I hired Erich almost 3 years ago after an accident. He fought and battled that entire time for me. We were thrown several curve balls throughout the process and Erich knocked them out of the park. My situation was a slip and fall at the apartment complex I lived in. At first the company whom ran the apartment complex refused to do anything. So, I went to renters’ right’s and they would not take a slip and fall case. I was actually told the answer was to move. This took me back for a moment, but did not stop me. I did some more research and found the place I needed to write my concern was the “Department of Agriculture”.
After the letter the company then emailed me to have the bills sent to the insurance company. By this time approximately a year and a half passed since the slip and fall and the bill was still not being taken care of.
I knew renter’s rights was not going to help and trying to find a lawyer who would take my case was very slim. I called many lawyers and was turned away because of how much time had passed and a slip and fall is difficult to prove in Wisconsin.
I must say I was very discouraged and felt hopeless. Being I felt a wrong needed to be addressed, I kept looking for a lawyer.
So, by chance I called “Bye|Goff|Rohde” and after talking to Brian about my slip and fall. He took my case A Year and a half later. In the end it was a victory!
Afterwards I asked Brian why he took my case. His said it was because of what I said.
Bye the way, the slip and fall happened in 2018 and the settlement happened in 2022.

Brian is an excellent lawyer. Even the judge at the end of the trial told the jury they had “witnessed very good lawyering.” Brian presents with maturity and surety that seem to far exceed his years. I really respect the way he used his talent and coupled it with a competitive nature to get results and yet at the same time always showed genuine concern, consideration of my opinions, and patience with me during the entire process. Going to trial is nobody’s desire, but when I took the stand, Brian made it very easy for me to say the truth. I felt assured by his command of all the details and I truly appreciated his best efforts. Making that phone call to Bye, Goff, and Rhode was one of the best decisions. Margaret (Peggy) represented me during my divorce. My ex-husband and I were going to try to do a pro-se divorce on our own. The paperwork was very difficult to navigate. I have had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team for 2 really bad car accidents (9/2015 and 1/2016). When I first met Luke I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and did not give me the typical lawyer pitch on how he could help me get a large some of money. Instead Luke told me exactly what the process would look like, realistic timelines as to how long the process would take and even step by step directions on what I should do if I chose not to use a lawyer. Have known and worked with Jason as will as Hupy and Abraham for years. So many Personal Injury firms are nothing more then mills (all hype no actual action).

After my crash Attorney Abraham and his team took immediate action to preserve and record evidence from the scene. The team's accident investigator came to my hospital room the next day to answer my questions and address concerns I had about how the police investigation was being handled. With that visit I was confident Attorney Abraham and his team were devoting the resources needed for my complicated crash investigation. With that weight lifted from my shoulders, I was able to just focus on the many surgeries ahead to be able to walk again.
Attorney Abraham's team was great at keeping me informed with every aspect of the case walking me through everything that came up. Whenever I wanted to talk to him personally about questions my call was either taken immediately or returned the same day.
During my hospitalized for three months, he and other members of my legal team would call to check how I was doing and if their were any needs or questions.
When I had to give a statement or deal with insurance investigators Attorney Abraham answered all my concerns before the meetings. As well as having someone from the team present with me.
I recall while in hospital struggling with how to share some disappointing information with my family. I turned to Jason for advice, he was very compassionate and treated me like a close friend, pointed out somethings I was overlooking and took the weight from my shoulders. He even offered to be present to explain things to my family and answer their questions.
When it came time to settle the case he was very effective in getting more than expected using some creative legal procedures.
Never was there a time that I didn't know what was going on with the case. When decisions had to be made I was always given options. When I asked for his opinion he shared it with his explanation supporting it.

Having never needed an attorney for something of this nature we were nervous and insecure. From first contact Ric put our concerns at ease. Paul handled what was a messy divorce to start with. From start to finish, finances and child custody went smoothly considering the circumstances. I took a three-month contract to work about four hours from home. While there I was attacked by a dog while taking a walk. I did not know any lawyers licensed in the state where I was bitten.
I called multiple lawyers from a Google search. Benjamin Nicolet was quick to respond. I hired Mr. Nicolet because he was a calm, supportive listener as I was still emotionally processing the attack. I was in my first car accident just over a year ago where i was struck by another driver and did have some injuries because of it. My wife and I were looking a lawyer to write our wills and we found Kyle. The first thing that sold us was his prices were incredible. I didn't think we would be able to afford a will for both of us, but because of his prices we were able to easily afford one for both my wife and I. His belief is that wills should be affordable so everyone can have one written up, and it shows.

I first Met Mr. Patrykus in his front lobby of his office years ago. We walked in together and I was unaware of who he was. Before I could ever be screened by an Assistant he asked how he could help. I could not believe a lawyer would talk to a potential client without being screened. He spent 30 minutes just answering questions and told me how to represent myself and that he would help me but I did not need to pay him for his services. He said I could represent myself in this case. I think I called him twice more for advice and he provided some insight for My wife and me.
A few years later I remembered that when my son needed some help, Mr. Patrykus answered all our questions and set my son at ease. My son really had done nothing wrong but being younger was being pressured into admitting to something he had not done.
Mr. Patrykus set my son at ease and was able to get to the facts of the case. He took a lot of the emotion out the situation and basically got both sides on the same page.

After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine.
