The worst law firm ever.
Telling you that they can handle your case and then you discover that the only thing that they can handle it well is their money!!!!!
Attorney Robert asked me to trust him in my two cases which he said he could handle them.
And he didn't either spend a time on them before the court date .
So he didn't understand the customer cases and the justifications !!!?????
Basically he lied to me about his ability.
The most disappointed thing is after he let me down,he didn't call me back to update me about my cases .
Their secretary doesn't have an access to the attorneys to schedule an appointment for the customers so you have to call the secretary many many times to send the attorneys many many messages to call you back which never happened.
They didn't call me back because they got my money and they did no thing for me .. Just they complicatedy cases...
And now I should appeal them to the circuit court because they're not trustworthy at all ..

I HIGHLY Recommend Attorney Zachary O'Neal Luce. His Firm and Staff are very patient and professional. I was in a terrible auto accident that destroyed my GMC Yukon. We were luck to survive the crash. I suffered some injuries and was referred to outstanding doctors and rehabilitation that got me back on my feet again. I was able to recover and get back to normal life within a relatively short period after the accident. I cannot say enough about Mr. Luce and the way his Firm attended to my every need to include winning my case. The large settlement I received was nice but I feel it's secondary to the way I was treated by Mr. Luce and the Firm during this difficult time in my life. It's hard to say how important that part is during difficult times and hard to put a price on great customer service and compassion.

Zach Luce is currently handling our auto accident case. I was referred to him by a family member who had a wonderful experience with him, and after doing my research I decided to select him and his firm DLG Luce.
My case is not one that is going result in a million dollar verdict, but from our first conversation over the phone I could tell that he genuinely cared to help me and my sister receive the best results, regardless of the amount of money he will end up making. He immediately got me in touch with the right care providers and handled my hospital bills. He gave me all the direction I needed on what to tell the insurance companies so they wouldn't trick me into giving them a statement and has been in direct communication with them on my behalf ever since.
His team is also very helpful and they never make me feel like I am bothering them or act too busy to help me out.
Mr. Luce has prepared me for what is to come and I feel very comfortable knowing that he is not afraid to go to trial if necessary. I trust his judgment because everything he has suggested so far has turned out better than I expected.
Hiring an attorney was an overwhelming thought for me when I had my accident. My sister also had no idea what to do because she lives in Mexico and is not familiar with the insurance system and the scams we would have encountered had we not hired an attorney and handled it ourselves. Mr. Luce and his team communicate with my sister (they are all bilingual!) to keep her updated on the status of the case, even though she is in another country.
I think a lot of people are scared to hire an attorney to handle their case because they don't know what to expect. All I can say is that after working with other attorneys for different types of cases I finally understand WHY it is important to stand up for yourself and having Zach Luce on your side certainly gives you the upper hand.
Don't be fooled by the large firms you see on tv. They will not be able to show you the amount of attention and care that you will get with Zach Luce at DLG Luce Salazar.

I have never needed to look for a lawyer and when I did, I called one on my own and one a good friend of mine referred to me, the choice after talking to both was clear and easy. After speaking to Mr. Luce on the phone he was very sympathetic to my health and came to my home and spoke to me and explained everything in detail of what was to happen or be expected. He even went so far as to ask if i needed anything prior to his visit and after, as i could not drive due to my physical condition at the time. Mr. Luce was very courteous and not overbearing or pushy, he was very understanding and made no attempt to pressure me into hiring him at all. The time my case played out, was a long waiting game and he was very good at keeping me informed and explaining in detail what was going on. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and the way it was handle by himself and his staff. If for some reason I ever needed a lawyer in the future, i would not hesitate to go with Mr. Zach Luce, and would refer him to anyone I know who may be in need of a lawyer.

Don’t bother calling this law firm. I spoke with Robin and Gloria, the front desk receptionists, and they were extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. If the owners of this law firm can’t lead and make sure their receptionists are providing even the minimum standard of customer service to their “clients” what does that tell you about the lawyers themselves? This speaks volumes about how a law firm will handle your case. I strongly recommend staying away from the Krist Law Firm.

