Mr. Joesph D. Cronin hustled me out of $1700 dollars during what was supposed to be a free consultation to review my case. I never met Joseph Cronin before 8/28/18 and had only just contacted him for the first time on 8/27/18 to discuss a potential civil case. After that brief call he even text me to come into his office the following day to review my case. I assumed this was only going to be an hour at most and a free consultation according to the advertisement on his website and to review some evidence to let me know if I even had a potential lawsuit. Within the first 20 min of our or meeting Mr. Joseph Cronin stood up and said he needed to run back to his personal home real fast to check on something.
After keeping me waiting in his conference room for almost an hour, he then returns and apologizes for keeping me waiting. As I start discussing my case again, he showed very little interest in what I was saying and changed the conversation immediately to giving him a $5,000 retainer. He then left the room again to take a 40-45 min phone call while I just sat there waiting. As he comes back in the room again he immediately asked for the $5,000 dollar retainer. This was confusing to me because we barley went through my case and I still wasn't even sure if I had a potential lawsuit or not. When I refused to pay Joe the $5,000 dollars he grew very frustrated and angry and told me that I have wasted his time and that I needed to pay him for the hours he left me siting in his conference room. He even referred to himself saying, "I don't mean to sound like a cheap hooker but you need to pay me for my time." In all my years of business and dealing with attorney's I've never heard any of them talk the way he did.
I then told Joe I did't feel it was fair to pay him for the 3 hours I was there because 2 of those hours he kept me waiting in his conference room by myself and I originally thought I was coming in for a free 30-60 min consultation according to his text message the day before. This caused Joe to get extremely frustrated and demanded I pay him $1700 dollars right away. He literally got up out of his seat, stood over me and started yelling at me for not paying him for his time. He intimated me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I gave him the $1700 and ran out of his office. I never hired him, never got any legal advice from him and never signed anything with him. He used intimidation to get me to pay him and honestly he wasn't worth the hassle of arguing with. So I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious if meeting with Joe privately and alone at his office. If you are going to meet with Joe at his office, I strongly advise you to bring someone else with you as a second set of eyes and ears DO NOT GO MEET JOSEPH D. CRONIN ALONE.

We were very pleased with the settlement Andrew reached this past year and I can say that over the 3 years working with Andrew and his associates, the level of service has been nothing but exceptional. Whenever I had a question, it was typically answered the same day. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable always took the time to explain things in detail. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. My husband and I have left numerous voicemails and asked multiple times in email to call, but they won’t. They supposedly sent multiple letters, checks, and a 1099, none of which we received.
They are saying my husband’s settlement check was cashed and won’t get back to us when we tell them we never got it.
We don’t have the money and have already filed tax returns that don’t include a 1099 we never received.
Do not recommend.

This attorney took a fee from my workers compensation checks when he told me he waved the fee and on top of that when i questioned why my checks were lower, he told me it was the overpayment coming out of my checks. I want every penny he took from my checks back. He has poor communication, have to make an appointment to speak to him and never gave one indication of how my case was going. Thank goodness i found a new attorney before he screwed my case up even more.

Mr. Owens represented my father and my stepmother in a very complicated motor vehicle accident case and was very successful. He now represents my wife in a motor vehicle accident. Where other lawyers have explained that Limited Tort cases were next to impossible to win Mr. Owens gave us "a punchers chance" and better than that he won! Dean is a good lawyer and very personable and funny. I highly recommend!

