I feel bad leaving a negative review, but this was more than deserved. We retained Jessica for a small variety of tasks. She lied about services performed, neglected to perform other services, and wouldn't meet up with me in person. There's even more that happened but I'm trying to keep this short. Now we have a small claims case against her because after five months she accomplished nothing for us except wasted our time.

Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with insurance companies after an automobile accident is far more complicated than I would ever have imagined. I had 2 insurance companies calling, both asking different questions that me very uncomfortable to answer. Jeff had represented my son several years ago so I called him to see if he dealt with auto insurance claims. He suggested a no cost initial consultation and I was instantly convinced I need his help. Meghan was a wonderful support and calming, steady presence during a very long and tumultuous divorce. I sought assistance from Meghan Howard during a very stressful Landlord Tenant situation, one you would think would never occur when you are a good tenant and always paid your rent on time. A few words of advice: don't let Meghan's grace and warmth distract you from the fact that she delivers. She worked with my roommates and myself this past summer settling a dispute with our landlord, and despite the fact that we, the clients, had a tough time keeping a level head throughout the process (our living situation was quite literally on the line). Stakes were high, but Meghan never even seemed phased. Not in the face of our long, mutable lists of goals; not in the face of sudden panicked emails filled with questions; nothing we or our opposition did prevented her from taking all the time we needed to understand our situation and what the next best step would be. She honestly was like a guide and advocate through the whole process. I'm greatful we were able to work with her.

Attry Angela Cavanaugh is extremely professional under the truncated timetable delivered extraordinary testimony with literally less than 24 hours given unfortunate circumstances for me to provide evidence and that amount of time. Her testimony and cross-examination was something you could write a book about literally. Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn't have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.

One of the worst, if not the worst, law firms out there. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The administrative assistants and front desk staff barely speak English, making communication very difficult. It seemed the only person fluent in English was the attorney himself.
They provided incomplete answers to my questions and could not give me clear information. Several times, their team hung up on me or sent me to voicemail. After multiple frustrating conversations with the paralegal and front desk staff, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fortunately, my workplace recommended Kevin, and it was one of the best decisions to have Kevin as my attorney. He is thorough, delicate, and well-prepared. Robert went out of his way to not represent me as a client. Yes I did retain him as counsel but he gave my leverage away in his first appearance stating "it's the best we can get." He then abandoned me on a Friday before our next Monday court date. Leaving me to find my present representation at the last minute.
Not only does he go out of his way to not work for your best intrests, he will work with the opposing parties to craft their language into your judgement.

Chris was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I was in need of legal advice for a matter regarding pet custody (yes pets, not children), and he gave me his time and expertise and advised me on numerous solutions and paths to take. I really lucked out, because he has actually dealt with this type of issue in the past. I left feeling confident, and I am no longer scared of what to expect should my issue escalate. He was funny, educated, and patient with all of my questions. While I hope I do not ever need legal services again, if I do, I will confidently go back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Based on how he carried himself, and how he offered multiple options and how they may play out, I would recommend him for other types of custody / divorce issues as well. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and everything he said was clear and well laid out to me.

Where others clients are saying Sam will do what she needs to and takes it to the next level, they aren’t lying. Sam has done exactly that and told my ex husband to change his child support without a modification. He is currently in arrears because Sam tells him it is okay. She thinks she is above the law. As long as it is money in her pocket, she will do anything, even screwing over her own clients.

