I had an injury due to a flu shot. While I eventually did recover, I had lost work time as well as over $600 of physical therapy co-pays that I was responsible for. I had read that there is a way to get compensated by the government for losses such as these and I was referred to the Burdettes. Over the course of almost 2 years Kelly kept in touch with me, got the documentation she needed, and amazingly enough, I actually got a settlement from the government. I had not even known such a service existed. I am very grateful to Kelly for all that she did and will use her again if I need legal services.

In my profession (Police Detective Seattle Police) its sometimes hard to find legal advice that you can really trust. I did not hire John as he was able to assist me without retaining him. He spent a few hours on the phone with me which he did not have to do, and was able to coach me through the problem I was having. He went above anything I expected and yet wont let me buy him a beer. John and his staff were great! They settled my case with more money than I had hoped for. My case was difficult to begin with since it was at a four way intersection and I was t-boned. John Greaney is a phenomenal attorney with years of experience and he's dedicated to do the absolute best for his clients. Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. Christopher Cazares is the best military lawyer I could have hired. I was facing a drug court-martial as part of a “drug ring.” I watched Christopher outperform every lawyer in the room, including the senior prosecutor. His confidence and experience were levels above what I could have hoped for. After several days in court, my case was ultimately dismissed and I have resumed my career as if this investigation and court-martial never happened. I had both Christopher and a military appointed lawyer and the difference in experience was night and day. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I only had a military attorney. Several of the people in the ring went with just military attorneys and they either plead guilty or were found guilty. Christopher gave me confidence in my case and would always check up on me during this long process. He was calm and gave me good advice that lead to my innocence. He was well worth the money and I would hire again.

I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. He had me see the doctors I need to see for my injuries and at times drove me to my appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. Lloyd Herman and his staff treat you like family and honestly care about what you are going through. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a lawyer and a good person, smart, knows exactly what to do and does it. If you need to make a call it only takes one! Lloyd Herman. ONE CALL THATS ALL! So glad I did! By the way he won the case for us!

My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away. The first attorneys told me “we don’t see this case as being reasonable”, and the others asked, “why did you wait so long”, all of which were incredibly frustrating. I had been to numerous Doctor Appointments and referred to a variety of Specialists. There were countless Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy appointments. I was prescribed an array of medications and had a regiment of at home exercises, ice pack and heating pad treatments with nothing helping the pain I was in. I highly recommend Zach Thal if you need help navigating an employment concern. I hired Zach and Spencer Thal to represent me in a lawsuit against my employer for gender discrimination, and I am so glad I did. They took my case to trial, and won!
Zach prepared me to be deposed by opposing counsel, and also accompanied me to the deposition. Being deposed is a very stressful and invasive process, but Zach told me what to expect and helped me stay calm. I'm so glad he was there to support me during the hours of questioning.
Zach also prepared me to be a witness for myself during the trial. He developed questions for me to answer to share my story and experience. It was very awkward to tell a jury full of strangers about the emotional pain I suffered as a result of the employment discrimination, but Zach got me through it. When I was being cross examined, he protected me by objecting to irrelevant questions, which I really appreciated.
I urge you to Zach Thal if you think that you are being discriminated against at work. He took me and my case seriously and secured a win for me at trial.

