From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn. Leading up to court, I was confident I had the best team possible. Robyn’s paralegal, Mandy is just as knowledgeable as any attorney I’ve ever known and worked equally as hard in organizing material, preparing documents, and laying out evidence for settlement discussions and hearings/trials. Both of these women are powerhouses as individuals but their combined force is astonishing!!! Whenever I had a question, it was promptly answered! Whenever we met, I had their undivided attention! When I was feeling discouraged, they encouraged me; I felt supported each step of the way! My previous attorneys allowed my ex to drag proceedings out and continue abusing me through the legal system; they did not buffer the BS. Robyn and Mandy shielded me, figuratively and literally. Crucial evidence that my former attorney claimed could not be used in support of my case was admitted by Robyn and Mandy. Witnesses that my former attorney refused to reach out to were contacted and successfully subpoenaed by Robyn and Mandy. In court, Robyn stood her ground in my defense, holding my abuser accountable for his abuse and lies. Robyn presented my case in such a thoughtful, methodical way that it made the judge’s ruling (in my favor) easy. After just a few short months with Robyn and Mandy, my children and I are one step closer to being free from my ex’s abuse, my children’s voices are finally being heard, my children are finally being protected, and I am finally receiving child support, alimony, and attorney’s fees that my former attorneys refused to fight for!!! Living in Coconino County, I was reluctant to hire Robyn out of Maricopa County after my experience with the first attorney in Maricopa. But, she was more present and committed to my case than I could have imagined. Robyn repeatedly drove three hours each way and showed up to my hearings in person (my local attorney never did). Representation is everything; this made a huge difference for me and for the judge. I am so grateful I was able to find and retain Robyn!! It’s great to have a knowledgeable attorney...but I’ve learned that having someone with 30 years of experience does no good when their heart is not in it and they don’t truly care about what happens to their clients and their clients’ children. Some people get into family law for the money. Some people practice family law because they are good at this particular area of law. Then there are individuals like Robyn and Mandy who have the heart for this work and were meant for this work!! They connected with me as a person first, then got to know my needs as a client. The work my previous attorneys shied away from was the life-changing and life-saving work that Robyn and Mandy committed to for my children and me. Forever grateful and recommend highly Robyn!!

Robyn was prepared, effective, and passionate. I always felt supported by her, and even though my divorce was high conflict, she was able to support and encourage me throughout the entire long, grueling process. Annette helped me regain custody of my daughter years ago and was wery insightful throughout the case. Her pricing was fair for what she does. She was referred by another lawyer who spoke very highly of her and I can see why. In the past year I had some questions and she responded to my emails promptly without extra fees which was nice, I went with doing a consultation to have a more in depth conversation as well and she helped me to fully understand more about my new concerns. I have been divorced now for over 10 years and since my divorce have gone through three attorneys. My first experience with my first attorney was horrible and no justice was served in my divorce; my ex wife walked away with everything including my children. Since then I have taken my ex-wife back to court and never really truly been able to get justice served. I recently retained Annette Cox Sandoval as my attorney in a custody battle with my ex-wife. My ex-wife was always used to winning and getting her way and justice was never served until recently when Mrs Cox Sandoval took over my case. Mrs Cox Sandoval was very good at gathering the evidence that I gave her an overtime put together an amazing case!!! My ex even tried to get jurisdiction changed after it being 10 years in Arizona to hometown of Nevada. Mrs Cox Sandoval fought for me and convinced our judge to retain jurisdiction in Arizona (which was key to my custody battle)! Recently we were set to go to custody trial and the day before our trial my ex caved in and settled. I finally got justice served and more importantly, my son is now happy and living with me and his family in Arizona!!!
Mrs Cox Sandoval is the best attorney that I've had and I will never have to worry again so long as she is in my corner!!!
I highly recommend Annette Cox Sandoval to anyone when it comes to family court and or custody disputes!!!! Annette is the best!!!

I was referred to Shelley by a family friend, and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. Because anything regarding children is extremely sensitive, Shelley came in and helped me take charge of what was in the best interest of my child while maintaining my confidence. I highly recommend Benjamin Deguire, Family Law Attorney in Flagstaff, AZ. Ben was the top reference I was given through my friends and family who practice Law in Arizona. With that, I was not shocked to learn that Ben was completely booked when I reached out to him last year, but he agreed to meet with me over the phone to assess the complexity of my Divorce case and feel me out as a prospective client. Fortunately, he agreed to take me on. Ben is an expert on Family Law and also very familiar with the Judges’ tendencies, and well connected with the other family law attorneys in town. This positions him to give sound advice on probable outcomes of settling outside of court vs. in trial. Communication is key when you’re navigating something as stressful, complex and high stakes as Divorce. Ben welcomes questions and input. He was able to pull my input into a strategy with my best interest and outcomes in mind. He tackled each category of the divorce decree one at a time, approaching the cleanest, simplest issues first. This set a nice tone for negotiating the more difficult issues later. Ultimately, we were able to settle outside of court through a combination of a Settlement Lite conference and a Judicial Settlement Conference. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his wife, Liz. They were wonderful to work with and very relatable on the emotional aspects of divorce and divorce with children.

