First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I hired Graham Lundberg and Peschel to represent me during legal proceedings related to a car accident. Jim became involved with my case when we were forced to go to trial after attempts to settle with an unreasonable defense attorney and insurance company who I was battling. Jim did an excellent job and worked well with Amy Miller, my primary attorney who I was also very pleased with. Trial is intense and many decisions must be made quickly under pressure. It was very comforting having such a hard hitting, skilled, trial lawyer like Jim on my side when it was needed. He worked extremely hard, listened to what I had to say, and maintained a level of compassion throughout the trial that felt very supportive. Over the last 5 years I had been in a dispute with my auto insurance company. Once it was decided we had no choice but to go to trial, Jim Gooding handled my case with the help of Amy Miller, and together they commanded the courtroom. I was injured when I was rear ended by another car. I sustained a concussion and neck trauma. Because of the concussion, I was not mentally functioning very well. GLP Attorney's was recommended by both my doctor and massage therapist. They could see that I was not functioning well. The other person's insurance company was pressuring me to fill out forms and sign them. I couldn't even think clearly to make simple decisions. So, I and my husband met with Cydney to discuss what was happening. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine what I would have done without her help and support. I ended up getting treatment and help all the way through this ordeal. Because of Cydney's help and support, I did not have to deal with the other insurance company. She handled everything so that I could just concentrate on getting well. Arthur Leritz was fantastic. When a roof collapsed from under me I broke my ankle and was out of work for several months. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. They were so patient with us and all of our worries and questions during the process. Not only that, they were able to negotiate with the "out of network" medical bills that wanted full payments! A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. I was advised to seek legal representation and I, somewhat reluctantly, agreed. Seeking legal representation and asking Mike Myers to represent me were the best steps I could have taken.
Mr. Myers helped me to understand that I was significantly undervaluing my damages. He and his team took over the communications with the insurance company, which I found stressful and maddening. The team kept me informed of where they were in the process.
When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Myers prepped me and answered my questions. Within days of the deposition, the insurance company settled the case for the amount Mr. Myers demanded.
Although I hope I’m never again in a situation where I need a personal injury attorney, if I do, Mike Myers and his team will get my call—and much sooner in the process.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. We were unfamiliar with the legal process and Mike’s team took time to explain things without us feeling rushed.
At trial, Mike was prepared with regard to the details of our case and the laws surrounding personal injury. If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. My lawyers Betsylew and Josh were personable, courteous and very effective. After talking to lawyers from other firms, my introductory meeting with Josh made hiring them an easy decision. Mr. Dubin seemed like a good guy with a brilliant smile. I only met him in passing. My caseworkers were always on point and never let me hang. I was in a terrible accident while driving down Grady way in Renton Washington. I searched top lawyers near me and Linda Callahan popped up and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with them!!! This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.

During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case.
