I was in a really bad hit and run car accident June 6, 2023. I took my time to review plenty of attorneys before I found Boohoff Law. The reviews I read about them were unbelievailable. So I decided to call them. The very next day Michelle Pieller reached out to me and started working for me right away. Within days they found all my medical services & facilities I needed right away. Not only they found them right away but everyone of them were within 5 miles or less away from where I lived. As a matter of fact my very 1st service was within walking distance but of course I drove because of the car accident I was just involved in. Then they even went a step further and made sure not only were they close but all the facilities provided top notch service. Jocelyn and Linsey were the key players in helping complete my case when I was rear-ended. I was recommended them through word of mouth and I would definitely recommend them to others as well - the process was kept clear and they communicated the process very well with me. I almost didn’t engage a lawyer after being in a bike/auto accident (I was on the bike). I felt that I should have been more aware while riding and fortunate that my considerable medical bills were being paid by the PIP and my own health insurance. I was advised by some friends that the legal process was nothing but a headache and I would receive little for my trouble. After going it on my own for a short while and being stonewalled directly by the driver’s insurance company even for some small settlement, I decided to hire a lawyer. Scott was recommended to me by a fellow bike rider. He reassured me that I had a fairly good case, represented me successfully on my ‘unreasonable speed’ ticket issued to me at the accident while unconscious on the pavement, then put together a very thorough presentation to the insurance companies of my case. It was settled out of court for the full amounts allowed under the policies.
Scott kept me well informed during the whole process, which contrary to my friend’s advice went very smoothly. I am lucky to have had his assistance and will certainly recommend him to others.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.

Not only did we experience the loss of the many activities we had once shared, we now faced looming medical expenses, and the possibility of needing long-term care in the future.
We believed that the area where my wife crashed was confusing and dangerous for bicyclists, but were unsure if we had any hope of recovering anything for damages. I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. Evan got back some of what was taken so I can move on and start a new life abroad. Those other reviews about his answering service. Look he does cases in New York, California, Washington, Arizona. He is a busy man and the people in the office are just doing their job.

A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.

During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case.
