I hired Graham Lundberg and Peschel to represent me during legal proceedings related to a car accident. Jim became involved with my case when we were forced to go to trial after attempts to settle with an unreasonable defense attorney and insurance company who I was battling. Jim did an excellent job and worked well with Amy Miller, my primary attorney who I was also very pleased with. Trial is intense and many decisions must be made quickly under pressure. It was very comforting having such a hard hitting, skilled, trial lawyer like Jim on my side when it was needed. He worked extremely hard, listened to what I had to say, and maintained a level of compassion throughout the trial that felt very supportive. I had a chance to meet his wife as well and it was clear that both of them are kind hearted souls who sincerely care about justice. The outcome of the trial was very positive, and in fact we were awarded more than what we had originally hoped for. I will forever be grateful to both Jim and Amy.

Over the last 5 years I had been in a dispute with my auto insurance company. Once it was decided we had no choice but to go to trial, Jim Gooding handled my case with the help of Amy Miller, and together they commanded the courtroom. Jim absorbed my case quickly and demonstrated professionalism, wisdom, and very fast thinking in the courtroom. Jim made an effort to help me feel at ease during the trial, and showed a lot of compassion for me personally. He had a strategic approach but handled the case with contagious calmness. As a result of Jim and Amy's hard work, our side received more than what we even asked for and even set a legal precedent. I could not be happier!!

I was injured when I was rear ended by another car. I sustained a concussion and neck trauma. Because of the concussion, I was not mentally functioning very well. GLP Attorney's was recommended by both my doctor and massage therapist. They could see that I was not functioning well. The other person's insurance company was pressuring me to fill out forms and sign them. I couldn't even think clearly to make simple decisions. So, I and my husband met with Cydney to discuss what was happening. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine what I would have done without her help and support. I ended up getting treatment and help all the way through this ordeal. Because of Cydney's help and support, I did not have to deal with the other insurance company. She handled everything so that I could just concentrate on getting well. In the end my doctor bills and therapy bills were paid in full and I received a small settlement for all of the difficulties I went through to get well. I can't tell you how much it means to have had the support from this wonderful lady (Cydney Campbell Webster) and the (GLP Attorney's) team she works with.

DUI Heroes really lives up to their name! Every member of the team lead with compassion but were highly professional. They were detail oriented, commutative and organized.
Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown.
The success of the team is definitely inspired by Jonathan Dichter, the founder. He is very compassionate and his calmness and kindness helped tremendously in the beginning. My family and I were highly anxious and scared and his demeanor helped calm that down so we could make a quality decision.
I also want to thank Lexi Bryon and Christopher Wong. They were on the team that helped me and I always appreciated their updates and friendliness.
I almost forgot. They give a deal to get your breathalyzer at Lifesafer so you can save some money. This is not a cheap experience so every savings is valuable.
What mattered to me most is that they NEVER made me feel ashamed. They actually said they were proud of my accomplishments in recovery (which I entered after my DUI). I was not in a good place and this was very much needed to help me recover.

We have been working with JD and for a while now and he is still fighting this case for me after I tried to handle it with out an attorney. I wish that I would of never tried to do this on my own my wreck happened in 2018 and I have long turm issues due to it and I should of known just get An Attorney. JD is the best he took my case a few days before my 3 years was due to be up when I tried looking a couple of years after the insudent and I couldn't find anyone only JD in the end and I'm so thankful I did cause he has been fighting hard for me.

Joe is very professional, and always kept me updated. Joe was also great at covering all options that's on the table. I had a personal injury claim from a restaurant incident. I had a previous health history and it wasn't a lot of money they were wanting to compensate for their negligence. After the restaurant lawyers wouldn't budge on negotiating with me on a reasonable amount for everything I'd been through I looked for a lawyer. I was having a hard time finding a lawyer who would be willing to take my case because it wasn't worth big money overall, only about $25,000 or so. Mr. Marshall heard my case, listened to me, and helped me. I told him the amount I wanted to walk away with after his fees, because of everything I had been through and the restaurant's gross negligence. He was able to work with the restaurant's lawyers and get a reasonable settlement. The amount would have paid me a little under what I wanted to walk away with so Mr. Marshall adjusted some of his costs so I could walk away with that amount. He cares about his clients.