I hired Ben Deguire for a second divorce proceeding and child support. If you are reading his reviews to find the best attorney, my experience with Ben and his office were positive. It was not an easy or fast process, but his office was very supportive and provided me guidance for me when I wasn’t sure what I could do and what needed to be done. I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. First of all I would like to thank Miss Ramsay. About a year ago I lost everything. My home my children everything. I did a consultation with Miss Ramsey the day after everything happened. There was no sugar coating she didn't try to fill me with hopes and dreams she told me the facts and laid down the realistic possibilities of fighting in family court.
Miss Ramsay and her paralegal never ignored me or made me feel like my case wasn't important to them. There were several Court hearings never-was Miss Ramsey late or unwilling to talk to me before the hearings.
She constantly kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on in my case. I did not feel that there was anything she did that I did not know.
I would suggest Miss Ramsay to anyone that is having any kind of legal family issues. She help me fight my OOP and was there with me through the entire process. Because of what happened I had not seen my children in a year. And because of Miss Ramsay I ended up getting 50/50 custody as well as joint decision making of my children.
Going through family court with an attorney as an extremely expensive proposition. But I say this with all honesty if you want a family attorney that is honest and will be there and listen I would suggest no one else than Miss Ramsay. And that every single penny you spend with her will be worth it.

For having a difficult job, Brandy will actually argue or fight for you...i wish she gave me more advice but she does her job well...an attorney is suppose to fight for you and give you advice and i've had a few that have done neither...I dont know what they did really.....she did a good job, is funny and not serious or jaded by this profession and doesn't try to bill you excessively....hire her because if I did my first time I would ahve saved 20k +

I would highly recommend Carol to anyone dealing with DCS. After spinning my wheels for almost a year with DCS doing any and everything requested I felt like I was getting no where and terrified of losing my boys. After retaining Carol she spent a few days with me initially, really learning about my case Inside and out. She truly cared and has a passion for what she does. She told me not to worry that my boys would come home to just stick with her. She knew exactly how to handle DCS and in such short time came to an agreement to work on a plan for boys to return home. She is a firecracker and will let your voice be heard. I had been pushed around for a year by DCS jumping thru every hoop 20x and finally felt like I was being treated fairly once Carol came in the picture. I was amazed at how fast Zelma handled my case! It was last minute and I was in contact and in a meeting with her mere days before my court hearing for disputed child support modification. She handled my case with such precision and made sure that my concerns were addressed. She was so very informative about expectations of both sides of this legal nightmare. Zelma represented me in a very acrimonious divorce. I honestly don't know how she put up with all of my emotions for 2 years. She was always very calm when I wasn't, and would explain the law or strategy in layman's terms. Zelma was sincerely interested and caring about the outcome of my case. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. I've had 3 lawyers since I got divorced 10 years ago and this is the first one who actually did what she said and said what she did. I'll admit, it was a rocky road at first. Kristen is relaxed and hard to rattle, and that was new to me. She helped calm me down when things got dramatic and asked me to be patient with ththe process, and I'm glad I did. Before trial she explained exactly what to expect and when we went to trial she was calm, organized and assertive. Our ruling was in my favor and almost exactly what she predicted it would be. hopefully we don't go back to court again but if we do I'll call her in a heartbeat.

Kristen truly cares about what is right and wrong and proves that in her work.
I am also very pleased with the fact that she does a lot of her own work and doesn't rely on a paralegal, so she's always up to date on the proceedings. She is just a very genuine person that happens to be great with her job as well..

When I hired Kristen I was a wreck, scared I was going to lose my kids. She listened to me throughout the process and was very reassuring. She was thorough and fair in representing me and always worked to fix things instead of creating more conflict with me and my ex. Thanks to her we settled without having to go to a trial and I was happy with the terms we agreed to. Jack is a considerate and knowledgeable attorney with excellent integrity and character. He has done all the right things to build my confidence in him as an attorney. I did not hire Jack, only because a good friend referred me to a friend of hers who thought she would help me out. As the process has moved forward in my divorce, everything that Jack said when I met with him was spot on. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me know about the process. He didn't sugar coat anything and was right about how he thought things were going to play out. He is priced reasonably and would have saved me a lot of money. If only I could go back in time.

Prior to hiring Tiffany Scott to assist with my child custody case, I had a total of 15 consultations with attorneys from all over the valley. I felt confident with my decision to move forward with Tiffany for many reasons. The #1 reason was because I felt she was the most genuine and transparent about my options and possible outcomes, while others pretended they could guarantee the outcomes I wanted, which you find out very quickly into a family law case that it is not possible. At every stage of the process, Tiffany took the time to provide me with every possible scenario so that I could make the decision I felt was best for myself and my son. It was critical to me to always have a realistic picture of what I was getting into and what it meant for my son's future relationship with me and with his father.
Another reason I appreciate working with Tiffany so much is because she immediately provided tips on how to save money on unnecessary attorney costs, such as minimizing emails and phone call costs by asking as many questions as possible at once. As a single mother, saving costs was very important to me and other attorneys I had consultations with suggested to immediately pursue temporary orders, which ultimately would have been a costly and unnecessary step in my case. Additionally, there were not any minimum hours billed for physical court appearances while one attorney I spoke with charged a minimum of 3 hours for court appearances.