Kristi came highly recommended by a long time District Court Judge. He described her legal ability as second to none in the area. Following a vicious pit bull attack while on duty as a Deputy Sheriff, I retained Kristi who works as a team with Jay Flynn. Kristi formulted a plan for the case and began sending me to doctors for formal and professionally documented evaluations. After a year of medical examinations from the defense and our side, The defense requested to mediate. This is where Kristi's ability really shined. For sake of a long description, Kristi's negotiating skills with the Insurance company was BRILLIANT. We had an initial offer of $100K to $125K to $145K. Rob represented me when a negligent driver ran a red light. I did not see it coming and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision. The collision happened while I was on the job. Since the case happened while I was on the job we had to deal with the insurance company for workman’s comp and the insurance company who represented the negligent driver.
The process was very complicated and I was totally confused and frustrated after trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was clear that they were not there to help me. I hired the firm of Crary, Clark Domanico & Chuang and I was amazed how quickly they took control of my case, stood up to the insurance companies and got my case resolved. I was walking in a neighborhood below my house when I was attacked by two German Shepard dogs. One bite me hard on my leg and broke the skin. I was dazed and in pain and called my husband who immediately came to pick me up. I called Animal Control and gave the officer all the required information. A few days later, I contacted Attorney, Rob Crary. He came highly recommended through mutual friends and associates. I was advised to seek legal action because these dogs attacked unprovoked and were loose.
My initial conversation with Attorney, Rob Crary and Tami, his assistant was very through and professional. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.
While our attorneys got to know a lot about our lives, they shared some about their own, so we enjoyed learning about Liz's children, one of whom she gave birth to during the process.
Through depositions and a mediation Liz informed us very well about the process so we weren't taken by surprise in any way. She and her colleagues (a senior attorney and paralegal) were excellent legal support. They guided us to a successful settlement while understanding that we'd trade the money for the injury to have never happened.
We struggled at first because we understood that accidents do happen, even in medicine. But Liz and her colleague made it clear that the number of errors that added up to our end result required both change and some recompense. Liz helped us share ways we believed could prevent such a future situation in a way that the hospital could hear and even implement, and the settlement money will assist us to bear more easily the stark changes in our lives we will endure during the near future.

This guy deserves so much more than just 5 stars.
I meat Matt through a mutual friend because of a 17 year old bench warrant came calling. I also work in the legal field and it was messing with my job, my daughter was getting married in the same state as this warrant and i couldnt do the 10 days of jail. This was a Failure to Comply Bench Warrant 10 Days Jail-No Bond for a DWLS 3rd Degree. Needless to say the prosecutor was not making any deals. Matt prepared a Motion and set the hearing. I of course was a nervious wreck. However, the judge found in favor for defense because Matt did his homework. He was respectful, professional and was not afraid to argue the case out against the State. HE'S AWESOME and i cant thank him enough for what he has done for me. The outcome for me was a recalled bench warrant and my 40 hrs of community service reinstated. If you want someone that will fight for you and go the extra mile for you, this guy is it. He definately WONT let you down. THANK YOU AGAIN MATT :)
Oh and i forgot to say, my hearing was during his vacation; he came back to town for my hearing then went back out and finished his vacation with his family. I couldnt believe it. I am an 80 year old woman who tripped and fell on some raised concrete in front of the house I'm renting. Injuries included a broken right hand finger. The rental lease I signed has a clause in it that states I am responsible/liable for any damage in and on the property or personal injury. I was in a pretty bad car accident back in October of 2013. After consulting with Ashley Armstrong, I made the decision to hire her.

Back in May of 2018, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. While I only suffered minor injuries, my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company.
Since I had been involved in a similar car accident nearly 10 years earlier I thought why not skip the attorney become a DIY (Do It Yourself), attorney. I could just deal with the Insurance Company on my own and keep more money this way. Not a good idea.
After 3-4 months of agonizing discussions, the insurance company finally made me an offer that was embarrassing low. I think they figured I would just go away. Their offer was far less than my previous car accident 10 years prior and I felt that I was being rear-ended for a 2nd time.
So, I reached out to Parker Reich. While my case was a pretty small case he willingly took it anyway, much to my surprise. I had spoken with two other attorneys who basically said it was not worth their time.
So, I sat back and just let Parker do what attorney’s do. Aside from the occasional call to get some details from me, I really did nothing. I was not in a hurry.
After nearly a year, Parker reached a settlement that was nearly 6x more than my original settlement offer. I was thrilled. He and his staff did an excellent job of getting a fair settlement. I was never looking to get rich; I was simply trying to find a fair settlement for the situation.
Lessons learned:
1.) If you think you can just do it yourself and save the attorney fees. Think again.
2.) If you try to do it yourself, you will probably create problems when you eventually do hire an attorney down the road. They will have to clean up your mess.
3.) Get more than one opinion if you are unsure about your case. Parker may have taken on my small case today, but if I ever get in a situation with far higher dollar figures involved, I know where to go. If my friends ask me for a referral, I will refer Parker.
Parker and his team did an excellent job and always kept me informed of what reality looked like and helped by setting expectations. I understood the process, the potential outcome and the results were not just as predicted but better.

Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved.
