Tyler was a pleasure to work with throughout the prenup drafting process. When me and my future wife first spoke with Tyler, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted from a prenup and even less knowledge about the legal landscape and norms surrounding prenup agreements. Although we hadn't yet decided to hire him, Tyler patiently and comprehensively answered all of our questions.
Based on this favorable first impression, I hired Tyler to draft the initial agreement. We had a subsequent, private call to discuss my values and goals for the prenup. Tyler made helpful suggestions based on his legal experience while never being judgmental, such that I felt my goals were fully laid out, discussed, and incorporated. He then quickly created an initial draft that accurately reflected what we had discussed.
We then iterated this draft between Tyler and my future wife's lawyer, which involved additional video calls with Tyler. Throughout this back-and-forth process, I felt that Tyler was in my corner while also making sure that we would have a signed agreement at the end of the day. Tyler was always very responsive on email, so I never felt I was left hanging at any time during the process.
As someone in a quantitative profession, I was impressed by Tyler's ability (and willingness) to discuss the precise numbers and various options we could write in. At some point, this involved some algebra being done on the Zoom whiteboard...
When we started the process, it was important to us to not break the bank getting a prenup drafted, but it was difficult to find much information on legal costs. As a result, several "online" services for prenup drafting (advertising low prices) were enticing. Ultimately, we were lucky to find Tyler through a mutual friend's recommendation. Tyler's fee ended up being very competitive, and definitely more than worthwhile for the quality of his services and the assurances of a well-crafted agreement.
I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone needing a prenup agreement.

Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn't have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.

I engaged this law firm for my divorce after Damian Turco assured me that he had and his firm had many lawyers with forensic financial accounting expertise. This turned out to be disingenuous. Damian passed the case to an associate, Amanda Gnau who was very inattentive to my case and failed to communicate with me as to updates on my case as she always had some excuse why it typically took her 2 or more weeks to call me back. The one time we were heard in court after a year of representation, Amanda misrepresented facts to the court and when I confronted her about it she stated” it won’t be an issue, she got so flustered by my husbands attorney that she misspoke”. Well it was an issue since my husband threatened to have me charged with perjury. I contacted Amanda to correct the record with the court and her response was that we had a breakdown in communication and she was going to withdraw from the case. I contacted Damien to take over the case or provide another attorney to which he replied that now that he is president of the MA Bar Assoc. he does not take cases and he wouldn’t provide another attorney out of 12 in his firm to take over the case. I have paid his firm $45,000 for them to withdraw 1 court day before my pre-trial conference. I have been abandoned , betrayed, and taken advantage of by this firm during a difficult time of going through a divorce after 30 years of marriage.

Michael Flores law office provided excellent legal services during a very long and contentious divorce. Prior to working with Michael’s office I worked with another firm on the cape that was absolutely awful. I was thankful when I found them and they accomplished more in a few months than the previous firm had done in almost a year at the cost of $65K.
The divorce process can be overwhelming enough without a bad attorney and this firm and Michael took the time to explain each step of the process with clarity and honesty. Extremely trustworthy in the complicated and murky world of divorce.
Everyone in the Flores office was professional and kind. Michael is an outstanding attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend his practice to anyone in need of representation.

Attorney Cummings was wonderful. I went to her for a prenuptial agreement and this was my first experience with a lawyer. She was personable, responsive, and explained complex terminology in layman's terms. She helped us create a fair agreement within the necessary timeframe. My inability to give 5 stars (I would say 4.5) results from some lack of communication from the firm, and I will preface that I am an anxious person by nature. Attorney Cummings was out of the office for an unexpected amount of time due to a significant personal emergency. While I would not have expected communication from her or continued work on my case during that time, I do wish someone from the firm could have been more communicative about what to expect. With more communication, I would have spent less time worrying about finalizing before our deadline. It made the experience a bit more stressful than it should have been. I provided this feedback to Attorney Turco and do believe it was well received. Overall, I would fully recommend Attorney Cummings. She went above and beyond for my prenuptial agreement. Additionally, Attorney Cummings and the firm were communicative about the closing out process and when I would receive my retainer.

Lisa Lippiello was a great choice for my high conflict custody case. She both protected my interests without hesitation AND knew when to compromise. She also explained my options at each juncture and explained why she thought one was best, but always made it clear she worked for me and would defer to my choice and work just as hard to make it happen. Also importantly, she was conscientious and upfront about the cost of her work, which I appreciated. I would recommend Lisa for any mother who is in a high conflict court situation, especially because she has the ability to be an effective shield- not allowing the other party or their lawyer to use disparaging or abusive language towards or around me.

I feel bad leaving a negative review, but this was more than deserved. We retained Jessica for a small variety of tasks. She lied about services performed, neglected to perform other services, and wouldn't meet up with me in person. There's even more that happened but I'm trying to keep this short. Now we have a small claims case against her because after five months she accomplished nothing for us except wasted our time.

Colleen helped me get custody of my son when he was 5 she would always return my calls in adequate timing even if she was working on something else. She fought for what was best for my child while making sure my rights were protected and upheld by the court of law. Colleen has gone above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way. I can’t speak highly enough of what Coleen and the firm has done for me. It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process.
He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony.
If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you!
Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!

Nicole and her assistant were very great to work with. They made everything easy, quick, and they handled everything. All deception with this one.
His hands are wide open to take your money. But like many other comments have pointed out he simply doesn't care about you or your case.
At least this was my experience and I am not alone.
It seems to me he knowingly drives your case into failure.
He just does not care one bit.
If someone has not a care in the world they can never care for your case.
In his defense I don't think he has seen an honest day in his entire life all deception.

Would absolutely not recommend. My attorney was completely unprepared for a hearing, did not follow through with things (including not serving the divorce paperwork to ex-spouse for more than 3 weeks), would not return phone calls or email, and incorrectly billed me. Much of the information he gave me also turned out to be untrue and not current legal practice. I'm not entirely sure why this office keeps hounding me for a review, so I am posting my honest opinion so they will stop emailing me.

I was represented by Susan for 2 cases. One in Boston and another in Quincy. Couldn’t have asked for better representation. Susan always kept me informed with what was going on, motions being filed, and how she saw the case going. I knew Susan was fighting for me and on my behalf. There was one example in I was summoned up to the bench by the judge so that I could hear what was being talked about between Susan, the judge, and the DA. I already knew she was fighting hard but being privy to that conversation I got to see just to what extent. I am extremely happy with my representation. Last thing anyone wants to feel is that they were improperly represented or that your attorney didn’t fight or do enough for you once everything is said and done and the case is finalized. I knew that everything possible was done for me and I am happy with the outcome of my cases.
