Ms. Fridie had my case for over 4 years and just sat on it and wouldn't file my motion. She never returned my calls for over two years and I only spoke with her receptionist, that is, if I could get through to someone. If I got their answering service, they probably never forward the messages. I've even used their client portal and still didn't hear from her so I had to hire another attorney. When my new attorney reviewed my case, they said that the paperwork was wrong, and now since it was on record, I will never get relief. Due to her laziness and incompetence, I have lost my case even before I went to trial. She owes me my life and $5000.00! She needs to be disbarred!

Not only did I lose my money, but also lost over 2 yrs of trying to help me with my case, she communicated very good with me at the beginning, after I paid for my case, I was not able to speak with her anymore, only with receptionist and her secretary, I was never on the loop of what was going on with my case, I had to chase them for info and if I did not call every month things were not moving, also answering service is the worst, they would keep me on hold for up to 30 min and passing call around, they treat you very rude and have no compassion for what the client is going through. I mention this to Fridie and secretary but no changes were done with answering service. Overall I would give negative stars but I can only pick one.

Landlords seem to be granted the upper hand in renting transactions. I called 6 lawyers who all told me NO before I found Grant. I appreciated him taking my case against an unscrupulous landlord who denied me information about the return of my security deposit and thence payment of said deposit. He and Delisa communicated actions needed and proceeded upon my responses. Grant's communications with my ex-landlord resulted in the return of my deposit without having to drag it all out in small claims court. Without hesitation, I will call on Grant for any other legal assistance in his realm of expertise!

I hired this law firm . They came highly recommended. Never met the attorney or spoke to him. The assistant that was working for him was fired after almost 6 months. I have been told lies after lies. I was never told why. On a simple personal injury case it's been almost a year! I have yet to talk to the attorney or his wife other than his new assistant. I have asked on a number of occasions why this case is taking so long, no answer! I keep getting the run around. I believe the insurance company has already issued my check to the attorneys office and they are giving me the run around. To this date this case has not been settled!

I would never use him again. After I hired him and I called his office about a Dr appt, no one called back for weeks. Even the case manager wouldn't even answer my calls. When I called him to make an appointment so I could state my concerns about his treatment he never did contact me and i waited almost a week. After I fax him a letter to tell him I wanted to relieve him as a lawyer he sent information to the insurance company to Sabatoge my case.

This attorney reccomended that we plea guilty with probation and restitution. Did not defend us. Was only concerned about being paid. Does not communicate. In the beginning will hype you up about being able to help you. Failed to help us. We do not reccomend this lawyer. You would have a better chance representing yourself or hiring someone else. Non criminal defense lawyer.

Horrible representation. Was told I am a junkie for asking for help with pain , a faker and liar. By my own " lawyer ". I was in excruciating pain and asked for medical help dozens of times. When I have over 7 Drs that have diagnosed me.
In the beginning they helped pay my bills for a few months . Then he cuts me off with 5 days to pay my rent when I have no job from the accident and a disability!
Mr Patel tells me he thinks I'm faking a 15 year disability. Because of my age ! Talk about discrimination. Got in a accident that Wasn't my fault. Waited over 11 months for life threatening injuries to get addressed. Was not represented on MY best interests. Only cares about making money . The whole case was done backwards. The most important medical treatment was done at the end. Lack of help and support I have had medical complications.
And almost died when I had a stroke at work !
Sad world when even money doesn't motivate people to help anyone do the right thing anymore . They had excuses for their laziness and lack of support. Blaming me for not answering my phone. If only there was a way that could leave me a message ...
Either voicemail or a text .......we had Important paperwork that had to be filled. But,
They called me on the Last day to complete the important paperwork. And wonder why I'm angry that I'm on the phone for just under 2 Hours a few hours before the day ends .... Important paperwork should be done ASAP . And not put on me when Im at the Drs 3 times + or more a week and they can't leave a message.

