It was terrible me and my mom explained everything to this man and we gave him $2000 down to represent my brother then he went and asked my brother the same thing that we already answered then told us he can’t take the case but took half of our money. This guy is the worst lawyer in Corsicana by far and it’s not even close. All I wanted to do was file a written answer to show I been making legal money on YouTube for years. He was very emotional from the start. I tried to show him that I make legal money from my YouTube, yet all he cares about is himself. He also tried to charge me $300 to file a written answer as well as force himself on represent me. When I told him I didn’t want him as a lawyer he kicked me out without helping me at all. Don’t go to this guy he might drive a Tesla and wear a suit but this dude is a crook.

Ms. Fridie had my case for over 4 years and just sat on it and wouldn't file my motion. She never returned my calls for over two years and I only spoke with her receptionist, that is, if I could get through to someone. If I got their answering service, they probably never forward the messages. I've even used their client portal and still didn't hear from her so I had to hire another attorney. When my new attorney reviewed my case, they said that the paperwork was wrong, and now since it was on record, I will never get relief. Due to her laziness and incompetence, I have lost my case even before I went to trial. She owes me my life and $5000.00! She needs to be disbarred!

Not only did I lose my money, but also lost over 2 yrs of trying to help me with my case, she communicated very good with me at the beginning, after I paid for my case, I was not able to speak with her anymore, only with receptionist and her secretary, I was never on the loop of what was going on with my case, I had to chase them for info and if I did not call every month things were not moving, also answering service is the worst, they would keep me on hold for up to 30 min and passing call around, they treat you very rude and have no compassion for what the client is going through. I mention this to Fridie and secretary but no changes were done with answering service. Overall I would give negative stars but I can only pick one.

I hired this law firm . They came highly recommended. Never met the attorney or spoke to him. The assistant that was working for him was fired after almost 6 months. I have been told lies after lies. I was never told why. On a simple personal injury case it's been almost a year! I have yet to talk to the attorney or his wife other than his new assistant. I have asked on a number of occasions why this case is taking so long, no answer! I keep getting the run around. I believe the insurance company has already issued my check to the attorneys office and they are giving me the run around. To this date this case has not been settled!

I would never use him again. After I hired him and I called his office about a Dr appt, no one called back for weeks. Even the case manager wouldn't even answer my calls. When I called him to make an appointment so I could state my concerns about his treatment he never did contact me and i waited almost a week. After I fax him a letter to tell him I wanted to relieve him as a lawyer he sent information to the insurance company to Sabatoge my case.

This attorney reccomended that we plea guilty with probation and restitution. Did not defend us. Was only concerned about being paid. Does not communicate. In the beginning will hype you up about being able to help you. Failed to help us. We do not reccomend this lawyer. You would have a better chance representing yourself or hiring someone else. Horrible representation. Was told I am a junkie for asking for help with pain , a faker and liar. By my own " lawyer ". I was in excruciating pain and asked for medical help dozens of times. When I have over 7 Drs that have diagnosed me.
In the beginning they helped pay my bills for a few months . Then he cuts me off with 5 days to pay my rent when I have no job from the accident and a disability!
Mr Patel tells me he thinks I'm faking a 15 year disability. Because of my age ! Talk about discrimination. Got in a accident that Wasn't my fault. Waited over 11 months for life threatening injuries to get addressed. Was not represented on MY best interests. Only cares about making money . The whole case was done backwards. The most important medical treatment was done at the end. Lack of help and support I have had medical complications.
And almost died when I had a stroke at work !
Sad world when even money doesn't motivate people to help anyone do the right thing anymore . They had excuses for their laziness and lack of support. Blaming me for not answering my phone. If only there was a way that could leave me a message ...
Either voicemail or a text .......we had Important paperwork that had to be filled. But,
They called me on the Last day to complete the important paperwork. And wonder why I'm angry that I'm on the phone for just under 2 Hours a few hours before the day ends .... Important paperwork should be done ASAP . And not put on me when Im at the Drs 3 times + or more a week and they can't leave a message.