I hired Dean Owens to handle a case for me. He did not fare well and I made a complaint to the Bar. The outcome, he received a leer of admonition just last month. The Disciplinary Review Board determined his conduct was improper. The complaint and decision was based his failure to communicate with a client and lack of diligence. Owens had me pay, twice, for an expert witness in this case but he hired and had me pay for a registered nurse and that nurse was not qualified to testify. Again, I paid twice for this testimony which was useless. Based on various inactions by Owens, my case was dismissed with prejudice on 8 February 2013 where the court memorialized its ruling in the order citing "plaintiff's failure to serve expert reports". I was not informed of this and on 2 and 5 April 2013, I emailed Owens asking about the need to retain a medical doctor as an expert and that I was looking forward to the trial. Never heard about the dismissal of the case, with prejudice that occurred on 8 February 2013. After many calls and emails in April, Owens emailed me telling me of the dismissal two months earlier thus any opportunity to appeal was lost. Not only was my opportunity to pursue a case that involved mishandling of my Mother in a care facility, I paid twice for testimony that was not the correct form of expert witness.
I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone.

I called Mr. Rossi for my brother's case. Prices were well beyond reasonable. He did an excellent job overall. He explained, in great detail, the potential results that may or may not occur. I was wrongfully convicted of a crime in the great city of pottsville (wow so unheard of, place is a joke noone does their jobs) off of a very untruthful report to the police. I used matt because he assured me it would be an easy beat. I have everything on camera and more evidence that proves my innocence and witnesses yet matt had me sign a waiver so I didn't have to go to the initial hearing where I told him I'm pleading not guilty(i was mailed a letter by his office that states this is what i wanted to do) instead he plead guilty on my behalf and took an ARD plea presented by the district attorney. He also did not tell me the TRUTH ABOUT ANYTHING. He lied saying if I took it to a trial I could be convicted as a felon( charge was only m1 cannot turn into a felony which I addressed with him at the status hearing where he admitted I was right) and wouldn't be able to get my firearm back or travel out of the country qith a felony charge etc. He lied to me about everything so he could just collect some quick money and wipe his hands of the case. He also did not tell me he wouldnt represent me in a trial until 2 or 3 days before the status hearing so I had no time to find another attorney and I wasn't informed that I could have pushed it back until I found adequate representation. When he told me in a meeting face to face at his office that he is sick of the police not doing their jobs and he wants to run for district attorney so he can solve all that I should have dropped him right away. All he did was screw me so he could get further ahead with his political career and extort some more money for the city. He coerced me into the ARD plea telling me it's the best course of action based off of all of his lies he told me. This is not what I wanted to do. I wanted my name cleared my gun back and the charges to go away and I wanted to go after the lady who called the police and lied, the cop and the city for how unlawful the entire interaction was. I was never arrested or detained my property was illegally searched and my firearm was illegally taken from me. This man has no morals and he abused the fact that we have history and used to work together and know eachother on a small personal level assuring me he could take care of it. The police officer who pushed the prosecution is no longer a cop with the city as he was fired for police misconduct. Now here I am stuck paying 2100 dollars in fines (was 894 from the papers I was given by matt and then later amended by the courts to 2094$ which I feel was a scam perpetrated by both Matt and the DA just to get me inducted into the program so I'm screwed either way. He has not tried to help me figure out the extra 1200 dollars I all of the sudden owe instead tells me on the phone that have bad karma and its still cheaper this way for me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HIS BEHALF. It's not about the money it's about the principle the fact that im being abused by the system for not breaking a law or committing a crime. This man is a fraud and a liar. Do not use his services for criminal defense and If you do do not trust a word he says.
Edited: also while I'm the middle of all of this i had received a letter from the lebanon county clerk of courts for unnclaimed property from my late father. I called Matt to ask him about it and what would need done and he explains to me its a lenghthy process and i have to do this and that and get papers signed by the witness of the will and it won't be easy because I have brothers who could also be ent8tled to that money but I am the sole executer of the will. I decided to retreive the paperwork from his office and i was able to do it BY MYSELF WIYHOUT THE HELP OF A SHEISTY ATTORNEY and got the email the other day stating the payment has been approved and is processing. He was just trying to get me to jump through hoops to justify a cost to me for their "help". DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING. IF THIS IS THE STANDARD THAT MATT WORKS BY I WOULDNT TRUST ANY OF THE OTHER ATTORNEYS IN THIS OFFICE

