Found another lawyer from another firm who was extremely kind and respectful and has put my worries at ease. Would not advise to use this company.

Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

l was facing a summons complaint through TLC court. TLC basically treat their licensees like criminals? TLC court is unlike DMV court where the respondent must show up in person to testify. Kate Mcgauley is very aggressive attorney, l was very impressed & amazed with the way she defended my case rigorously, and she was able to dispose of my TLC case... A+++++ Thanks again Kate!

Rather than actually listen, he was abrupt on initial phone consult and hung up before the conversation was even over. Waste of time. His company's website states they handle property damage, but they do not. Plenty of other attorneys out there; look elsewhere!

I don’t understand how you don’t know who clients are. I wrote a review 5days ago right after Richard spoke to my father that day. By pretending as if he doesn’t know me or my father shows how underhanded this attorney is. Then you respond to my post but I can’t respond back. But I do have proof of the voicemail Richard Kenny left directly on my phone stating that he can’t release my father money due to no response back from Medicaid which we all received back in 2023. Plus it shows how he speaks down to people as well so if he paying people or asking for great reviews please don’t because everything I stated on google was true and I have proof

In the AGREEMENT says funds would be disbursed in 4 to 6 months it's been almost a year can't get ahold of anyone. When you email them they respond that certain aspects of your case are handled by different people/firms..

Do not waste your time with these pathetic lawyers. Seven years my grandfather had to deal with these people. He had cancer caused by the rail road station years and years ago. Everyone who was still alive got hefty settlements from this. But using this lawyer they schemed him! He relieved 16 thousand dollars and the lawyer received 59 thousand. They promised him to waive their normal fee of 44% if he would settle out of court so they didn’t have to do any extra work. They lied and took all of his money. This should be illegal. You’ve been warned of these corrupt individuals.

I am still in the process of suing someone who hit me from behind. (7/2013) I just recently had surgery as a LAST(3 /28) resort. I had to do ALL of the leg work fighting with the insurance company to get this approved. I was hitting a brick wall. I finally received a call back and spoke directly to him asking him how much money my case could generate and it got the ball rolling. Letters were FINALLY sent out to aid in getting this surgery approved. It took me 6 months to get results . Linda, his secretary, while awesome, definitely put you off and makes you think that Randy is working on your case when in fact he has no idea what's going on. He does NOT return your calls in a timely manner. But I'm sure his hand will be out for his third of the case. I am not an expert, and have never sued anyone before. But I thought that hiring a lawyer was supposed to help you get results When spoken to, he has to find your file to look at it. Either he's in the weeds and needs help or is incompetent I have yet to decide. I had surgery 3 weeks ago and have asked for advice. I have re sent the request 3 times. perhaps I'm naive but I could use someone to help walk me through this process. I think a call to one of the higher-ups might get me some positive results I will send a new review when this is all said and done. When ask below if I would ever use this lawyer again that answer is up in the air. We will see what the end result brings

I HIRED RANDALL RICHARDS AND WAS APPALLED AT HOW I WAS TREATED. HE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS (FOR OVER 7 MONTHS), I WOULD CALL TO ASK WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH MY CASE AND HIS RECEPTIONIST WOULD MAKE EXCUSES THAT HE WAS UNAVAILABLE TO TALK WITH ME, SHE WOULD LIE AND TELL ME THAT HE WAS DOING THIS AND THAT ON MY CASE WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD NOT. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM HIM BY PHONE OR MAIL EVER. I WAS BESIDE MY SELF FOR OVER 7 MONTHS JUST WAITING AND WAITING FOR SOME SORT OF RESPONSE THAT i NEVER RECEIVED. I BELIEVE THAT HE WAS JUST STALLING ME AND MY CLAIM. I AM SHOCKED AT HOW SOMEONE GAVE HIM A 5 STAR RATING, I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE FIRST CLIENT REVIEW THAT WAS A ONE STAR! BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY. I had a very poor experience with this attorney.
First of all, he is supposed to be representing clients who have sustained bodily injury and he talks more about his own injuries (which he always seems to be recovering from) then the clients.
Secondly, although I am aware that this is a business, it is quite irritating when an attorney treats a case with an expected large judgement very differently than those with a potentially more moderate award.
Thirdly, he is very short staffed and is overwhelmed with handling even the simplest tasks which wind up taking an undue amount of time to complete. This creates a domino effect where important components appear to be rushed.
In conclusion, there are better choices out there and if I had to go through this again I would look elsewhere.

