I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity. The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Ive never used him or talked to this neighbor before the incident. Will wrote a letter to this individual and was successful in the removal of the Bad review. In 2017 my daughter and I were in a car accident. I had approached Blake post getting into a serious automobile accident. Well, don't let this young man's age fool you. This skilled attorney is a dogged litigator! We were denied coverage by our insurance on a claim for damage to a rental house that we own. The tenants left in the middle of the night, and left mountains of debris and severe damage to just about every room in the house, as well as totally destroying and removing the electric double-sized garage door, and stealing a major appliance. What did Insurance Adjuster tell us after looking at the property? That it was "normal wear and tear", and the insurance company denied our claim. We immediately engaged Mr. Runge, and almost immediately he set up a meeting at out rental house with the Insurance Adjuster. My wife and I were there, but we just stood by and let Carson Runge do what he does best - fight for his client! As a result, within days, Mr. Runge informed us that the insurance company had agreed to a settlement, and not just a token amount. The amount we were awarded on our claim has enabled us to repair all of the damage done, and all of the costs of cleanup and restoration! Over the last 40 years, I have needed to retain the services of an attorney at different times, but never have I retained an attorney who has gone over and above what was expected in order to make the client whole. When we started expanding our construction business statewide we were very fortunate to meet Mr. George. Alan Taggart was referred to me and omg was he worth every dollar spent. I have used other attorneys in the past for things and no one has come near doing what this man done for my son. I'd say if its serious and you JUST CANT loose then hire him. I tried not to wear him out talking to him on the phone because I know he's busy and time is money but he always kept me informed every step of the way, even if it was just texting, which I didnt mind at all. Atleast he would do that when other attorneys wont even call you back even after days of calling and their receptionists just cover for them. Im sure not all are like that but I just havent been involved with any one that would call back until this attorney. I just cant say any other attorney could have done what this man done for my son (with a little help from the man upstairs). Alot of other young men would be sitting in prison right now and my son is out and doing very well and has been ever since.