Ive never in my life seen such poor service. Last year in December I had an auto accident at 5 months pregnant which cause my membrane sac to be ruptured. Which left me on bed rest for several weeks. Every time I call Im told the same thing. Been waiting on documents via email since January which I have yet to receive. I’m a single mom so tried getting a loan to help with bills because I wasn't able to work because I was on bed rest ,in which they suggested I didn’t need. Mind you I was out of work for a month or so. I still have yet to hear from anyone in the law firm regarding my case.

This firm has been given to me by my Metlife plan, I have a simple matter for collecting a court order judgement for 8 k . I guess this is not worth their time and quickly say conflict of interest BUT CANNOT tell me what that conflict is ? I am sure their is no conflict as this is a local bodyshop avoiding legal judgement .. I would be skeptical as I don't buy this conflict of interest. If you as a attorney can not enforce a judges order than how successful are you in other matters or this is about not enough money ?

I'm so disappointed with this law firm, I ask them repeatedly while my case was pending, what is your fee? And I was told repeatedly, 25 percent, and after my case was settled, D Miller took 50 percent of my settlement, saying that the extra fees was listed in the agreement document, a document that we can no longer pull up; I felt betrayed, robbed, and deceived by this so called law firm. I had to give a rating to submit this review, otherwise, I would not have given them a star at all.

My wife and I have been working with D. miller and Ramesh and his team for 3.5 years now. My wife was in a nasty car accident that was a hit n run. Our insurance company left us high and dry by fixing a car that had 78% damage to value, and not paying for her medical bills that were in excess of $400,000. Thanks to D. miller and Associates, we have won the case and are currently in the process of getting bills paid. Thank you for all the help!
And for those that are commenting about not getting responses, keep in mind that yes you have a case…but you’re not the only case they are handling…plus due to covid-19, they have lost a lot of staff! Please be have some patients…they haven’t forgotten about you!

This lady is the worst communicator. You have to squeeze every ounce of information from her. Even your court date! She can’t let you know unless you ask her. She is stubborn and very rude. Customer service is not a term she is familiar with. I hired her for a devorce case and was thoroughly disappointed in her. She wouldn’t do anything until I pushed her. She would not pass any information along. Not even the court date. When I asked her she said “ I don’t know what you would do with that info”. That was after waiting for a whole month for updates on the case.
She misspelled names on my case but still refused to take responsility. She removes you from the picture like you don’t matter in your own case.
Please look elsewhere for representation. Don’t waste your $$. I was so tempted to fire her so many times but because of the scarcity of resources I put up with her. Thankfully she completed the case albeit the pathetic, menial outcomes. I sometimes thinks I would do a better job representing myself.

Hired her to represent me in my Divorce. The communication with her was not great at all. She received an temporary court order and did not notify me to attend court nor did she provide me a copy of the signed temporary order. Which resulted in a motion for contempt. She came to court on the motion totally not prepared which resulted in my ex not being held accountable for his contempt charge. I however received the shorter end of the stick due to the lack or representation. She then decided to remove herself from my Divorce case 16 days before trial. The paralegal are oblivious to what is going on as well Total waiste of money.

They will twist the story around and let you do a very very long maximum sentence in prison over a very very very serious accusation that was so dam false to begin with. Even a dummy could read the fine print and have common sense. Beware! Just keep it moving and hire yourself a real good professional. But…“Instead they should be called the criminals and of the state for allowing such behavior of a dirty trial from the officers, detectives, to the jury and then to the judge….not to mention the cross examiners and cross examination they did was very questionable how can you allow such verdict without sufficient evidence let alone a minor was interviewed without permission of a parent. They will violate your constitutional rights from left to right but they will fight to keep themselves standing innocent at the cost of what?? An innocent man’s life.
