I recommend Leah Altaras , on every social post I see on social media in regards to anything they’re going through.
Leah is an Advocate for righting wrongs, I met her as a Prosecuting Attorney, and when my life was altered in an MVA I called Her for advice, and she was willing to take on my Personal Injury case.
I was compensated by the other guys insurance the maximum amount as well as my own under insured coverage.

I was involved an an L&I auto accident and Ann contacted me after being hired by the State of Washington to attempt to recover damages from the at-fault driver that hit me. I recently went on a trial, and Mr. Munish Bharti represented me. I will say that he alone went against the prosecution team. He is very respectful and explains everything that I was not clear at. With the caveat that I did not end up proceeding with litigation, I found both Mr Anderson and Mr Mitchell to be exceedingly professional and timely in their responsiveness to my inquiries. They easily could have recommended proceeding with litigation, but instead recommended against it as despite a strong case and likelihood of their own personal benefit secondary to fees, even a positive outcome was unlikely to be beneficial to me. They certainly put my interests ahead of their own.

Mr. Gardner was very helpful in assisting me with a previous tenant who abandoned a 24 foot power boat on my property. Due to neglect on the tenant the boat had partially sunk into the lake. I had originally hired a company to remove the boat; however they would not do so without the permission from the owner. At that time, I found out that the tenant wasn’t even the owner of the boat. When the tenant vacated they provided me with incorrect forwarding addresses and telephone numbers. The City of Seattle imposed a fine of $500 per day if I didn’t remove the boat. Mr. Gardner was very professional and took over the issue for me. The process was painless for me and the results were awesome. I can now enjoy the view without having a partially sunken boat on my property.

He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. I was in a hit-and-run accident which has left me with permanent injuries. Managing my pain requires daily medication and additional medical treatment. I did not have PIP; fortunately, I did have UIM. I was thankfully able to receive the maximum amount of UIM coverage available from the insurance company.
Jeffery intently listened to me and captured my concerns. After receiving the demand letter that he drafted on my behalf, the insurance company tendered the policy limits. They also paid to repair my vehicle, which was a high amount due to the extensive damage. Everything was settled out of court.
I am so grateful for Jeffery's diligence and attentiveness. If I ever need representation again, I will be sure to retain him once more. He was a pleasure to work with and was always so respectful. I highly recommend this attorney.

I was in a hit and run accident. My insurance company is known for paying out very little and most times having to be sued instead of settling.
I did not have "PIP" but did have uninsured motorist. I was informed by the insurance company when I signed up that I really did not need PIP because I had medical included in my coverage. Turned out after my accident it really was not much due to the fact that I have permanent damage and will be on medication for the rest of my life and require more treatments. Mike Jacobs fought for me. My payout was the "MAXIMUM" amount of coverage I had for my medical and in addition a payout of almost $14,000.00 to fix my automobile "without totaling my car". This was all settled out of court.
I'm so grateful Mike took my case.
