I spoke with two of the Attorney at this office. After multiple emails back and forth. To be honest I thought their tones were very condensing and extremely rude. I spoke about my situation even with concerns about the other parent she told me she could not meet my desires and further said she would be too expensive for me, even though she never asked about my financial situation or income. I have come to realize some firms do not nor will not represent people of a certain race, ethnicity or culture despite the support we need to protect our children and families. Unfortunately I believe this was the case at this firm based on their very rude demeanor, no follow up or support with my concerns and making assumptions about my financial state. I would not recommend at all.

I highly recommend Alison. She guided me through the process to make it as easy as possible. I Had a difficult custody case for the last 7 years. I had gone through 3 or 4 attorneys that left me worse of than when I started. A colleague of mine recommended Callahan/Barraco , specifically Dahlia Bonzagni, to help me with my case. Let me tell you, Dahlia went above and beyond for me. She was very professional and straight forward. So many motions and hearings, etc and she kept me informed every step of the way. If you’re dealing with a family law issue Dahlia is the attorney you NEED!

I would highly recommend Christine as an attorney. She handled an extremely challenging situation for me with my ex revolving our custody agreement. She took her time to fully understand our history and current situation and then worked towards a resolution that was in the best interest of myself and my children. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the legal process and next steps. I would not hesitate to use her again (although hope not to have to).

He's a good looking black man, who dresses nice and can hold a conversation well. He was 30 minutes late to our call. Secretary told me that I would be meeting him in his office in Springfield, but found out that was a phone call later on. How does he have offices in ATL and Springfield. Don't every state have different set of laws and qualifications or something. Should have sensed something fishy, but was so out of it because of my recent employment situation that I was ready to give money to the first person that could help. The $195 is nonrefundable, and his suggestion was that I made good money and to basically move on. Spent the whole 30 minutes reciting the documents and powerpoint that I spent days on putting together. Get a free evaluation and google eeoc.

I hired Jane several years ago for a divorce. From the original consult to the final agreement and subsequent modification, Jane was extremely knowledgeable about the law and provided exceptional guidance during the process. I could always count on Jane to be prepared and to return emails and phone calls. Going through a divorce is extremely stressful, but it was good to know I had someone on my side that was advocating for myself and my daughter.

Basically, my after-divorce was high-conflict so we were in and out of court for about 3 years. Jane has always been there for the up's and down's of my after-divorce battle regarding my children. Jane has been up against one of the toughest judges and succeded with a great outcome. Jane was always there to soothe my fears, worries, prepare me for the trial, listen to me cry due to fear of losing my children. Sometimes, I would even email her with my worries and sure enough there she was to help. When you are going through anything legal and know nothing about the legal system and it's regarding your children you would ant to have Jane in your corner. Jane was always prepared for each and every court date and there have been many. Recently, after the judge ordered the judgement on my case,Jane told me within the same day. Prompt service so that I didn't have to go another day thinking. She is an amazing attorney and a wonderful advocate for children.

It seems the only way I get a call back from this firm is when I leave a bad review. It’s been almost 3 years and my case is still not settled. Every time I call, I get the run around with “they are in a meeting”. THREE YEARS. This is ridiculous. Don’t take on more cases if you can’t even settle the ones you have open!!

Was given an appointment was told 8 to 8000 to 10,000 to retain this lawyer when I hadn’t even had a consult first I wanted to know if I should be retaining a lawyer I wanted to ask the question and they want eight to $10,000 to retain this lawyer it’s bogus they said they would call they never called the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude Very rude. I can’t even believe she does customer service that’s OK that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t think Lawyer even knows what’s happening on the phone when his secretary speaks where they’re coming from but I don’t get how they handled that I waited two days to hear from this lawyer and then that’s what I got , I’ll give you two stars that

Representing myself against Jason, I’m appalled and shocked how simple procedural tasks (like ensuring opposing counsel has memorandum 3 days before trial) are not completed on time. He took over for another attorney… but they missed a perjury hearing with the magistrate And then he said, paraphrasing of course “Lawyers aren’t under oath so we can’t be committed of perjury” Your client wasn’t given the statement so nobody can be charged here… So you’re saying it’s ok to lie in court? As there are no ramifications- what about the board of ethics? No attempt to settle - he’s like most attorneys -> a GLORIFIED SALESMAN that needs to know the law but only job is to take as much money from his clients rather than advise them to settle

We found ourselves in the middle of a legal process that we knew very little about. We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. Nicole communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout all of the stages and made sure that we were adequately prepared. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Nicole earlier in the process. Let me preface this by saying I have a strong distaste to attorneys, but understand their value in our society. I hired Atty Sladen several years ago and she was a great attorney then. As time went on, I found myself in need of her services again. I expected her to be lackadaisical and laissez-faire since she had represented me several times prior. How wrong I was. She was just as committed, just as tenacious as our first meeting. She thoroughly answered every question I had, gave me encouragement, checked in on me to make sure I was ok. In the court room she's amazing to watch; no bologna. She is polite but fierce and handles herself with confidence and grace. I have referred no less than 6 of my friends to her and they were all pleased with her services. Highly recommend Attorney Sladen for all of your family issues. I'd be so lost without her. Awful experience, was only able to make an impact when the other party had no representation. Once other party took on representation, they were affraid to fight against the other party. When it came to explaining to the stuff judge and the judge made remarks or comments back, they were affraid to get involved with the judge. They are not in the best interest for you, just the ole mighty dollar. Stay away!!!

