I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. It was refreshing to have such a helpful consultation. It was not rushed, and Attorney Lyle talked with me until I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.

We started the process of adopting our twin great nieces when they were 8 months old. Our first lawyer basically stole our retainer and did nothing and did not even inform us the case was dismissed.
In seeking a new attorney we stumbled upon Mrs. Delvaille through my husband's company program. We called and spoke of our situation and she advised it was not her specialty. We continued searching. The next day she called us back and told us that our story touched her and if we would allow her to, she would like to take our case with the understanding it would also be a learning process for her. BEST decision we ever made. It took 2 years from the time we began with her (girls were 3 at that time) and though we had some setbacks due to the uncooperative legal system and judge, last week (4/16/2024) our family was finally, legally, complete!!!
She was always very responsive to any and all questions we had. Even though this was not her specialty she soared through it like a pro. She sought out guidance from other legal professionals when needed.

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries. This was extremely difficult but not impossible for Winocour Law! He made the whole stressful process extremely smooth and easy for me. I knew I was in good hands and trusted Winocour Law to help me. I contacted Kevin Madison due to his background. It was more than impressive, then after speaking with him on the phone, I realized how genuine he was and how much he actually cared about me as a person. WATCH OUT USING THIS LAW FIRM SPECIFICALLY REFERRING TO ROBBIE RIEHS. I WENT TO HIS OFFICE TO DISCUSS EXTRA FEES ($400) THAT HE CHARGED MY BROTHER BECAUSE I CALLED TO DISCUSS THE OFFICE CHARGING ME $60 FOR USING A CREDIT CARD WITHOUT INFORMING ME! I CALLED TO DISCUSS THIS CHARGE. I FINALLY TALKED TO HIS ASSISTANT AFTER LEAVING MULTIPLE VOICE MAILS.
WELL HE WALKED OUT AND I INFORMED HIM I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE CHARGES WHICH INCLUDED A CHARGE FOR HIS ASSISTANT PICKING UP A PAYMENT AT MY HOME. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND TOLD ME TO "GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE". I AM WAITING ON GRIEVANCE PAPERWORK TO THE TEXAS STATE BAR.

My brand new car was totaled after an underinsured driver ran a red light. I was unsure if I would even need a lawyer because my insurance seemed to be really helpful at first. I called Tony Denena anyway and he gave me some sound advice on next steps regardless of if I sought legal help or not. I was thankful for that, being that this was the first accident I was ever involved in. Sure enough, I ended up needing legal representation and medical care. Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. I specifically tried to avoid the super gimmicky firms that are overworked and make false promises. What I received with Denena and Points was personal, quality care and guidance from start to finish. I rarely heard from Tony’s legal assistants. Tony himself made sure he was available to me to answer any questions or concerns about my case, as well as any medical care for me and my daughter.