Ive never in my life seen such poor service. Last year in December I had an auto accident at 5 months pregnant which cause my membrane sac to be ruptured. Which left me on bed rest for several weeks. Every time I call Im told the same thing. Been waiting on documents via email since January which I have yet to receive. I’m a single mom so tried getting a loan to help with bills because I wasn't able to work because I was on bed rest ,in which they suggested I didn’t need. Mind you I was out of work for a month or so. I still have yet to hear from anyone in the law firm regarding my case.

This guy is the worst lawyer in Corsicana by far and it’s not even close. All I wanted to do was file a written answer to show I been making legal money on YouTube for years. He was very emotional from the start. I tried to show him that I make legal money from my YouTube, yet all he cares about is himself. He also tried to charge me $300 to file a written answer as well as force himself on represent me. When I told him I didn’t want him as a lawyer he kicked me out without helping me at all. Don’t go to this guy he might drive a Tesla and wear a suit but this dude is a crook.

This lady is the worst communicator. You have to squeeze every ounce of information from her. Even your court date! She can’t let you know unless you ask her. She is stubborn and very rude. Customer service is not a term she is familiar with. I hired her for a devorce case and was thoroughly disappointed in her. She wouldn’t do anything until I pushed her. She would not pass any information along. Not even the court date. When I asked her she said “ I don’t know what you would do with that info”. That was after waiting for a whole month for updates on the case.
She misspelled names on my case but still refused to take responsility. She removes you from the picture like you don’t matter in your own case.
Please look elsewhere for representation. Don’t waste your $$. I was so tempted to fire her so many times but because of the scarcity of resources I put up with her. Thankfully she completed the case albeit the pathetic, menial outcomes. I sometimes thinks I would do a better job representing myself.

Hired her to represent me in my Divorce. The communication with her was not great at all. She received an temporary court order and did not notify me to attend court nor did she provide me a copy of the signed temporary order. Which resulted in a motion for contempt. She came to court on the motion totally not prepared which resulted in my ex not being held accountable for his contempt charge. I however received the shorter end of the stick due to the lack or representation. She then decided to remove herself from my Divorce case 16 days before trial. The paralegal are oblivious to what is going on as well Total waiste of money.

Hired this Atty. For my son, facing an MTRP felony probation. Cuellar did manage to get him a bail set,which doesn't happen much with probation violations. So that's the positive.
Negative, Mr.Cuellar does not return calls, letters,etc... I didn't expect the best results,considering the hard a** judge, but Cuellar kinda all but promised freedom and that turned into a couple years of TDCJ .
Overall,I wouldn't recommend him,don't expect your calls to be returned and look around!

Mr.Cuellar was my atty. on one felony case (MTRP) and 2 misdemeanors . In the beginning,was great , SOUNDING. "Let`s fight this" . Went from that to not returning any of my calls , Not letting my family know anything as a professional courtesy . Gave me his word he would visit me in jail (3 times) , Never did . Only returned a call when I mentioned the State Bar . Very unprofessional. A seasoned 'jailhouse lawyer' could have resolved the misdemeanors faster than he did. So I got ISF (90 days) for the MTRP , but couldn`t get started on that because Cuellar couldn`t/wouldn`t get me a court date to resolve simple,Non -enhanced misdemeanors ! There you go, choose wisely! Doesn`t even have a secretary to take phone calls, just leave a voicemail and HOPE he calls back.

They will twist the story around and let you do a very very long maximum sentence in prison over a very very very serious accusation that was so dam false to begin with. Even a dummy could read the fine print and have common sense. Beware! Just keep it moving and hire yourself a real good professional. But…“Instead they should be called the criminals and of the state for allowing such behavior of a dirty trial from the officers, detectives, to the jury and then to the judge….not to mention the cross examiners and cross examination they did was very questionable how can you allow such verdict without sufficient evidence let alone a minor was interviewed without permission of a parent. They will violate your constitutional rights from left to right but they will fight to keep themselves standing innocent at the cost of what?? An innocent man’s life. He has done absolutely nothing to help my brother in laws case. He was in jail when his court date up they took him to a family violance court instead of criminal court. The judge ordered a RWOB till his reset trial court date. This attorney didnt fight for him he agreed with leaving him in jail without a bond!! Then when my sister called him he hung up on her. He is a horrible lawyer and will not fight for whats right. He should not even practice he just wants the money.

