I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. I was in a car wreck with my wife a friend and a co-worker. We all got hurt. I tore my knee up and had surgerys. My insurance from work did not want to cover my injuries or bills from the wreck. I was involved in a horrible car accident where another driver ran a red light and T-boned my side of the car. Unfortunately it was a “he said she said” case with no witnesses. We had to sue. I am so grateful for John Anderson, he helped me prepare my case and prepare for court and ultimately win both lawsuits with my insurance company and the underinsured driver’s company. David is really excellent in the trial setting and develops a good rapport with jury. He presents the case in a manner that the jury can understand. In my case he was excellent. I would recommend David Hart to anyone who has a legitimate case. Right now the award in my case is in excess of $250,000.00. I goes up about $1000.00 per month. I just can't think of anything that could be more satisfying than having David represent me in front of jury and presenting my case.

Andrew was wonderful! He was incredibly helpful, as was everyone at the Barber Law Firm. I was very impressed with the fact that he always responded to my e-mails personally, and never made me feel like I was annoying or bothering him. We were in contact on average once every week or two and I always felt like I knew where my case stood. He even took time to respond to me over Christmas vacation when I was having problems with the insurance company. I've known G. David Smith for over a decade and he's my go to person when anything arises in business (yes, even though when it's outside his scope of practice). He's down to earth, makes you feel comfortable and his ethics are very high. He's a straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat it. His office is a very comfortable setting in a beautiful victorian house. He's knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something when it's out of his scope of work, he tells you and researches it. If it's not worth it, he will tell you to move on and take your bruise.

I hired Norm to recover property I had leased to a third-person who was no longer paying on the lease. Norm immediately took action, filing for a TRO and TI, bringing the lessee to Court immediately. Before the Court heard our case, Norm was able to negotiate with the third-party a new lease that required a higher monthly payment and certain other terms that, if violate, permitted the immediate and non-judicial recovery of the property. During the term of the new lease, Norm worked to make sure that requirements were met on a timely basis. I found Norm to be accessible, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. His work was excellent and my results were more than I expected. I would recommend Norm for any litigation matter and will be hiring him again should the need arise.

Mr. Pusch was a huge help when a delivery truck ran a red light and into the driver side of my vehicle. Foremost, my family and I would love to express our gratitude to Matthew Zar. For everything he did for us from 2019 to April 28, 2021.
To start of, our situation was a nightmare. Our house suffered some damages. A complete nightmare because of our insurance’s lack of empathy. For not wanting to provide adequate protection or reimbursement against the losses. To almost want to have my family and I living in the streets.
They advertise the best insurance with high reputation, but in my experience. When it comes to an emergency you’re left with little to no protection.
Our situation was tough, because not only did we pay our mortgage but we also have to move in to an apartment. That resulted in a lot of debt. A situation that would have been avoided if my insurance would have jumped into action and assisted in the beginning.
At first, I have to admit I wasn’t too knowledgeable of Matthew. At that moment, I didn’t have much trust due to the stress I was in. Worried that I wouldn’t be able to provide a roof for my my three little children. Soon after, I immediately learned that there is good people out there. People with the best intentions and are aware of your needs. That person is Matthew Zar. He personally picked his phone and listened to me. I begged him to get us out of this horrible dilemma caused by the ineptitude of our insurance.
I had lost all hope at some point and yes I didn’t think there was a way out of this predicament. And as I previously said, my thoughts quickly changed when I started seeing Matthew fighting for our case. In one of those few mediations that we were able to join.

Hayden was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. That was my friend' recommendation for my hit&run case and I could not ask for better lawyer. Caring, explaining every detail of the case, always available and my check in the end over exceeded my expectations.
Also probably worth mention that my case had one more injured person (almost similar injuries) who went with another lawyer and as far as I know got in the end much smaller paycheck.
I hope my friends would never need that kind of services, but in case they will - I have a really awesome and aggressive lawyer recommendation for them.

I reached out to Paula when I was in dire need of guidance and changes I needed to make to my child custody orders in order to move. I briefly consulted with Jennifer. She was not a fit for my case, but I had a great experience talking with her.
She was straight forward and too the point, but managed to accomplish this without coming across condescending, let's be frank, a skill most lawyers are incredibly lacking in.

I had a complex large civil litigation matter already pending in a District Court in the area.
