My son hired this law firm and they fails to perform the legal services that he paid them to render, he should be entitled to full refund of his retainer. This lawfirm breached their contractual obigation to diigently and competently render legal services. I would let anyone know do not use this law firm I had a horrible experience with them when it came down to them being hired to be on myside that wasn't the case I feel as if the other side was being listened to even after I was told that my wife wasn't able to make false reports to the police in anyway but still that was done I explained that to Jillian but nothing came about it my wife is a person that will lie and lie to everyone just to make people feel sorry for her I wasted 7750.00 on this company just to get a bill that I don't feel entitled to be paying at this point due to her withdrawing herself as my lawyer when my wife stated Jillian was going to let me go I was advised to give up half of my money to wife and after I didn't have counsel I didn't know what else to do besides doing so even my wife sends threats to me family and job about killing me I thought lawyers should take this more into account so this can continue on and on but figured as much of a mess and hassle this company gave me until the 31st of the month to accept the terms of their bill or they will do it for me and give me back less than half o and btw even after I paid the company I was blown off for days not even a phone call stating hey thanks for hiring me you know lawyers always think cause they are in a law firm they can use their terms to get away with anything so speaking to the public to put the unheard voice out there may do some change or justice against this company and more and more people come out with the one star reviews maybe there will be some change good job on Paul I agree that a public defender or pro bono lawyer would of did something different with me. I add more to this with supporting my argument.

This law firm is a Joke……
We had a very bad experience dealing with Jillian. It was stated before in previous reviews that she will not defend male even if you are paying top money. This is a TRUTH STATEMENT. She gave us really bad advice, advance that was against us instead of the other party. When she was confronted about it she stated that we were not a good fit and let us go but charging us tons of money for basically leave the case worse than before. If you are not capable of dealing with big/ complex cases just let the client know in advance that way they don’t have to spend more and more money with no resolution. I will think twice before hiring any one from this law firm.

Thabet represented me in a lawsuit against a restaurant in which I fell off an unlit corner of an outdoor stage and broke my leg. He quickly gained my trust (no easy feat) and never complained at the amount of times I called with questions or a need for reassurance. He took the time to get to know me as someone more than just a client with a broken leg, and always surprised me with his patience and empathy (I've heard too many lawyer jokes). He was always straightforward with me, and was well-versed in the laws of the county in which I live, even though at a distance from Tucson. He never pressured me, and he let me take all the time I needed to make all the hard decisions these cases seem to entail. Best of all, he made it possible for me to settle with the restaurant in a way that satisfied both the owner and me.
I recommend Thabet without reservation to anybody looking for excellent help with a legal problem.

Thabet N. Khalidi of Khalidi Law Firm, PLLC is my neighbor and was recommended to me by a lawyer friend in September of 2021. I found Mr. Khalidi to be duplicitous, perfidious, unorganized and lacking knowledge of the financial aspects required in dividing community property. Additionally, Mr. Khalidi and the opposing council Mr. Robert Lewis III erroneously tried to utilize 2005 superseded case law Biddulph v. Biddulph (1985) to massively overvalue community property in favor of the petitioner.
My goal was to settle as quickly as possible, and Mr. Khalidi made this process very difficult for them. I provided Mr. Khalidi with evidence and expert witnesses, which he dismissed. I also tried to hire a different attorney, but Mr. Khalidis peers refused to take over my case or were busy. I gave Mr. Khalidi one star because I couldn’t give him a lower evaluation.

I want to be clear, the 5 stars i chose to grade is specifically for the work of one person only and that’s Chenique Smith! Chenique is the only person in this firm who treated me and my mother with thoughtfulness, professionalism and respect. If the words Cook Law weren’t next to her name i would swear i was dealing with my best friend or a close family member. She definitely made my mother and i feel important. Chenique paid close attention to detail and was timely in her response to our messages while remaining proactive in getting things done, whereas others simply made us feel forgotten. I hope Chenique is paid her worth because she definitely is keeping that office afloat.

This is one of those firms that does a "bait and switch". I hired them to set up my LLC and they did that, so that's great, but I had additional questions, as it relates to what I paid them to do, to understand it and what my next steps are (like do I have to file something with my local state), with no answers and having to pay an hourly rate to get those questions asked. I will no longer use their services for anything further and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My husband was suffering with mental illness, and had been diagnosed with dementia on top of that. He was a brilliant man, and at this time of his life, had taken action to meet with this lawyer( Patricia Lenzner, Owens & Perkins) - regarding "divorce" when we had an argument (he had totaled a car, gave me his license, and then - dementia and memory loss - wanted it back a month later, and I refused to give it to him). He actually filed and gave a deposit, then changed his mind 2 days later. 48 hours. This dishonest attorney, went ahead and filed anyway, after he had cancelled - causing distress to both my husband and me, as well as significant financial loss. I can only surmise, she wanted her money, rather than doing the right thing. When she called me to tell me, I asked "how can you in good conscience do this, if he's been diagnosed with two mental imbalances, bipolar one and dementia"? Facts regarding his health did not matter to her. He suffered, tremendously, and so did our family. He recently passed on. I have intended to write this honest review, to warn good people to seek counsel elsewhere.

I wrote a negative reviews yesterday and it was taken down by this law firm. I thought that was against the law? I better call an attorney. Krista Banfield was my attorney. She was horrible after our first initial consultation and $5000 later she did nothing except Cosme damage because she didn’t file paperwork she promised. I only got to talk to Paralegal who acted like she was an attorney. What a fraud. Beware. You know it’s bad enough to get a bad attorney, but this one actually caused an additional hardship.

One of the scariest experiences in my life was figuring out what was next for my son and I after his dad and I split. It was a rough time in my life, but I knew that I needed to find an attorney and I needed to find a great one. I walked into Cantor Law Group and met with Natalie Mathew’s and right away she made me feel comfortable and made me feel that everything WILL be okay. That was the exact thing I needed. She always had my best interest in mind and was willing to do everything in her power to get the things I needed that were best for myself and for my son.

Five stars for Attorney Natalie Mathews!
Under unusual circumstance and fiery apposing counsel, the Cantor Law Group, more notably, Natalie L. Mathews, executed her duties as a family law attorney in a superlative manner. Attorney Mathews, deserves respect, because, she presented our case, in accordance to our and her, high moral standards. As a result, we were able to make positive progress out of an unfortunate turn of events, concerning child custody.
When attorney Mathews accepted our case, I honestly must say, the interminable progress up to that point, had brought-on justifiable doubt, of a favorable decision, by the court. With a well informed session of facts and history of our case, attorney Mathews, confided to us, her knowledge of family law, experience and courteous optimism. Her unvarying professionalism, resolute commitment and experience, held true to her word.
In the end, we faired in favor of the court. My beautiful granddaughter will remain in my life and my daughter-in-law can live joyfully, together, as a family; forevermore.
I strongly recommend the Cantor Law Group as an advocate for your family law issues. We were treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. The law group worked diligently and were very informative with their correspondence every step of the way. Poor poor service I called to get a consultation with an attorney for 2 days I spoke and left very detailed information regarding a possible case with "Hilda" that stated herself was working from home as there was a child crying in the background, she promised a call back that never came. This says a lot about a business how unprofessional and how little they care about possible clients. Tim needs a new gate keeper to say the least, I took my business elsewhere where they help me immediately with empathy and very professionally.
