Hired Greg and never met him. First court was adjourned and was never advised as I showed up. Called him and he made me call back as a billable call. Sent an associate who also missed 2 court dates. When I called to see their location I was once again charged a billable call.
Useless in my option.

In late 2023, I had a client which was purchasing a $2 million commercial investment property and wanted to do a 1031 exchange using the sale of three multi family residential investment properties to fund the purchase.
Unfortunately, the purchase of the $2 million property had to happen (ToE) before I could close the three residential properties, the closings for which would be staggered over two or three months after the acquisition. In other words, I had to do a reverse 1031 exchange.
While I have been a real estate lawyer for 50 years and had done a number of traditional 1031 exchanges, I had never done a reverse 1031. I didn't know where to begin. However, speaking to counsel at Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC resolved my difficulties.
While the transaction was ultimately somewhat complicated, with the help of Attorney James Walther and his very competent and empathetic staff at Legal 1031 Exchange Services, I was able to maneuver the technical requirements of the IRS code to a successful conclusion, and my client was able to incorporate the sale of all three residential properties into the exchange, thereby saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in long-term capital gains taxes.
I could never have done it on my own or with the help of my own CPA who is quite knowledgeable in these matters (but not a lawyer). Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC held me by the hand and took me every step of the way to a complete and successful resolution of this very complicated matter. I could not have done it without Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.

Good service - they take time to understand the details and workings of your idea. Professional writing above what an individual can likely produce on his/her own. But wildly expensive - would absolutely NOT recommend trying to get a patent (or even a Provisional Patent) when you're young. They quote you one amount and the overall price ends up being about twice what they estimate. If you're older and more established and actually have money, I recommend using this service

Highly highly recommend not using Chris! 6 months and waiting for closing on property! Amber is very unprofessional ..Been told by many realtors that they are fighting for there commission from the closings. Stay very very far away from these guys!

Really a BIG FAT ZERO . Someone I trust and know took me to this place on 11/1/2023. Richie as he was called was briefly told what happened to me with a fall . I was told by Richie to contact him by him the next day . Staff must have been told not to take my call as I kept getting disconnected and when I sent a email it went unanswered . My friend who took me I know meant well but had to post how I was treated so when reviews are read by public looking for legal assistance. Please know not to use this person nor his firm as you will not get anywhere with them ‼️

I first met Mr. Wein in Spring of 2016 after my worker's compensation lawyer suggested I meet with him to determine if there was a basis for a personal injury lawsuit. At that time no one could prepare me for my 6 year journey with the firm. The amount of time that he took to get to know every aspect of the case, obtain multiple expert witnesses and prepare me for each and every step of the process was invaluable. If I wasn't speaking directly with Mr. Wein, I could always count on Olena Care for the informative emails. After my deposition I thought that the end was in sight, however COVID hit and the courts were shut down, however the work continued by Mr. Wein and the entire practice. In the summer of 2022, after multiple discussions with the opposing parties and Mr. Wein the case was finally set for trial. After a couple of delays the jury trial occurred in December. Mr. Wein prepared me for trial and the approach that he took impressed everyone in the courtroom. He presented multiple expert witnesses and provided testimony that was backed by facts to the court. In the end, we were very grateful for the favorable verdict and appropriate settlement. Although I would never wish anyone to have to go through this I would 100% recommend Mr. Wein to anyone who is in need of a confident, personable and strategic lawyer to prove your case.

When told they were not taking our case, ( after a year of waiting to hear something.... anything) I asked why not and was told ...."because". And then hung up on. Mr. Wein took on our case along with an additional 79 people and managed, with the help of his capable staff, to keep us thoroughly informed throughout the 12 years of pursuing the matter. The case did take a number of years and anytime I called to inquire about progress either he or his legal secretary, Danielle, very graciously took the time to fill us in on the progress. Since the case involved damages due to a construction failure, Mr. Wein secured expert testimony where needed and successfully countered each and every attempt at delay or dismissal by the opposition. In the end, a successful conclusion brought us to a point where we believe appropriate accountability was leveled and where we received appropriate compensation for our losses. We are most grateful to Mr. Paul Wein for his skill and his occasional "hand holding" through this process.

