I am in a difficult situation with an employer i have been employed by for almost 2 decades. I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. In all of these cases, he delivered the results that I expected with professionalism and care. rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply

They schedule appointments against your will and charge you anyways, even after telling them you didn’t agree to it. They’ll backpay themselves when you weren’t represented by them and chit chat about the weather to bloat the hour$.
They’ll also whisper into their recording device “No client-attorney privilege”, before asking questions around other unknown people, outside of their office. Don’t like that? Go unrepresented or write a blank check.

Mike is an amazing attorney and fights for his clients rights as well as child/children that are involved in the case. He keeps you informed as well as explains things when you don't understand legal terminology. I see Tad deactivated his Facebook page to hide all scathing reviews made against him as well as disabled his Google reviews. He's up for review soon with the AZ state bar and it's ridiculous they're still letting him defend himself in court when he conned many of his clients out of millions of dollars. I hope they throw the book at him.

I do not know how this lawyer is maintaining positive reviews even after disbarment, as he probably hires bots for the positive ones hes recieved. Tad Davis was recently disbarred for ignoring his clients. Myself included, he dragged my case out way past the statuate of limitations. I would like to pursue a group lawsuit where anyone whose case got dropped take Mr Davis to court and make him refund money for any unearned legal fees. I feel like tad is a very nice guy he comes off sweet but as an attorney he was horrible took my deposit and did no work made false promises and lied I basically did most of the work myself I lost a year of time with my children I cannot get back he complicated my case in a bad way my new attorney has done more in half the time tad did and his paralegal Ashley was extremely unprofessional bragged about cps involvement and having five baby daddy’s as well as being paid under the table completely blindsided by this and heartbroken

I was in the worst kind of trouble possible. My very best friend and I are both veterans. I served in the Marines and he was an Army Ranger. My friend asked me to hand him his gun which we both believed was not loaded. After I handed it to him it went off and killed him unexpectedly. I was in shock and did my best to recount the incident with the police. The State placed undue additional burdens on me in relation to the incident based upon my military background and charged me with manslaughter. If you find yourself in legal trouble, the best decision you can make is to hire Bruce Blumberg. Bruce is a fantastic attorney and expert in trial. He handles all aspects of your case so you can relax with no need to micromanage. You will feel like family with him representing you, he truly cares about his clients. I can attest to his abilities. He utilized experts to explore every avenue for my case and he did not feel in good conscious that I could take a plea based upon the facts of the incident and evidence so we went to trial. He won an acquittal on my manslaughter case. There’s nobody I trust more in court than Bruce Blumberg. Please hire Bruce if you find yourself needing an expert attorney, you will not be disappointed.

Not A good experience. My accident was in June, I didn't hear anything from them till December when I completed Physical Therapy. They said they would request my records from the doctor and didn't. I've been calling at least every 2 weeks since. The paralegal working on my case was let go and now they are saying they need to request medical records again and basically everything the paralegal said he did they need to do it again. I have no idea how much longer it's going to take to hear back from them again but im ready to get a second opinion since my case is low priority to them . People are right about the no communication part

Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.

When I first hired Keith for my family law case, it was clear he can be a brilliant attorney if he chooses to be. However in my case he was lazy and disinterested. He had the ability to help me and he chose not to for whatever reason. My overall impression is that he is arrogant and patronizing and it’s hit or miss whether he will take an interest in your case or not. Unfortunately for me I wasted thousands before I realized he simply didn’t care.

Ms. Tsakanikas handled my matter which was years old with a file size that was ridiculous. Thousand of dollars I spent over a decade past in legal fees with NO results the matter went into a holding pattern till my son was becoming age 18. Now with the matter having been moved to Pima county from Gila by the other party and seeking FINAL closure Ms. Tsakanikas took on something that is more unbelievable than a fiction novel. Anyhow in standard fashion from years before the selected opposing councel (Guy Keenan esq) was anything but cooperative. This I had become use to as any attorney the other party retained it was with instruction to NOT GIVE and INCH.
Anyhow the final outcome was something I am satisfied with as I was not over billed (as has happened with other attorneys). Ms. Tsakanikas KNEW the family law pertinent to my matter which was a BIG plus compared to what opposing counsel was attempting. Thus final score I win, they loose. The only one really paying the absolute price here was my son, Mom kept him away from me and that time can never be replaced.