I have been trying to contact you for more than 2 years, which is impossible, and today you have not called me back. It is sad to know that because you have no money and are an illegal person, they treat you this way, you should give up. If you do not like being assigned cases of undocumented people, since it seems that you have no vocation for this, it is very disappointing to know that people like you practice such a valuable and important profession, apparently perhaps you are the typical character who only serves the white community with money.
I am very angry because I should be kind enough to at least answer or return the call but with you it is impossible since you lack empathy towards people, you being a mockery for the professionals who do serve with courage and integrity.
It makes me sad and angry to know that I have been trying to communicate with you for almost two years, and you don't even take a few minutes to return the call, tired of this and knowing that you are not even going to read this email, that is why I write this, I know that my brother They don't have money, I know you made mistakes but at least you should answer us.

My dad hired this guy, won a 6 figure judgement, and this loser slept on the paperwork so long that the money he won rights to is now gone. The level of injustice I’ve witnessed from this process with this firm is pure evil. It’s been months and I’m still in disbelief that you can win a lawsuit and still never get a penny.

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Stewart Forbes was assigned to my father's estate as an temporary administrator even though his spouse was representing my step mom. Stewart Forbes never contacted any of the siblings from day one. He only represented the the interest of his spouses client. His only goal is to sell everything off in an estate as fast as possible to make his commission. He does not follow any of the guidelines set forth by the state. Multiple emails and attempts to communicate remain in awnsered. The one time he did respond it can off like a angry two year old. We hired this attorney and we settled our case for an amount well over our medical bills and attorney fees. Yet 18 months later no medical bills have been paid Either. She will not communicate with us. Took 6 months just to get part of our case files for new attorney we had to hire to sue her. Refused to give us all of our case files. Was told by attorneys that are associated with her Sample & Ames our money is gone and they don’t know what happened to it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help or you could be in the same boat as we are.

I was very confident when I finally decided I wanted Paul Colley to represent me in my accident negotiations. From day one, they did not keep me informed, they had staff turnover so I never knew who to call, and my case seemed to be on the back burner for over 2 years! I had to keep calling them for updates, and I was not happy with my settlement, but didn't want to waste any more time dealing with this attorney. I would suggest not using Paul Colley! Paul is a remarkable individual. I know attorneys have a bad name but this one is an exception. He took care of our bills while we were fighting for our rights. She is not a blue collar lawyer, she could care less about your case unless you have large assets and sums of money even then I would be skeptical and hate to see what her fees would be. My case was supposed to be fast as I was told it, drug out for almost 8 months. When I called or sent text messages she acted as it was a huge inconvenience, she went on vacation or out of town throughout my case.
I have no children with my ex and I was completely taken to the cleaners, my ex took money from me up to the very last day and I had no say, when it was all done I was not even informed that my divorce was finalized. Read the reviews and do your research.
Worst part is she was recommended by people who do have money and wealth.

Absolutely loved our experience with Melody! She is very efficient -- we inquired with her on a Monday, paid her on Tuesday and papers were served by Friday. (She also had to locate the person so this timeliness shows how efficient she is!) She wasted no time, and SHE personally answers all questions and handles everything herself rather than delegating the real work to her assistants. I hope we never have to hire another family law attorney but in that case... I will always run to Melody Cooper! And anyone needing an attorney for family messiness, I highly recommend her!

Son unas personas tan desagradables y tan poco profesionales. En el 2022 pagamos 5 mil dólares a la abogada Monica Saenz para hacer una petición para mi hijo y para mi esposa. En ese entonces yo era residente. El año pasado me hice ciudadano y ellos vinieron con una visa de turista a Estados Unidos y ya no se regresaron a México. Cuando me hice ciudadano les pedí un ajuste de estatus. Al meter el ajuste de estatus nos dimos cuenta que ellos jamás sometieron un I 130 para mi hijo. Y ellos solo dijeron que eso no era necesario que porque mi hijo iba incluido con mi esposa. Pero eso no era verdad. Ellos no hicieron su trabajo y nos vieron la cara de tontos.
