I have been trying to contact you for more than 2 years, which is impossible, and today you have not called me back. It is sad to know that because you have no money and are an illegal person, they treat you this way, you should give up. If you do not like being assigned cases of undocumented people, since it seems that you have no vocation for this, it is very disappointing to know that people like you practice such a valuable and important profession, apparently perhaps you are the typical character who only serves the white community with money.
I am very angry because I should be kind enough to at least answer or return the call but with you it is impossible since you lack empathy towards people, you being a mockery for the professionals who do serve with courage and integrity.
It makes me sad and angry to know that I have been trying to communicate with you for almost two years, and you don't even take a few minutes to return the call, tired of this and knowing that you are not even going to read this email, that is why I write this, I know that my brother They don't have money, I know you made mistakes but at least you should answer us.

My family was very happy with the way the Galligan Law Firm handled a probate matter for us. Communication and explanations were effective during all of our in person, phone and email communications. We were encouraged to ask questions. The Firm educated us and discussed certain matters involving probate that we were not aware of that would inure to our benefit. Any questions we asked via email were promptly responded to. The Firm obtained any required court hearings pretty much as soon as Texas law and the local court rules allowed. Their follow up on post probate matters was excellent. A very good point in their favor is that they have very organized firm protocols that keeps everything running smoothly in their representation of clients. I have no hesitation in recommending The Galligan Law Firm.

We hired this attorney and we settled our case for an amount well over our medical bills and attorney fees. Yet 18 months later no medical bills have been paid Either. She will not communicate with us. Took 6 months just to get part of our case files for new attorney we had to hire to sue her. Refused to give us all of our case files. Was told by attorneys that are associated with her Sample & Ames our money is gone and they don’t know what happened to it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help or you could be in the same boat as we are.

I was faced with all manner of false allegations and the nightmare of losing my four precious children. I was very confident when I finally decided I wanted Paul Colley to represent me in my accident negotiations. From day one, they did not keep me informed, they had staff turnover so I never knew who to call, and my case seemed to be on the back burner for over 2 years! I had to keep calling them for updates, and I was not happy with my settlement, but didn't want to waste any more time dealing with this attorney. I would suggest not using Paul Colley! Paul is a remarkable individual. I know attorneys have a bad name but this one is an exception. He took care of our bills while we were fighting for our rights. Drunk drivers should be penalized for what they do and that's exactly what Paul did in our behalf. We got our settlement and now we're moving on with our lives with a fresh start. Cordt Cullen Akers seems to lack the strategic foresight needed for effective defense. My experience was particularly disappointing as he pushed for a plea deal without thoroughly reviewing the evidence. This was especially frustrating when other defendants in the same case had their charges dismissed, suggesting the case might have lacked merit. His background as a former prosecutor might not translate well into defense strategy, leading to decisions that could be seen as overly cautious or misaligned with the client's best interests. I would caution against hiring him if you're looking for aggressive defense or a thorough case review. His approach might not be suited for everyone, especially in cases where a nuanced defense is crucial.

It involves 3 hospitals in lurking (wound care,)chi hospital in livingston and kingwood hospital on 59 I was referred to wound care by my dialysis team was told I needed to b in hospital because she said she could feel bone inside a hole infected bottom right foot but didn't have a podiatrist on staff and sent me to livingston hospital(same chain) was told there he has seen boils worse than that gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me home there was a exray done of my foot at livingston it stated the bone was infected .I couldn't deal with pain any longer my whole leg was real red by this time went to kingwood hospital on 59 and is a part of chi hospital chain. 1st cut off my right toe after 3 to 4 days sent me to rehab part of hospital where the nurse that checked me in,told me to sit on the bed she put no bed rIls up and I feel on cement floor when I woke up they told me 5hey incubate me (for a right toe amputation) they called my son In middle of night and asked permission to incubate me to save my life, I was supposed to b there for at max a week ,ended being there 16 to 19 days all took place last Parton may till end of June. My case was referred from the law office of Jacobs O'Hara McMullen regarding two non at faults accident to cut down on legal fees from Houston, TX. Since my case has been referred to Zeke I have not spoke to Zeke not once over the telephone. I only recieve replies after weeks by emails only. I can't and have not recieved one update regarding my case and I never get the phone call that was promised via email. I have recieved nothing but empty promises and the run around time and time again after months of requesting any info or transparency. I do not have much experiences with lawyers and thank God my life hasn't required me to till now, but assure you I am glad I now know how they can be and what a terrible one now look like. After having your life derailed the last thing you want to have to add to pain and suffering is having your lawyer be a pain and aid in more suffering. Sure he might have helped others but I wasn't.

I DO NOT recommend this law firm. In September of 2023 I was referred to this firm after having a serious 4 car MVA. Without any notice they gave my case to another law firm I DO NOT recommend. After I shared my concerns about the firm “they” gave my case to I was told I probably need to go to there office to get someone to actually communicate with me referring my injury claim. There’s so much more I could say but none the less it’s a NO, Never again for me.

My husband requested help and this company said they do not do payment plans , they would not work with him to give him a payment plan. Charged 250$ to take the case 1500$ to take ticket from the city court to the county court. Then charged 2590 $ that they will not agree to a payment. Spent a lot of money in this company and they refused to help. Kept saying it’s one lawyer, then 2 weeks later a different lawyer name and now the 3rd time the name of the lawyer changed. The case was tossed around to different people and cares more about making money of cdl drivers rather than helping.
