I used Kelley for my divorce back in 2004. I then had a parental alienation case against my ex-wife that spanned from 2018-2021 where I rehired her. There were about 40 motions in family court and we did not lose one. Kelley also was successful putting together a plan where I was awarded 100% of the court fees and sanctions we requested throughout the three-year period. I have learned the amount awarded (and subsequently collected) was 'historic' for family court proceedings. Kelley is an outstanding and appropriately aggressive attorney that knows the law inside and out. In these years of hearings she remembered minute details of testimony we were able to leverage in the future. I have and continue to recommend her highly.

Kelley Joseph is smart. She knows the judges and the court staff. She was always a professional - inside and outside of court. She always returned my calls. I did a lot of research before hiring her and was impressed with her written client recommendations on another business networking site, where you have to Include your first and last name. All her recommendations were flawless and her clients said exactly what I was looking for. That's the thing I don't like as much here. Anyone can write anything anonymously. I believe what I can prove, and she is a high caliber attorney. I work in import/export and have a lot of assets. I don't have kids but had some complex financial issues and retirement assets to divide. She spent the time needed to explain to me my options, and how assets are not valued the same way. She got me a great forensic accountant. My only complaint was that she hired a terrible secretary for a few weeks then got rid of her, but that caused some delay. Once she was gone it was smooth sailing.
Ms. Joseph could've turned my case into a very expensive long term case. Instead she focused on what I wanted - speedy resolution. Ms. Joseph guided me through the divorce process and made it painless. Her assistant Laura helped me do discovery along with the expert. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a "top notch" attorney in Broward. She's the best.

I hired Kelly after my original attorney did nothing for a year while my daughter lived with my ex who is an addict. Kelly filed and got her drug tested and got me sole custody after she found a supervisor for visitation who finally saw the truth and told the judge. She also found me a sliding scare therapist for my daughter. Kelly knows all the supervision and drug testing people the court used, I highly recommend Kelly...she knows how to help kids. I hired her because my friend used her as a guardian ad litem in his case.

I was a client of Mr. Weicholz in 2016. I am a domestic violence survivor and Todd made all the difference. He was always in communication with me regarding my case and any fees were clearly explained in advance. He sat with me as I cried and comforted me with honest and helpful legal advice. After being revictimized by the state and opposing attorney, Todd made it clear he would be there to represent me and my best interests only, which I felt no one else was doing. Amanda represented me for a moving violation and, from the start, I was willing to make the fastest deal I could. At the onset, she insisted that I was shooting too low and should would work to the bitter end, never give up, and make a much better arrangement than i had expected. And she DID. Of equal importance, the arranged and very reasonable fee would have been the same if she agreed to my concept or what she fought for in the end. That is, she made no extra money, and in fact she lost valuable time by insisting on continuing and fighting on my case. She stayed in constant contact, before and after each appearance and I never had to ping her for a status update. I, my family, and my friends (if they take my sage advise) will use her in all legal matters, routine and other.

I'm very grateful for the time Amanda took on a Sunday to give me a professional consultation on my DCF dependency case. It's very hard to get in touch with attorneys that are experienced with DCF cases. She didn't rush and seemed to really care. Rich Austin is the best. I am 23 years old male and he helped me with a bad issue. I was so afraid and he never once turned his back on me. New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.

I recommend him to everyone, I hired Mr. Darren maybe over two months ago and he did a very nice work. I pretty much got everything I ask for especially I will have my daughter most of the time. I'm a father and I pretty much have 70 percent of my daughter. He find my mistakes and certain paperwork I thought I did but I didn't do he fix it immediately. My case was complicated by my nationality and an impending trip abroad. Tom was fantastic in ensuring that I possessed the correct documents to account for any eventuality, protecting my children, the subjects of a custody case and my wife. With the correct will(s) in place I travelled, returned safely but with assurance and attended the subsequent custody hearing. I was awarded full custody. Subsequently my wife applied for and was granted adoptive parent status for both children and became their legal mother. Tom was fundamental to establishing my assurance and our success in establishing a cohesive and stong future for the children. I highly recommend his (new? Congrats, Tom!) firm with him at the helm.

Sam was a relief from my crazy, stressful case. I went through a tough divorce, and things got really contentious. We thought things would be easy and amicable and then out of no where my ex started shutting down accounts, hiding money, and accusing me of everything he could think of.
She had just the right touch of when to be aggressive and when to negotiate. She was so knowledgeable and great in court. She was clearly more prepared than the other lawyer and had all the evidence ready to go!
What really stuck out to me is that she remembered my kids names, even when I called out of the blue. She was so open with me and transparent about what my options were and what it would cost. I couldn’t be happier with her, and I will definitely hire her again or recommend her to anyone getting divorced.

I found this lawyer, to be quite competent, understanding of my fears and wishes, and easily accessible compared to other lawyers I have had in the past. Mark had a calming effect with his direct approach he took with me. I had many things to fear in the case that Mark represented me in, and he always took the time to fully explain all options to me. Jennifer and her group are excellent. After a year of representing me in my divorce proceedings my original attorney realized that my case was way too broad and complicated for her to handle, so she recommended Jennifer Frank. I then retained Jennifer after my meeting with her. She is very detailed, experienced and above all her communication is excellent in the court room. I was quite comfortable talking to her about my all my concerns.
Jennifer saw my case to a successful end, even though my ex-husband was making it difficult and caused the case to prolong for longer than it should have been, Jennifer’s strategy was always successful to make him comply.
Her group is also excellent. They are very prompt, and made sure I was kept in the loop and updated with all documents, proceedings etc.