I hired Ryan Goldstein to represent me against my Coop Board. The Coop was responsible for a failed flushometer on a toilet above me which caused huge flooding in my apartment. The mis-management of the flood the Board, managing agent, and entities they hired, caused mold to set in. My apartment was completely destroyed and it took 8-9 months to clear the mold and several more months of reconstruction. Ryan handled all negotiations, depositions, and court dealings for about 8 years. He is not only intelligent, clear thinking, masters the details of a case, explains the law with the pros and the cons, but he is also personable and a pleasure to be around. This attorney office is God awful. They support the other side and are against low income individuals. They are obviously an organization that supports the real estate market and contributes to putting people on benefits in the street. Sharon, a lawyer there lied and said Good Cause Eviction Law wasn't good across NYS and went against Assemblyman Pat Burke's office. I called to make sure my illegal, discriminatory eviction case was closed, and at first told me it was closed, then proceeded to give me 5 outcomes and go against Pat Burke's office and NYS Division of Human Rights Bronx, NY. She then told me I supposedly had no understanding of the Good Cause Eviction Law. Sharon ought to be fired and get a job at something she is good at, not law.

In my experience, lawyers have been helpful and respectful people, however Lance Mark is an extremely condescending person and not worth recommending to anyone. I have never heard someone mutter such disrespect on a phone consult where he obviously thought that people on the other end couldn't hear what he was saying. Pretty hard not to take offense when Lance said "I hate stupid people" to my elderly parents. My father is suffering for early dementia, which has been apparent for most people, which I why I joined the call. We won't be utilizing his services and am appalled he was recommended to my parents by Legalshield. Mark, if you are reading this, either find another profession or learn to be a better human being. .

This man is not a fighter of the people. He is a modern day mobster. His defense mechanism is predominantly based on continuance after continuance. There’s no true “fight for the people” in that. So much so that he’ll uncover loop holes to leave defendants without any public representation, what kind of a judge does things like that? Strictly abuse of practice. He plays the case and wastes court time using it as a tool. No protection of individual liberties. He just delays the process of justice. Completely abuses power to undermine valid discoveries. They don’t put any time into ur case ur told to do all the leg work they don’t fight to get your doc s to file nor do they tell you when ur case is in jeopardy.
They were reprimanded by the judge for not having paperwork and they were told to get it and as soon as we left the court they told me I needed to go get the papers from doctors.
I could have don’t it all myself.
Total waste avoid them.

I didn't have an idea that I could get compensated by the car insurance for my injuries. I had an idea that they would cover my hospital fees but didn't even think I was going to get close to $30K for compensation. I was very naive and the insurance company doesn't tell you what kind of rights you have. They just want to get things out of the way very quickly. Somehow I found this video of Max on YouTube and decided to give him a call. And boy, I'm glad I did. He's very professional and friendly. It's like you're with a family member. You can trust him very quickly and he doesn't talk like a lawyer with riddling and complicated language. He explained to me everything in a way that I was able to understand very well.
Anyway, I would highly recommend Max. He's very good. I guess it's experience. I'm 40 years old and I think he said he's been practicing for 45 years. I mean, my parents were just getting married when he was already in court handling cases!

Max is one of the most personable attorneys you'll ever meet. He's very caring and confident. I guess it's his 40+ years experience. The building I was living in caught on fire. He was able to get me a great settlement. He made things very easy and he was swift. I didn't have to do much. He did everything for me with his team. He promised alot but in the end he delivered very little. Would have to make at least 10 calls before he would return one and then he was filled with double talk. Once case was settled he took a huge chunk in "filing fees" but never produced any documents showing me. I could say alot more but I wont bother.