This is Attorney Lundy’s mantra... and truer words cannot be spoken! I was in a very difficult divorce involving complicated finances and a business. I originally chose a local lawyer, thinking this would make it easier. However, after 1.25 years and a last-minute cancellation 10 minutes prior to our 4-way, I had enough! I reached out to Sandra for help. She explained it was a bold move and that I should consider this change very carefully. This alone gave me the confidence I needed. When I met her in person, I was convinced she could help, and we immediately got to work. Sandra has a big heart but is tough as nails when justice is needed. She has an amazing resume, is skilled at understanding complex issues, and is outstanding at writing concise and powerful letters quickly. It became abundantly clear to the opposing council that we now had the upper hand in this case. To make a long story short, my former lawyer hoped to be able to reach an agreement by year-end, an additional 10 months' time after the 4-way setback. Our son lives with me now, Praise God.
My case was 4 years deep in family court at the time I started searching for another lawyer.
Sandy is knowledgeable and experienced in all the necessary areas to fight any family law case.
Sandy was dedicated, steadfast, and showed a great level of care for my situation. Sandy always had a back up plan, and able to formulate a plan if none existed given the rarity of my case. My case involved DOR, DCF, police reports, guardian ad -litem/psychologist.
My son had been frequently missing visits, Mother alleging issues of all types of child abuse, making multiple false claims to DCF. Also falsely claiming child support was not being paid. She constantly misled the court, refused to produce documents upon court order and lied to the court, even about where she lived; and then claimed she was not being served properly. She claimed to be living in poverty while driving a luxury vehicle and living in a luxury apartment building in downtown Boston. Despite 4 years of these ludicrous behaviors from the Mother, my voice alone in the court seemed to fall upon deaf ears, until I found Sandy. My case took many strange twists and turns with many ridiculous claims from Mother.
I did not see my son for almost two years. My son did not know he had a Father because of the psychological abuse he suffered.

I made a huge mistake not hiring attorney Donald Tye at the beginning when my divorce started. Foolishly I thought my now ex-husband would be a decent guy so I hired a local attorney, who seemed good enough to help write up a divorce agreement and that would be that. Well, that’s now how it played out. First of all, my ex became vicious, cruel and hateful in all matters every day, and the attorney I hired did NOTHING for almost 2 years! I've been dealing with custody and child support issues for years and have dealt with a few different firms. When it came time for emancipation it was getting messy and headed for trial, I remembered Richard who was a client of mine for my business. If six stars were available, I would give it to Atty. Reade. My intake interview was far and above what I experienced with other firms for the same case. She listened intently and was able to immediately see that my ex had filed a bogus case against me. Every complaint has a motive. Ms. Reade was able to immediately discerned my ex-wife’s motive and thus put the case into perspective. The trial was the best we could have had. We had many diamond moments. One of the most brilliant was how Ms. Reade created an excellent narrative that got to expose how my ex had fabricated her case by employing the police against me absent any criminal or violent on my part. My ex collapsed on cross examination and wept profusely, destroying her credibility. Another brilliant strategy was how Ms. Reade kept track the time allotted to my ex’s attorney. She allowed my ex’s attorney to use most of her allotted time questioning my ex. When it was time for my ex’s attorney to cross examine me, Ms. Reade simply made the judge aware that my ex’s attorney had already used up most of her time. Thus, my ex’s attorney barely had time to cross examine and she became tense and angry, giving me the chance to control the narrative. Ms. Reade managed to struck out most my ex’s responses to questions. She caught my ex trying to get tips to questions from her attorney when my ex was under cross. Needless to say my ex lost all credibility. There were too many positives about Ms. Reade to state here. But I should add that she has disarming sense of humor which put me at ease. I highly recommend her without reservation for all divorces cases.

I hired Renee on a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I had an extremely contentious divorce that included an appointment of a special master, a discovery master, and a gatekeeper motion. She inflates her hours and is not worth her services. I have done evictions on my own many times and feel I would have been better off even if her services were free.
- She charged me $2306.54 for my first tier event.
- Said event had two reschedules, I told her it is usually done on Zoom. We went to Worcester for nothing but she also charged me 2 hours and 18 minutes for it. It does not take an hour from Shirley to Worcester. Another reschedule in Leominster for 1 hour and a half.
- She should have known of both reschedules prior in my opinion. I shouldn't be charged for it in the first place.
- I was mistaken for another client named Victor and was spoken to about his account. I did not pry any information but it concerns me someone else could have done that on my account.
- She told the Defendant not to come to court in an email which almost dismissed the case but did overturn the Judgement I had against the Defendant. I had to weather another month and a half of court.
- She frequently makes mistakes on court documents. More than once I had to correct a name or docket number. The documents are covered in scribbled out words.
- I told her I lived within the building I was evicting from and she said she likes to bring that up to the Judge. She never did.
- I felt like I had to force her to give anything to the Judge at all. I had evidence of falsifying RAFT, prior promises to pay, etc that never saw the light of day. I had to force her to bring up prior removal of smoke detectors in the court room.
- The constable she uses, however, was very good.
