After my accident, I was experiencing a constant headache and neck/shoulder pain. Because of the headache, I could not concentrate or think straight. Paperwork was coming in from insurance companies asking me to sign and return the paperwork. The forms and papers appeared very important but I didn't really know what I would be signing.
So, in an effort to think about myself and concentrate on "getting well", I decided to contact Bill Altman. After our initial consultation, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. It took @ six months to recover but at least I did not have to be concerned with insurance companies and papers. Mr. Altman and his staff took care of everything for me. His assistant, Grace O'Neal was so gracious and gathered all of the information he needed to take care of my accident.
I highly recommend William Altman. He is professional and ethical.

Mr. Altman is the best lawyer my family has ever hired. He is straightforward and works for you. Mr. Altman settled my case in about two and a half months which is no time for the incident I was in. Anytime he heard news from the other corporations he would call me within the same day and he always returns your phone calls as soon as possible. David is an excellent attorney that will fight you to the end. At this time I have won a jury judgement and the insurance for the Dr. is trying to appeal. David is really excellent in the trial setting and develops a good rapport with jury. He presents the case in a manner that the jury can understand. In my case he was excellent. I would recommend David Hart to anyone who has a legitimate case. Right now the award in my case is in excess of $250,000.00. I goes up about $1000.00 per month. I just can't think of anything that could be more satisfying than having David represent me in front of jury and presenting my case.

Best decision I made to switch lawyers to Kyle Steele. I had started with another attorney, but after twice having the ball dropped with my case, I switched to Kyle hoping for the best. I had a complex large civil litigation matter already pending in a District Court in the area. The case was coming to trial and it was evident to me that the trial aspect required a different type of lawyer. Over a period of many weeks I observed every serious civil attorney in Sinton and Rockport and sadly was greatly disappointed in what I found. On the recommendation of an area business person I finally went to watch Mr. Thomas in action. This man is a natural in the courtroom. The jury loved him and when he had to get mean he was pure bulldog. Don't let all of the criminal law stuff fool you. This guy is a natural litigator whether criminal, civil or divorce. He came on board in my civil case which then went to trial. While not disclosing too much, our claim was on a promissory note which was for more than $3,000,000.00. On the morning of the second day, after he finished with the two principal defendants, they asked for a recess and the matter settled within an hour. At that point they were dead and they, and their attorney, knew it.

Finding Scott Frenkel was really an act of God...or maybe my deceased mother, or both. There is not enough room in this little box to share my personal admiration and professional experience with him. I'm no big corporation with deep pockets, but just an individual that was being wronged. Scott understood that. With all the cards laid out in my favor on the day we met, Scott listened to my "story" with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and expertise I could have asked for. He is fair, forthcoming, eager, and spot on brilliant. His attention to my case and immediate needs never wavered. Fortunately for me, he had an unexpected cancellation on the day I arrived at his office and he championed my cause.