I hired Jessica to assist me with a high-conflict divorce case. Unfortunately, her assistant, who repeatedly asked the same questions seemingly to inflate the bills, was primarily responsible for my case. During the first hearing, Jessica appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with my case details. She struggled to counter my ex-husband's attorney's claims with my evidence, seemingly unaware of them. She frequently referred to the opposing attorney as "sister," which was unprofessional. None of my evidence was effectively used in my favor, and she even forgot my name. I was rushed into signing a document without reading it, with Jessica insisting we were short on time and I should trust her. This was a costly mistake. I spent over $50,000 for her to advocate for the other party, not for me. I would not recommend her services.

This office charges a $395 consult fee for estate planning to lock you in, which we learned later is not the norm. In the end we went elsewhere when no documents were produced after 3-4 months. Sadly paid $395 to this office for nothing.

While on a local news z podcast attorney Roman has blatantly lied, she while working the Read court case made a claim that another reporter was given a brand new Lexus by Karen Reads bro to pursued his follower’s along with a prospective jurors? By this Tim the state police etc. went through Kearneys bank statements etc and it was proved the reporter bought Veh. himself! Seeing the type of law she practices I now wonder if I’m going to use her on my own legal issues. Do ur research guys there are many many good law abiding lawyers in Massachusetts.

Jennifer comes in full throttle making unfounded & harmful accusations against the other side that may yield initial results, but as proceedings continue and trial arrives she loses stamina. She may prepare great motions, or, hold a thorough deposition, yet she lacks not her preparation, but being able to read the judge, courtroom and overall direction at that moment. I don't believe she understands her client's weaknesses is happy to take their money and simply focuses on their desires, I find this approach to be a recipe for a let down client. Of course talented but also lacking in being able to think on her feet. A GREAT attorney prepares but can also switch gears at crucial times as a result of the natural unpredictability in the court room-I found this element hugely lacking. She also struggles to rise to the respectful unspoken interaction with other members against the bar and shows emotions in what I believe to be an unprofessional way.

I'm deeply grateful for Jennifer's guidance throughout my not-quite-typical divorce process. I hired Attorney Feeney to provide me LOR services for my child visitation case. This took just a few short weeks, however, I was extremely impressed with the quality of her performance I received in that short amount of time. The first thing was her sincerity, and her persistence throughout my case. She tried to find out the most promising option for her representation—she could’ve just gone to my first upcoming hearing, and her job would be done. However, she went above and beyond to provide me with positive results in return for my money. I know there aren’t many attorneys who would care like that. Liz did the paperwork for both my hearing (the memo for my pretrial conference and the affidavit for my motion hearing). Both documents were prepared with impressive attention to every detail. Again and again, Liz kept forwarding her drafts to me and kept asking for my opinion. She appeared to be takin in consideration of every single detail I gave her. If she believed some of my suggestions couldn’t be used at this time, Liz always kept explaining her reasoning. She made me feel very much involved in our preparation process, and repeatedly didn’t mind spending he time to educate me about all kinds of legal technicalities. Liz’s energy seemed to be limitless—I know it may be hard to believe, but Liz appeared to be working on our affidavit late on New Years Eve—I don’t know how many attorneys would be so work committed. Her appearance in court was more than impressive, especially when we were facing a tough judge, who appeared to have made up his mind before our hearing even started. I didn’t expect the judge to give in, not even a little, however Liz had her own way to work with the judge. She had such persistence, aggressiveness, but also a friendly style to talk to the judge, which she managed to get some positive results in return. Liz managed to beat our odds, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for representation in a family law matter.

The court process is frustrating and my specific situation is equally as frustrating but I totally believe that Liz and her team has done everything to force present my situation to the court and to the opposing party.

It's hard to imagine any family law matter resulting in a positive experience. But that is exactly the experience that I had. Elisabeth assisted on my case and actually handled a lot of the regular communications - especially as it related to the financial aspects of the case, which she was focused on. Elisabeth's attention to detail was impressive and when dealing with financials that's clearly a vital aspect of presenting a winning case. Elisabeth was extremely responsive, always made herself available, and never hesitated to take extra time to throughly explain exactly what was going on. Very professional. I highly recommend Elisabeth and team.

Called for representation. Told lawyer what I thought about investigator. Glickman is friends with her so didn’t want the case. Not sure about you, but I wouldn’t want an attorney that prioritizes their relationship with the opposing side over a client. This is especially true when the other side lied in writing. But go for it. Maybe him being friends with the person destroying your life is what you want. Not me. I want an attorney who will call it out.

I was disappointed with the response time from this service and generic answer that they could not take the case. After submitting a form to be contacted on a Friday, I received a reply almost six days later. In contrast, when I reached out to another attorney via a form, I was contacted within ten minutes for intake. Later that day, I had a conversation with an attorney about my situation. Timeliness matters, and unfortunately, this service fell short.

This Law Firm , Atty Tom J.Cleary and his team Jillian and others are beyond exceptional in getting the job done effectively, efficiently, professionally, morally and ethically. My younger sibling and I were in a wrongful, horrific family trust litigation with an incredibly difficult and unreasonable family member. This litigation destroyed our health with its constant unnecessary stress and false accusations day after day which lasted over 3 years. I got a referral from a local friend that has gone through this office. I was so disappointed to find that not only did I I have to get a CD of my file from my disability case worker, but your assistant was completely useless when I told her my case worker has been ghosting me even though I've left multiple messages. I have a very unique case and need someone to actually listen to understand my limitations.