Took our retainer $2500 and submitted 2 documents to the courts. Did not hear anything from him in 3 months. I've called his firm for 6 months attempting to ask what was going on with our case. NEVER answered or returned my calls. NEVER sent a contract statment or a billing statement. I finally wrote a letter of termination. I've called to ask for refund of monies and still won't take my calls. Totally unprofessional. Would NOT recommend him. Since then I have hired a professional lawyer.

I hired Mr. Barnes, thinking that he would be able to help me with my DBA claim by obtaining a reasonable compensation for my injuries sustained in Afghanistan. What seemed like an open-and-shut case, turned into almost 2 years of cat-and-mouse chase. Mr. Barnes never showed any compassion, presented vague goals, and came up with various excuses to bury this case, until disappearing all together. If you want an attorney who, instead of representing your interests, will lie to you and abet an insurance company - then Mr. Barnes is your lawyer. Otherwise find someone else.

Due to major medical errors by my orthopedic surgeon, I am now living with the most painful chronic disease known to mankind. Our land/property attorney referred me to Samuel W. Royston to handle a medical malpractice case for me. We received NO communication from him for almost a year, other than through our property attorney. He never followed through with anything and deserves no less then a ZERO star rating. Because of his unprofessional attitude and lack communication, our case lapsed past the time when it was no longer a viable case. When he finally met with us, it was simply to apologize for not doing his job and to inform us that our time to file a suit had passed. Of course we were cognizant that there was a time limit, therefore our experience with Mr. Royston was an exercise in futility from beginning to end. Both my husband and myself would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for an attorney.

My husband and I were rear ended by a Domino's delivery driver in 2011. Accident bent the axel of my Suburban. My bills totaled 3k and my husands injury and lost wages totaled nearly 20K! Mr Durham "talked" me into settling my case for $300 (1/10 what I was rightfully owed) so he could "more aggressivley" persue my husands case. He drug his feet for almost 3 YEARS and did VUTRUALLY NOTHING but play ball with the ins. company. His lack of action wore my husband down and we both ended up accepting only 1/10 what we were rightfully owed! I feel helpless and victimised by MY ATTORNEY!!!!

He is the worst. He was never even clear on the facts of my case. Two weeks before trial he couldn't even remember the basic facts. He allowed first year associates to argue motions that led to crucial mistakes in trial testimony. He never listened to his co- counsel and slept during closing arguments. Of course we lost our case, which should never have been a loss. He took a huge percentage of our funds so he'd never be out a dime if he lost even though it was a contingency case.
There are no excuses for his unprofessional inexcusable content. He'd rather be teaching bible study. NEVER HIRE HIS FIRM.

I was rear ended by a truck, the police held him accountable and actually gave him a ticket. Despite this G Martin could get the insurance to compensated me they actually let go when the next step was to go to court. Overall I was the one actually contacting them, I would way for days to hear back and never receive calls until I emailed them.

Do NOT hire him or anyone from the Crim Law Firm. He is quick to get you to sign a contract but did nothing for me. I never saw the Demand Letter prior to it going out. He got the information wrong and it was denied. I never received calls back from him and seldom responses to my emails. The response to the Demand letter was also never shared with me and this was withheld from my case file. He did no investigation on his own. He did not want to litigate the case based on the erroneous information from the Demand letter. He only wants to settle cases from his desk chair. IF YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME AND INITIATIVE TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE YOUR CASE AND FIGHT FOR YOU, DO NOT USE HIM OR THIS FIRM. I am also filing a complaint with the Texas Bar for withholding file information and lack of communication.