I worked for a large company that forced me to work overtime and through breaks without compensating me. When I complained I was told that the company was a "right-to-work" workplace and that I was free to quit anytime I wanted. I basically felt like my job was threatened if I didn't go along with what I was told to do. Also, I was considered only a part-time employee when I worked sometimes as much as sixty hours a week. This eliminated me from receiving benefits like full health care and paid vacations. When I brought my story to Ms. Enders, she walked me through the negotiations and court process and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The company I worked for eventually admitted to the wrong they did and I was compensated. My story is important because there are others like me who have had to deal with the same situation. It was great to be under the care of such a concerned and genuine person like Kelly. Thanks Kelly!

Both times I spoke to Mr. Kane over the phone and both times I had to follow up multiple times via email and phone calls. He never ended up calling back or following up for either case. Apparently my cases were not high priority enough or within his area of expertise. I will never know because he never followed up either time.

Attorney Scott Melton is skilled at wasting your time. He will seem very nice and supportive, in the beginning, then treat you like he could care less about you. He said he would probably take our case in January 2017 and then would not return phone calls or emails until September 2017. He left a message on my answering machine saying he would not take the case. So rude!

Scott Melton is a wonderful, caring man with a heart of gold. He took my case knowing full well it was an uphill battle. And what attorney does that?! Takes a case even though they realize they will likely lose money?
He tried tirelessly throughout and kept me updated at all the critical points of the case. He always talked to me with honesty, admiration and with the utmost respect. Even though my case wasn't strong enough to recieve a settlement, he was gentle and thorough in his explanations of the "why" to me in a way that made me ok with the outcome. Back in 2016/2017 I was a lost kid and hired John Kenney for a DUI in Bucks County. After paying his fee which I forget the total $800-2000 range - I went to treatment in Florida and came back at the end of that year as there was a warrant due to them not receiving proper treatment paperwork.
I informed his office that I was coming back to handle this and while in court I spoke to John he said he wasn't going to make it. Luckily another lawyer in the courts that day stepped in because he recognized the issue of my lawyer not being present.
I think the circumstances of what was going on impacted whatever service I would typically receive from this office.
But at the end of the day he took my parents $ and rendered 0 services and left me guessing at my darkest of times (in a court anyway).

Hired him for a divorce as I didn't know what needed to be done. He never discussed money or any settlement. I ended up paying the ex when I was worth less at the end of the marriage having paid for everything house related. She should have had to pay me. I lost half of my life savings. He would mumble when I went to see him. Knowing this you should look elsewhere.

This attorney was given substantial money up front to do legal work and submit papers. After two months of not hearing back, he claimed he would start paperwork that week. Fast forward 4 months and still no word from him and no work submitted- claims he expected the rest of payment before submitting papers- which was a change in terms. I asked for proof of work done- he would not show me anything nor would he reimburse me. This lawyer is not to be trusted.

Mr. Baron was recommended by my wife's cousin and I couldn't be more pleased with his representation and outcome of my court case. At our first meeting, he was patient and listened carefully to me and my explanation of what happened and reviewed my hyped up charges. Mr. Baron explained the law, the whole court process, and discussed possible outcomes. He did not make any promises and all decisions were mine to consider and decide in the end. Mr. Baron was professional and I was very pleased with how he presented my case in court. I was lucky to have him representing me when I knew very little about legal stuff and what to expect. I had a lot riding on this because my reputation and job could have been seriously impacted. Well my case went well (I don't want to give details) and I was so glad that I didn't go in that courtroom by myself. Overall I can't thank Mr. Baron enough. Had an appointment set up to discuss my case, when I showed up to my scheduled appointment Matthew didn’t. His office was locked up as if nobody was home. I made three calls to his office and left a voicemail to boot. Still waiting on his response. Why set up and agree to give consultation then not show up? Unprofessional to say the least. Lawyers are a dime a dozen, so go somewhere else please don’t waste your time here.