I needed a lawyer to represent me in a criminal defense case and I chose Mr. Gross because he offered his services way less expensive than others. However, soon after I experienced his attitude and working behavior, I firstly regretted my decision to work with him and secondly got an idea why he is less expensive than other lawyers in NYC.
The thing is, if you need help and assistance you definitely don’t need an unfriendly, ignorant and unprofessional lawyer on top of that. What a bummer, waste of time and money.

I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since my accident, and since then I been to other law firms . Which they explained to me that Justin wasn’t doing a good job and how I should sue him for the way he handled my case, when I spoke to him after leaving a honest review on here two years ago. He IMMEDIATELY called me and asked me to take the review down if not he WOULDNT be helping me with my case. The nerve to say that to me in a such nasty voice and as a threat. Well I never took it down and I guess he paid someone to take it down for him and paid other people to leave good comments for him. But the truth is he told me that him and Fred were not in business any more and not representing me on my case from 2016 . He is not trustworthy and not the type to keep you informed on your case. He tried to make me feel like he don’t know what to do with my case now and that Covid was the reason he didn’t do any work. The other law firm told me that they WANTED to take my case years ago for my accident and he called over there with his connections and stopped it . Telling them my firm did so much work for him please don’t take my client. I swear on my kids this guy in more fraudulent then a $3 bill. And I want him to know and the rest of these paid actors he got to talk good about him . Stop leading people to this guy. He not that guy. We all seen him on TED with the sorry childhood story to act like he got a heart. I heard his lame story and I can promise you he know how to look you in the eye ,lean in and give you that spoonful of I got game in a soft voice while staring into your eyes with a bunch of bologna behind it. Now since the last chat we had which didn’t take but 5 mins to get the last call from him maybe 2 years ago. Please take the review down he pleaded. Wait to I reach out to the BBB. He been on my case since my hospital bed in Jan 2016 and hasn’t produced results. As a matter of fact he added another lawyer to help to the case which I’m not going to mention his name. But that man has been trying to do something at least answering phone calls. Justin Blitz is like a Puffy Daddy that signs artists so nobody else can help put their music out and they become famous. He stopped their growth. If he can’t get a piece of the action than nobody can eat. WATCH out for him, I’m a regular amputee guy and he’s a this big time lawyer with 5.0 rating, LMFAO that’s not what I seen last time I came on here. He paying people for comments. There’s a God and he watching you and how you treat people. This guy is soul less. I asked him for the video footage of the train accident years ago and he never got the video footage for me and I didn’t see it until 2023 since 2016 and it was the other lawyer who made that happen. Don’t hold your breath and expect for Justin to help you. He wants to look good and play smart with his glasses on and his carisma but we who know really know. Be honest at least. One lawyer said you only spent about $5000 on my case or less from the work you did and that was in 2019 he told me that . He wanted to buy the case from you. Now you place me in a time sensitive situation not that Justin caring like I said. I could have been had someone else on my case years ago and not have to leave this comment in here. But you Justin want to be rude and treat me like less that a human being you never took time on my case . The time we went to that train station together was the only time you showed interest and that was when you first had me sign in to be your client in 2016. It’s about to be 8 years and I’m still suffering from my injuries. You should be ashamed of yourself . Fred told me to go get a job and not feel sorry for myself with a amputee leg. Now I finally got a prosthetic leg and got the will to got back to work and ended up in a car accident . So if that’s their idea of helping me . You better off going to a third world country and getting help. These guys are not professionals and your better off with someone else.
