I dont know the words to use to show how thankful we are for Mrs. Haralambie's services. If you are looking for a dependency attorney or any other family law situation you won't find another attorney with the experience of Ann Haralambie. She is both aggressive and straight brilliant in the court room. She is very confident in the court room and very well spoken.She will tell you the way it is and she does not make false promises. Everyone that we talked to told us that its impossible to get you child back at a temporary custody hearing. Ann told us not to expect her to come home that it is very hard to win these hearings. Thank's to Mrs. Haralambie's 40 plus year's of family law experience we brought our daughter home on that date. Mrs. Haralambie is not only a great Attorney but a very compassionate person.Both my wife and I highly recommend anyone with a case like a dependency case to not waste any time and get Mrs. Haralambie on your side.There is nothing more important then family and I am very thankful that Mrs. Haralambie was the one that we had fighting to keep ours together.She was the only dependency attorney that a origination called Mito Action had to refer us to.Mito Action is a non profit group that helps protect children with mitochondrial issues and educate both doctors and the public about this very difficult to diagnose disease. Ann has been not only a great attorney but a very caring and compassionate person.Unfortunatley we had to hire her for a child dependency case. She was referred to us by Mito Action and was the only Az attorney that was recommended by them.You can not put a price on what Ann has done for us.All others said that no one gets their kid back at a temporary custody hearing.Ann even said that it was extremely hard but her 40 plus years experience in family law brought our daughter home.Ann is beyond brilliant in the court room.She is not only aggressive but but very well spoken.I have had to to hire other attorneys in the past for different circumstances and i have never felt more confident with a attorney then we did with Ann.She is very straight forward and honest.There was no false promises she told us the way it was and what to expect. She has done everything that she told us that she would do when we hired her plus some.Mrs. Haralambie is a very compassionate caring person. With a case like ours one can not put a price on a great Attorney.We will be forever in debt to Mrs.haralambie. Sheri, Randa & Karen are amazing, great team constantly updated us through the entire process answered every question and went above and beyond when we needed them to make sure I was being treated fairly by the circumstances. She represented me in a child custody case where the other parent filed for sole custody. She fought for what was in the best interest of our son and made sure that I understood every step we where taking. I recommend her every chance I get and I will continue to recommend her, They are the best!

Sheri is amazing both in and out of court. She explained the process clearly for me to understand in the beginning and there were no surprises. She communicates well and is extremely professional. Sheri was able to get my monthly child support obligation lowered and my daughter born out of wedlock on the same custody agreement which I have with my son's born during my marriage. Don’t even bother with this place, they’ve been giving my dad the run around for over a year and it’s sick, he tore his ACL at a restaurant and it’s excuses after excuses. This time they have a problem getting in contact with their insurance? When they’re a big law firm? It’s a joke honestly, they wouldn’t call us for months for any updates. We would call constantly just to see what’s going on, definitely don’t recommend. I wouldn’t even give them any stars

I see Tad deactivated his Facebook page to hide all scathing reviews made against him as well as disabled his Google reviews. He's up for review soon with the AZ state bar and it's ridiculous they're still letting him defend himself in court when he conned many of his clients out of millions of dollars. I hope they throw the book at him.

I do not know how this lawyer is maintaining positive reviews even after disbarment, as he probably hires bots for the positive ones hes recieved. Tad Davis was recently disbarred for ignoring his clients. Myself included, he dragged my case out way past the statuate of limitations. I would like to pursue a group lawsuit where anyone whose case got dropped take Mr Davis to court and make him refund money for any unearned legal fees. I feel like tad is a very nice guy he comes off sweet but as an attorney he was horrible took my deposit and did no work made false promises and lied I basically did most of the work myself I lost a year of time with my children I cannot get back he complicated my case in a bad way my new attorney has done more in half the time tad did and his paralegal Ashley was extremely unprofessional bragged about cps involvement and having five baby daddy’s as well as being paid under the table completely blindsided by this and heartbroken

I was in the worst kind of trouble possible. My very best friend and I are both veterans. I served in the Marines and he was an Army Ranger. My friend asked me to hand him his gun which we both believed was not loaded. After I handed it to him it went off and killed him unexpectedly. I was in shock and did my best to recount the incident with the police. The State placed undue additional burdens on me in relation to the incident based upon my military background and charged me with manslaughter. If you find yourself in legal trouble, the best decision you can make is to hire Bruce Blumberg. Bruce is a fantastic attorney and expert in trial. He handles all aspects of your case so you can relax with no need to micromanage. You will feel like family with him representing you, he truly cares about his clients. I can attest to his abilities. He utilized experts to explore every avenue for my case and he did not feel in good conscious that I could take a plea based upon the facts of the incident and evidence so we went to trial. He won an acquittal on my manslaughter case. There’s nobody I trust more in court than Bruce Blumberg. Please hire Bruce if you find yourself needing an expert attorney, you will not be disappointed.

She could care less about anything but collecting money. She comes to court completely unprepared and will just sit in the Court and not defend you at all. She forget to bring important document to the hearing. She will not listen to her client, difficult to work with and refused to do what she was paid to do. She has her own opinions about you and make her own judgments. She does not represent her clients as an attorney should. She just like to sit in her office and too old to defend you specially when it comes to defending against younger attorney. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Go elsewhere.

I had used Mr Viles’ services in weathering two cycles of divorce actions with a now ex-spouse. I found it easy to develop a good, open rapport with Mr Viles. He provided calm, objective perspectives for highly emotional situations, which helped me to reconsider my viewpoints, learning a few things in the process. His focus was on doing the right thing to reach reasonable and equitable accommodations, but at the same time, not to agree with unreasonable demands the from opposing parties. He is quite knowledgeable on the different aspects of going through a divorce, and if not, he finds the appropriate resource to confirm or re-assure his position and perspective. He kept me informed of where things were at all times, which I very much appreciated. You do have to listen to your attorney though. Mr Viles provided good advice in handling certain situations with my ex-spouse that I ignored and subsequently suffered the consequences. In the end, we ended up with what I wanted all along. I was quite satisfied with his services and highly recommend Mr Viles.

He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply

Upon my initial meeting I found Sarah competent in my divorce and financial divorce struggles. It wasn’t long after that she was intimated by me ex-husbands counsel and no longer represented me as I paid thousands and thousands for. I overheard her with opposing counsel belittling me while I was waiting for a scheduled meeting, that I paid for. Sarah then failed to show up to hearings as a competent attorney. She never raised when the Judge spoke etc. I had evidence in my case that she should have submitted and she never did even after asking her to. I was a victim of extreme domestic abuse that she discounted. My ex husband was jailed as a fugitive from justice in Columbus, Georgia. She never brought gun t any of that into the courtroom. Instead, I had to pay my abuser fees on his false claims. She told me that she specialized in getting children back…then told me that financial divorces were not her specialty. Being upfront and 25k later. Also, she referred me to another financial attorney that required a 10 k retainer.

Sarah was compassionate while being straight forward and to the point. She doesn’t mince words and gets the job done! Cory took on my tough custody case. I am a father who lives out of state and we had no previous court order for my children. When I first hired Keith for my family law case, it was clear he can be a brilliant attorney if he chooses to be. However in my case he was lazy and disinterested. He had the ability to help me and he chose not to for whatever reason. My overall impression is that he is arrogant and patronizing and it’s hit or miss whether he will take an interest in your case or not. Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.
