Zealous lawyers defending injurers will never let go easy even in open and shut cases. Yet, where there is a will, there is a way. And Ira Pearlman Esq did indeed prove it. His unique negotiation skills helped the car insurers throw in the towel: the whole $25,000.00 after initial $10,000.00 offer. It was not enough for Ira. He told me he is going to do his super best to get more from my insurer for the ongoing lower back pain and suffering that has become chronic in need of ongoing pain management, injections, etc. and is permanent knowing that broken bones do get healed and bleedings do end because they are not permanent. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sharova Law. I trusted them with my case, but it quickly became clear that they were disorganized and lacked the expertise they claimed to have. Communication was poor throughout the process—I rarely received updates, and when I did, they were vague or last-minute. my case was shuffled through three attorneys, which two of them left the firm.
Despite paying a thousands of dollars, the firm failed to properly handle key aspects of my case, leading to unnecessary court delays and a poor outcome had I had stayed with the firm. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and they seemed more focused on collecting fees than achieving results.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. I regret trusting them with my case and would advise others to look elsewhere for a competent attorneys.

From a law firm , maybe again it’s just me but I do not receive any communication with this law firm and anytime you call the line always fail or busy there’s no option for a voicemail ; they even forgot about a payment and had my paperwork in the air not submitted for the last 4 months which honestly is bull shit to the highest level nor be there for the court dates which have been postponing for the last 4 times over a two year span maybe this review they will delay my shit even more and by then I’d prob be deported or something lol I just don’t understand the front desk is super super horrible with communication and I can never get in contact or see the lawyer unless you pounce in randomly some day to see him there , would love to fix this issue as I only
Heard good things about them and was referred from the dad’s operation but as of now I’m super super disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service at Gallagher law firm.

Jeffery Jacobson is going to ask you for upfront retainer with a promise of a deal. Later he’ll ask you even more to develop EPK and other promo material. Be very careful, in today’s online music and marketing age- you don’t need anyone like him to part away from your hard earned cash.
He did it to me and refused to proceed unless I pay him more. When I told him I will develop the EPK myself- he asked for a monthly retainer until he scouts a deal for me. He’s very kind until you pay him upfront. Once that’s done- it’s continuous pouring of resources until you realize his scheme.

Nothing ever changed… I started at a 645, didn’t need much but they didn’t do nothing to better My credit. I retained Jonathan Mann of SSRGA for an appellate case. He was meticulous, organized and thorough. He communicated very clearly. We handled the entire process via phone and text. The appellate court ruled in our favor. I would definitely have Jonathan and SSRGA perform any appellate work I have in the future based on my experience and their performance. They are expensive. We are from out of state and were visiting NY. My wife fell on a slightly raised platform on the sidewalk and severely broke a bone in her hand. To the casual observer it might not have seemed like a serious injury, which is what the other side maintained, but Mr. Gershbaum immediately understood the severity, kept us well-informed every step of the way and always gave us our options and his opinions (as well as his colleagues) as to the merits of the case and where he thought it was headed. He made us aware of the developments in NY State law that had the potential to impact the case and when a settlement was offered explained the possibilities and gave us his opinion but allowed us to make the decision without pushing in either direction. I had property dispute with my relatives abroad. The foreign court gave judgment in favor of the plaintiff. They tried to convert foreign judgment to New York State judgment.
The New York State Supreme Court rejected their case and they were

I feel compelled to warn others about this law firm after my terrible experience following a car accident. My advice? NEVER HIRE TV LAWYERS!
These attorneys are primarily focused on settling cases, and I had to fight with my own attorneys just to get a marginally better settlement. Communication was attrocious; it often took days for anyone to respond. When they did, it was clear they weren't paying attention—duplicated emails were common, showing a complete lack of professionalism.
The worst part? When we finally received our settlement, they couldn't even bother to meet my mom in person to thank her for choosing them. Instead, one of the attorneys coldly handed us our check after years of silence. On top of that, they hit us with unexpected charges for things like certified letters. It’s shameful.
This firm is more concerned with their image and commercials than actually helping clients. If you're looking for competent legal representation, do yourself a favor and find a private personal injury attorney who will truly fight for you. My experience here was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
