Patricia Anderson represented our family through our darkest years. A few years ago our son, expecting his first child, was killed by an impaired untrained driver who had not been drug tested at the collision. I cannot recommend David Dawson highly enough. I was injured in an auto accident, and the insurance adjuster offered me $10,000. Mr. Grennan's knowledge of civil law is astounding. He helped me resolve the matter in less than 90 days and more importantly was available at every instance. Not a phone call went to voice mail and emails returned same day, even if it meant late night or weekend. I have had several experiences with attorneys. intellectual property, civil litigation and real estate. Mr. Grennan is the only one that didn't treat out interactions like I was a wallet with lips. My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

Nelson Boyd Attorneys represented me in a bicycle crash and did an excellent job. They are a caring, professional team, where I got the benefit of them both working on my case together. Each brought their individual strengths to my representation.
As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. At minimum, it will be worth your while to call them to discuss your problem.

I’ve known Andrew since law school (I’m a lawyer as well, but don’t practice anymore and would prefer to hire an expert), and I am so glad I hired him to help settle my auto/injury case. It wasn’t a huge case (thankfully I wasn’t majorly injured!), but I did need PT/massage and some time away from work to heal. I really appreciated how he took the reins and got everything settled in a timely manner. He was very communicative and everything was done in a 3-4 month period (I was done treating a while back). Andrew was able to settle my claim at the maximum amount and worked hard to negotiate medical bills so the settlement portion directly paid out to me was maximized as much as possible. I had gone through 2 different personal injury attorneys for this accident who lacked attentiveness and were poor communicators, so I was on the hunt for a personal injury attorney who could meet my needs. I am so grateful to have found/hired Andrew to represent me. I had a very complicated injury case and often ran into circumstances that were difficult to navigate on my own. Andrew provided me with great direction, his communication is absolutely on point, I don't think I ever had to wait more than 2 days for a response via email. I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was found 100% at fault. Unfortunately, I needed extensive treatment on my sternum, neck, and knee in order to recover from the impact. I almost didn’t engage a lawyer after being in a bike/auto accident (I was on the bike). I felt that I should have been more aware while riding and fortunate that my considerable medical bills were being paid by the PIP and my own health insurance. I was advised by some friends that the legal process was nothing but a headache and I would receive little for my trouble. After going it on my own for a short while and being stonewalled directly by the driver’s insurance company even for some small settlement, I decided to hire a lawyer. Scott was recommended to me by a fellow bike rider. He reassured me that I had a fairly good case, represented me successfully on my ‘unreasonable speed’ ticket issued to me at the accident while unconscious on the pavement, then put together a very thorough presentation to the insurance companies of my case. It was settled out of court for the full amounts allowed under the policies.
Scott kept me well informed during the whole process, which contrary to my friend’s advice went very smoothly. I am lucky to have had his assistance and will certainly recommend him to others.

The first call to GLP i actually spoke to an attorney and not a receptionist. Amanda Carmody actually listened to my case and concerns. She even did some research on my car accident even before having me sign with them. Amanda was very straight forward, honest. There was a possibility of me needing surgery and she told me that, if i ended up not needing surgery then i would probably get more money on my own without an attorney and the fees associated. She didn’t try to push me to sign with them, unlike all the other places i called. This is why i ultimately decided to go with them.
Throughout the whole process, Amanda and her team kept me updated on everything and answered any questions i had in a timely manner. They did a lot of legwork for me, which relieved me of the stress of dealing with insurance. They were able to get me the max amount from the insurance companies. It was enough to cover all my medical expenses, attorney fees, and there was even quite a bit left for myself. They definitely made me whole again. The whole process did take a while (mainly due to my insurance company), but they never left my side even though they already got their share of the settlement. Ben Ferguson was so wonderful to work with. He kept me in the loop with major updates, but also just took my case and independently drove it forward without making it burdensome on my life. I loved how he approached things, informing me of important information without inundating me with noise. His prep sessions were helpful and he was always super kind. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me even though he’s definitely the expert and I’d always defer to his judgment. I was a passenger in a rear ended accident. Dublin Law Group made the process so much easier. Between the drivers insurance company and the other drivers insurance it was a big headache.