Gina was actually our second attorney.
The first attorney looked great on paper. The opposing attorney was a bully. It became frighteningly apparent after a few months that he was not willing to fight for us. We would have lost everything.

I had hired John as my attorney last year (2018) and the way he communicated with me was a cold shoulder feeling, very little interest in my case. Expressing how important the custody of my children were and making sure they were under the best care it didn't seem to phase him. He continued to just express we will see what the court will do. With little to no attempt to make me feel confident about this process, it made it even more stressful. The lack of communication, confidence, and stress that he was going to make this situation worse I had to finally drop my divorce because it seemed no matter what I said it wasn't going to be a high priority. I will be hiring a different attorney who will fight this battle with confidence and not waiting for a judge to do his job.

What we had to do was very hard , John went out of his way to make me see that we had to stand up for our rights and not be bullied by our adult son.
He told us what we could get together ourselves to help keep our cost down with him then he did his own research when he put it all together he had enough that just the show of it scared our son into dropping his case. Then John ask the judge to have our son pay all attorney fee.
John has checked in with us in the days after court. I believe John truly cares about his clients and takes the time to show it.

Terrible law firm. The lawyer I used made frequent mistakes through her staff including: incorrect information communicated in email, needing frequent time line reminders, not remembering important case details, not paying court fees the lawyer was instructed to pay (thus delaying the process), omitting important details in the divorce settlement relating to property settlement allocation and who would retain possession of individual accounts (this resulted in additional paper work filing with financial institutions and unnecessary closing of accounts), alarming and stressing the client due to incorrectly remembering details of the case. These failures resulted in unnecessary delays, created anxiety, and increased fees charged to the client.

Joel has been extremely patient with the ex in our case. Her stall tactics and lies only made Joel work harder to get us a fair agreement. Joel’s assistant has been very helpful in getting us the time we need with him and making sure all details are prepared for him to represent us fully. Mr. Everts represented me in a very difficult divorce about 10 years ago. It involved AZ law, International law, and another State's law for a prenup. He was able to maneuver through all of it succinctly and accurately. Highly qualified and I was in very good hands in my representation. I hired Mr everts to be my attorney for a divorce modification child support, & custody. long story short he didn't catch something and something they told me all along they would do could no longer be done because I had not done my paperwork incorrectly. He was hired as my attorney and even had me correct the child support worrsheet but blamed me for his error in not catching it. I did file a complaint with the AZ STATE Bar and because this was a mistake I was advised to look for a legalmalpractice lawyer because he cost my son close to $35,000 in back child support that we could not get because he made a mistake not me. I will be building a webpage to post my story, in the end at my child support pre hearing with my x attorney in the room, and the end my x first words out of his mouth where him thanking my attorney. Justice was not served and this momma is on fire with what he put us though. My son is special needs and he did not advocate for me for him like he was hired to do so. DO not hire them!

She could care less about anything but collecting money. She comes to court completely unprepared and will just sit in the Court and not defend you at all. She forget to bring important document to the hearing. She will not listen to her client, difficult to work with and refused to do what she was paid to do. She has her own opinions about you and make her own judgments. She does not represent her clients as an attorney should. She just like to sit in her office and too old to defend you specially when it comes to defending against younger attorney. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Go elsewhere.

Paid 200 for consultation and she would not take the case. Too high conflict for her . She wouldn't even refer another attorney "they will take your money and do nothing so I won't refer." Waste of 200 dollars that could of been towards hiring lawyer. To me this is unethical

I had used Mr Viles’ services in weathering two cycles of divorce actions with a now ex-spouse. I found it easy to develop a good, open rapport with Mr Viles. He provided calm, objective perspectives for highly emotional situations, which helped me to reconsider my viewpoints, learning a few things in the process. His focus was on doing the right thing to reach reasonable and equitable accommodations, but at the same time, not to agree with unreasonable demands the from opposing parties. He is quite knowledgeable on the different aspects of going through a divorce, and if not, he finds the appropriate resource to confirm or re-assure his position and perspective. He kept me informed of where things were at all times, which I very much appreciated. You do have to listen to your attorney though. Mr Viles provided good advice in handling certain situations with my ex-spouse that I ignored and subsequently suffered the consequences. In the end, we ended up with what I wanted all along. I was quite satisfied with his services and highly recommend Mr Viles.
